本発明のものは従来より使用されている、ハツキンカイロの保温範囲の狭いのと、使い勝手の良い柔軟性蓄熱材の保温時間の短いのを、組み合わせて使用することにより、互いの長所をプラスして、最適な保温器を提供するのが目的である。

使い捨てカイロが普及するまでは、従来よりハツキンカイロは簡便な保温器として使用されており、このカイロは保温温度と長時間保温が可能な長所があるが、欠点は保温範囲の狭いことである。

従来よりの蓄熱材も冷えた時に硬化する製品が多く、使い勝手の良い柔軟性蓄熱材は、保温時間が短い最大の欠点がある。

本発明が解決しょうとするのは、保温面積が廣く且つ保温時間の長い、コードレス保温器を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この課題を解決するための手段として、本発明のものは、使い勝手の良い柔軟性蓄熱材と白金触媒発熱を組み合わせて使用し、互いの長所をプラスさせるものである。

使い勝手の良い保温面積が廣く且つ保温時間の長い、コードレス保温器を提供するものである。

【実施例】
図によって説明すれば、図1に図示せるものは本発明の実施例を示すもので、白金触媒発熱部5を点火後に白金触媒発熱部用保温袋4に入れ、予め充熱した耐熱樹脂袋1に入れた蓄熱材3と共に、組み合わせて全体用保温袋6に入れて使用するものである。白金触媒発熱部5が組み合わせて使用する時に、その位置がずれないように、全体用保温袋6の内部にポケットを設けるか、蓄熱材用耐熱樹脂袋1の中央部にポケットを設けると良い。

使い捨てカイロ、白金触媒発熱等の化学変化による熱源や蓄熱材は、そのまゝ外気に触れる状態にて使用する事は、もっとも効率の悪い使用方法であり、良い状態にてその効率を発揮させるには、発熱部の上から保温する方法を取り使用する。

図2に図示せるものは、白金触媒発熱によるかいろを懐に入れてテストしたもので、50℃以上の保温を12時間以上保つことが可能であり、内部に入れる揮発油の量を増やすことで、24時間近い保温も可能である。

図3に図示せるものは、蓄熱材3としてジエルとセルローズを混合したものを、250mm×150mmのフエルトに浸透させ、耐熱樹脂袋に入れた200gを予め充熱したものと、白金触媒発熱部5を点火後保温袋4に入れ、これを組み合わせて更に全体用保温袋6に入れたものを、衣類に取り付け身体に羽織ってテストしたもので、その時の室温は15℃で湿度は56%である。

図3のグラフのように蓄熱材3のみによるテストでは、40℃までに温度が下がるのに3時間半しか持たないが、これを白金触媒発熱部5との組み合わせによるテストでは、グラフに示すように49℃の保温を長時間持続する事が可能となり、この保温時間は24時間まで持続させる事が可能になる。

このグラフによれば、白金触媒発熱部5が単独の場合よりも、保温する温度は少し低下するが、保温面積が白金触媒発熱部5の100mm×70mmに対して250mm×150mmと廣くなり、その応用範囲が拡がるものである。

図4に図示せるグラフは、蓄熱材3にジエルを耐熱樹脂スポンジに浸透させたものを使用し、白金触媒発熱部5と組み合わせ、蓄熱材3は220mm×210mmの面積で300gのものを使用したもので、この場合は45℃の保温を持続し図3の場合よりも効率が悪くなっている。

これらのテスト結果から蓄熱材3の面積により保温温度が上下し、蓄熱材の種類によっても影響される事は考えられる。しかしながらこの組み合わせて使用することにより、使い勝手が良く長時間の廣い保温面積を可能とするものである。
