本発明は、椅子における座の前後摺動装置に関する。

背凭れに寄り掛かる座者の荷重により、背凭れが後傾し、それに連動して、座が前後動する椅子は公知である。
一方、本願出願人は、近年のOA機器の普及に対処して、たとえば机上のパソコンのキーボード使用時において、背凭れの後傾とは無関係に、背凭れや肘掛けに対する座の前後位置を微調節して、座者の座り心地を改善し、デスクワークの作業効率を向上させることを目的として、簡単な機構で、容易に座の前後位置の調節を行うことができる発明について、先に特許出願している(特開2002−136376号)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、前記目的と併せて、着座による座の撓み、特に座枠に張設するシート状部材の撓みが大きい場合、あるいは、長年月の使用により座枠が変形した場合などにおいても、何ら支障なく、座の前後位置の調節を良好にすることができるようにした、椅子における座の前後摺動装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明によると、上記課題は、次のようにして解決される。
(1) 椅子における脚柱の上端に取り付けた支基の左右上方に、前後方向を向くガイドレールを設け、このガイドレールに、座の左右下方に座から離間して設けた可動レールを、それぞれ前後摺動可能に取り付けた椅子における座の前後摺動装置とする。

(2) 上記(1)項において、前記座を、座枠にシート状部材の外周部を取り付ける。

(3) 上記(2)項において、前記シート状部材を、弾性変形可能なネット部材とする。

図1及び図2に示すように、この椅子は、先端部にキャスタ(1)が設けられた脚杆(2)を有する脚体(3)の中央に、ガススプリング(図示略)を備える伸縮式の脚柱(4)を立設し、脚柱(4)の上端に、支基(5)の後部を固着して形成されている。

また、長年月の使用により、座が変形した場合にも、それによって可動レールが変形することがない。
