袋3及び外袋4は発熱体2を包囲し得るものであ
れば袋体に限らず、第2図に示したような包皮シ
ート3′,4′とすることもできる。発熱体2は被
酸化金属5と酸化助剤6を主成分とし、この実施
例では箔状とした被酸化金属5をジグザグ状に折
り返し、その間にシート状とした酸化助剤6を挟
