Description

多孔質シリコン上でイオン化脱離を実施するための基板、このようなイオン化脱離を実施する方法、およびこれらの基板の製造方法としての本発明がこれから詳細に説明される。本発明の実施形態は、質量分析計において使用されるように試料がイオン化および気化されるシステムに関連させて説明されるであろう。しかし、当業者は、試料がイオン化および気化される全ての用途で本発明が有用であることを直ちに認めるであろう。
Claims (14)
- 次の式により表される構造を有するシリコン表面を備えた基板であって、シリコン上でイオン化脱離を実施するための基板。
- Yがヒドロキシルである請求項1に記載の基板。
- R1、R2およびR3が、メチル、または18個以下の炭素原子のアルキル炭素鎖である請求項3に記載の基板。
- 基板上に水素化ケイ素を備える表面を準備するステップ、少なくとも5モルパーセントの前記水素化ケイ素を酸素と反応させてシリコン酸化物を生成させるステップを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の基板の製造方法。
- 前記酸化シリコンと式WYにより表される化合物とを反応させることをさらに含む請求項5に記載の方法[式中、Wはハロゲン、メトキシ、アルコキシまたはエトキシからなる群から選択され、およびYは次の式により表される
- 前記の式WYにより表される前記化合物がトリメチルクロロシランである請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記の式WYにより表される前記化合物がアミノプロピルジメチルエトキシシランである請求項6に記載の方法。
- 次の式:
- Yがヒドロキシルである請求項9に記載の方法。
- R1、R2およびR3が、メチルまたは18個以下の炭素原子のアルキル炭素鎖である請求項11に記載の方法。
- 次の式:
光のエネルギーを前記試料にパルス照射し、前記試料の一部をイオン化し気化してイオン化した試料を生成させるために前記基板と位置合わせしたレーザー;
質量と電荷の関係を測定するために前記のイオン化した試料を受け入れる質量分析計;
を備える、レーザー脱離イオン化質量分析を実施するための装置。
