Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is a series of applications of Japanese Patent Application No. 2001-36146 “Heat insulation slipper” and patent application “Platinum catalyst heat generation and heat storage material combination heat insulation” filed on March 5, 2001. It is about the improvement. By providing a combination of the previously used disposable warmers that have been used and the narrow heat-retaining area of the Hatsukin Cairo, we offer a product that can be kept warm for a long time by combining it with a disposable disposable warmer that is no longer used. The purpose is.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Disposable body warmers apply heat generated when iron powder rusts, use iron powder, water, activated carbon, salt, wood powder (vermiculite), etc., and begin to generate heat when exposed to oxygen in the air. This hand warmer is a product that has rapidly become popular as a simple thermal insulation device. However, once this heat is generated, it becomes a waste product and must be discarded as non-burnable garbage.
[0003]
Until this disposable body warmer becomes widespread, Hatsukin Cairo has been conventionally used as a simple heat retention, and this warmer has the advantage of being able to keep warm and keep warm for a long time, but the disadvantage is that the heat insulation area is narrow .
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to provide a cordless heat insulation with a large heat insulation area and a long heat insulation time.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a means for solving this problem, the present invention uses a combination of a disposable body warmer of the type that generates heat when iron powder is oxidized and a platinum catalyst heating part .
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Convenience in use insulation area widely incubation time long, there is provided a cordless incubator.
[0007]
【Example】
Referring to the drawings, the one shown in FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the present invention. After the platinum catalyst heat generating portion 3 is ignited, it is placed in the pocket 2 provided in the felt 1 and the iron powder is oxidized to generate heat. The disposable body warmer 4 that has been used is pasted on the felt 1 and the platinum catalyst heat generating part 3 is taken in and out so as to be integrated.
[0008]
What is illustrated in FIG. 2 is a combination of two disposable warmers 4 of the type that generate heat when iron powder oxidizes and a platinum catalyst heat generating part 3, which are attached to clothing and tested. On this day, the room temperature was 15 ° C. and the humidity was 48%, and the heat insulation area was as wide as 190 mm × 130 mm. In this case, the heat retention time stable at 48 ° C. can be maintained for 12 hours or more, and by keeping the amount of volatile oil contained therein, it is possible to maintain heat for nearly 24 hours.
[0009]
The one shown in FIG. 3 is a combination of four disposable disposable warmers 4 of the type that generate heat when iron powder oxidizes and a platinum catalyst heat generating part 3 attached to clothing and tested. Becomes as wide as 250 mm × 190 mm. In this case, the temperature was stable at 45 ° C., the room temperature of the day was 15 ° C., the humidity was 48%, and the heat retention time was the same as when two pieces were used.
[0010]
The number of disposable body warmers 4 that generate heat when iron powder is oxidized decreases the temperature that stabilizes as the number increases, and increases when the number decreases. And it will be able to meet the required size of the heat insulation part.
[0011]
In any case, the heat retaining area is as wide as 190 mm × 130 mm or 250 mm × 190 mm with respect to 100 mm × 70 mm of the platinum catalyst heating part itself, and the application range is expanded.
[0012]
What is shown in FIG. 4 is Japanese Patent Application No. 2001-36146 “Insulation slipper”, and the patent of this application relates to this improvement. as shown, for the, the contents of the disposable body warmer 4 finished using the type of heat by the iron powder is oxidized, provided on the upper surface rear side of the slipper 5, this by heating the platinum catalyst heating unit 3, slipper 5 The entire portion in contact with the legs of the metal plate can be efficiently kept warm. Compared to the use of the aluminum plate claimed in the previous application 36146, the platinum catalyst heat generating part 3 is greatly deprived of heat by the aluminum plate, and the efficiency is very high. It is an improvement of the bad.
[0013]
What is shown in FIG. 6 shows an example applied to the warming of the clothing 9, and in this case is an example of warming the back. The type of disposable body warmer 4 that generates heat when iron powder is oxidized hardens once it is used, so the platinum catalyst heating part 3 and the disposable body warmer 4 that has been used, This is a product in which the combination 8 by the felt 1 is attached to the back of the garment 9.
[0014]
The patent filed on March 5, 2001, "Platinum catalyst heat generation and heat storage material combined heat retention", the patent of this application was improved, and in the case of combination with heat storage material, the platinum catalyst heat generation before use It takes time to ignite the part 3 and further heat and heat the heat storage material, which is very troublesome and troublesome before use. It does not take time and effort without reducing efficiency.
[0015]
In addition to the type of disposable body warmer 4 that generates heat due to oxidation of iron powder, various tests were performed, but a heat storage material that was not heated and heated was also tested by the platinum catalyst heating unit 3, but it was too inefficient and practical. This was not the case, even if the heat storage material was changed in various ways.
[0016]
There are various applications, and it can be widely applied as a cordless heat source for medical thermotherapy devices, a cordless heat source for pets, a cordless heat source for geriatric medicine, and other cordless heat sources.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
As an effect of the present invention, it is possible to keep a large area warm for a long time at an appropriate temperature, and it is possible to provide a warm clothing, a medical thermotherapy device, a cordless warming product related to the elderly, and the like.
