BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a portable toilet with an armrest, and particularly to a portable toilet capable of adjusting the height of the armrest.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Portable toilets with armrests that can adjust the height of the armrests have been widely used. For example, in the portable toilet described in
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-9-122201 [0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since the gap between the armrest portion and the backrest portion is large in the above-described conventional technology, fingers are caught in the gap, and when the armrest portion is moved, the fingers are accidentally pinched in the gap portion and injured. There was a risk of doing.
[0005]
In view of such a situation, the present invention is to provide a safe portable toilet with an armrest in which a finger portion is not sandwiched between an armrest portion and a backrest portion. It is another object of the present invention to provide a safe portable toilet with an armrest in which a finger portion does not get caught between the armrest portion and the backrest portion regardless of the height position of the armrest portion. .
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, according to the first aspect of the present invention, a toilet main body, an armrest that is detachably attached to the left and right edges of the upper surface of the toilet main body, and an upper rear portion of the toilet main body. A portable toilet equipped with a backrest portion,
The armrest is
An elbow rest for placing the elbow;
Supporting the elbow rest from below, a support bar configured to be movable up and down with respect to the toilet body,
It said elbow portion to slide in the vertical direction and a height adjustment means Adjustable height,
The support rod portion is inserted and slid inside to provide an elongated hole portion configured to be movable in the vertical direction,
In all positions where the armrest portion moves in the vertical direction, the backrest portion is formed in a shape corresponding to the trajectory of the vertical movement of the armrest portion, the facing portion of the armrest portion,
Provided is a portable toilet with an armrest, wherein a relative distance between the facing portion of the backrest portion and an end portion of the armrest portion on the backrest portion side is formed with a gap that does not allow a finger portion to enter. To do.
[0007]
Further, in the invention according to
[0008]
The armrest portion in the present invention is detachably attached to the left and right edge portions on the upper surface side of the portable toilet, and is configured to include height adjusting means that can adjust the height in the vertical direction. The height adjusting means itself is included in the present invention as long as it can slide in the vertical direction. Further, the backrest part of the present invention is erected on the rear upper part of the toilet main body part of the portable toilet, and all of the structures in which the user can sit on the toilet seat part of the portable toilet and lean against the back. Is a concept that includes
[0009]
As described above, in a portable toilet having an armrest portion and a backrest portion as in the present invention, if there is a gap between the armrest portion and the backrest portion, a finger may be caught. And in portable toilets that can adjust the height of the armrest, the armrest moves up and down, so fingers are caught in the gap between the armrest and backrest at all positions (ranges) where the armrest moves up and down. Without it, it's never safe.
[0010]
Therefore, in the present invention, the facing portion of the backrest portion facing (opposing) the armrest portion is formed to have a shape corresponding to the trajectory of the vertical movement of the armrest portion, and the finger portion does not enter the relative interval. The interval is about. Thereby, the mutual distance (that is, the relative gap between the opposing portions) of the surfaces where the armrest portion and the backrest portion face each other is always constant as long as the armrest portion moves vertically.
[0011]
More specifically, for example, if the armrest portion moves up and down in the vertical direction as in the invention described in
[0012]
Furthermore, in this invention, a backrest part and an armrest part are attached with the clearance gap which is a grade which a finger part does not enter. Therefore, even if the armrest is moved up and down to adjust the height, the gap between the backrest and the armrest is constant regardless of the height position as long as the armrest is within the vertical movement range. There will be only a gap that does not allow the fingers to enter.
[0013]
Therefore, according to the present invention, in all positions where the armrest portion moves in the up-down direction, the facing portion facing the armrest portion of the backrest portion has a shape corresponding to the locus of the armrest portion, and the backrest portion Since the gap between the armrest and the armrest is narrow enough to prevent the fingers from entering, the portable toilet with a safe armrest that prevents the fingers from entering between the backrest regardless of the height of the armrest It becomes.
[0014]
Here, in the present invention, the shape of the facing portion of the backrest portion opposite to the armrest portion is in accordance with (along) the trajectory of the vertical movement of the armrest portion, but the shape of this facing portion is the shape of the armrest portion. It is determined according to the moving direction. For example, when the armrest portion moves up and down in the vertical direction as described above, the surface shape of the backrest portion facing the armrest portion is a shape including a vertical (plane) portion along the vertical movement of the armrest portion. Become. Further, when the armrest portion moves obliquely in the up-down direction, the shape of the facing portion including the obliquely inclined (planar) portion along the locus moving obliquely is obtained.
[0015]
In addition, the opposing part of the backrest part which opposes an armrest part is a backrest, when an armrest part is arrange | positioned in the front part of a backrest part (or front part of the column part of a backrest) like
[0016]
In addition, when the armrest portion is arranged so as to face the side surface of the backrest portion (or the columnar portion of the backrest), the side surface portion of the backrest portion becomes the facing portion facing the armrest portion, and the side surface serving as the facing portion As described above, an edge or a surface shape corresponding to the movement trajectory of the armrest portion is formed on the portion.
[0017]
In the invention according to
[0018]
And in this invention, the said armrest part has an elbow rest part passed in the horizontal direction and a support bar part that hangs downward from the lower surface side of the arm rest part. The rear end of the part is disposed at a position facing the front side edge of the column part. That is, the rear end portion (the portion located most rearward) of the armrest portion is the portion closest to the column portion. In many cases, the rear edge portion of the armrest portion of the armrest portion is disposed at a position closest to the column portion.
[0019]
The support bar portion is inserted into a cylindrical elongated hole portion provided vertically from the left and right edges of the upper surface of the main body portion, and moved in the vertical direction by sliding the inside of the elongated hole portion. It is configured to be possible. In other words, the armrest portion moves in the vertical direction along the elongated hole portion, and the movement locus thereof is also in the vertical direction.
[0020]
For this reason, in this invention, the front side of the said pillar part is comprised by the edge part along the same perpendicular direction as the movement locus | trajectory of the said armrest part said armrest part. Accordingly, when the rear end portion of the armrest portion moves in the vertical direction, the front side portion of the pillar, which is the closest opposing portion among the backrest portions, is formed in a vertical state, so the armrest portion and the backrest portion The relative interval is constant regardless of the position of movement.
[0021]
In addition, since the relative distance between the backrest (the front part of the column) and the armrest (the rear end of the armrest) is formed so that fingers and the like are not caught, the armrest is moved up and down. Even if it moves in the direction, it is possible to prevent an accident in which the user's fingers are caught.
[0022]
As a preferable aspect of the present invention, for example, column portions of a backrest portion are respectively provided on both side edges of the upper rear portion of the toilet main body, and the back plate portion is horizontally (left and right) above the two left and right column portions. The backrest part is constructed.
[0023]
Then, armrests that can be adjusted in height (moved up and down) in the vertical direction are detachably attached to the toilet main body at positions on the left and right pillars, respectively. Furthermore, the front part of the pillar part of the backrest part is formed in a shape corresponding to the trajectory of the vertical movement of the armrests, that is, a vertical part (or a vertical surface), so that the finger part does not enter the gap between the pillar part and the armrest. What is necessary is just to comprise.
