Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a plant quality improver useful as a plant body containing fruit, growth promotion, and quality-improving material, and a method for producing the same.

Conventionally, various pesticides have been sprayed for the control of pests in plants containing fruits, but in recent years natural products such as drugs have been accumulated in the human body, and there is a need for products with low environmental impact. Many products using agricultural compositions with low environmental impact are known.

For example, 1) A method for promoting plant growth, which comprises applying photosynthetic bacteria and VA mycorrhizal fungi to plants and / or cultivated soil when cultivating plants such as cucurbitaceae plants, photosynthetic bacteria and VA bacteria A plant growth promoter characterized by containing a mycorrhizal fungus (see, for example, Patent Document 1), and 2) a solution containing a plant growth regulator (or a harvest improver) containing an iodine-cyclodextrin inclusion product. Plant growth promotion method, method of increasing sugar content of fruits (see, for example, Patent Literature 2), 3) mainly comprising soaking seeds in advance or spraying them on soil or plant stems, leaves or roots Containing fulvic acid, addition, spraying, solid mixing, culture solution addition, dilution mixing, irrigation, impregnation into agricultural materials, bottom irrigation, binder solution during soil granulation, foliar spraying, seed soaking, seed coating, Root at transplant Agricultural composition applied to plants or culture media by at least one method selected from the group consisting of immersion, immersion on grafted surfaces and application (see, for example, Patent Document 3), 4) Inosine is effective There are known leaf vegetables, fruit vegetables, root vegetables, flowers and fruit plant root growth promoters (see, for example, Patent Document 4) which are contained as components and applied in a certain amount to the soil.

However, the plant growth promoter, the plant growth promotion method, and the agricultural composition described in Patent Documents 1 to 4 are products having little influence on the human body and environmental load, but are still not effective for promoting plant growth. There are problems such as inadequate aspects and limited plant bodies. In addition, these agricultural compositions cannot be used for prevention of plant diseases or pest control of plant bodies, and for prevention of plant diseases and pest control of plant bodies, further compositions for prevention of plant diseases and There is a problem that a pest control agent for a plant must be used.

On the other hand, the inventors of the present invention applied a composition containing an extract from hot water of seaweeds belonging to the genus Red seaweeds of the genus Red seaweeds and / or the genus Hygis having excellent characteristics among seaweeds to the surfaces of plants, fruits and foods. By coating, it can be used as an insecticide, antibacterial agent, antifungal agent, and antiviral agent to prevent insect pests parasitic on plant bodies such as fruit sugar content improver, plant disease preventive agent, food freshness preserving agent, aphid, spider mite, and caterpillar. An applied plant / food quality improver has been developed (see, for example, Patent Document 5).
Since this plant / food quality improver is an extract extracted from edible seaweed which is a natural product, there are no toxic and harmful components to the human body, and seaweed belonging to the red alga Giraffe and / or Igis Incorporation of specific proteins, various amino acids, sugars, plant fibers, and viscous effects, soil improvement effect, plant growth promotion effect by soil irrigation, growth promotion effect by foliar application, It has the effect of improving the taste quality, improving the texture, maintaining the freshness, promoting rooting / establishment, and reducing frost damage / cold damage, and the results of research at various agricultural test sites in Tochigi Prefecture, Kagoshima Prefecture, etc. [Biwa, mandarin (variety tankan), melon, strawberry (nyoho)] etc. have been confirmed to have their effects (sugar content promoting effect, etc.).

However, the plant / food quality improver composed of the above seaweed extract is sprayed after diluting the stock solution about 10 to 150 times depending on the purpose when used for pest control, prevention, growth promotion, etc. However, this is because the seaweed concentration in the stock solution is constant, and this is because the amount of water that the seaweed itself can contain is determined, and if you try to extract a stock solution of a certain concentration or more, undissolved seaweed remains, There is a problem that the undiluted solution may solidify at a low temperature or a normal temperature, and it is difficult to make a dilution at a target magnification on site.
Furthermore, the present situation is that the appearance of a plant quality improver composed of the seaweed extract, which is excellent in controlling pests and promoting the growth of plant bodies, is eagerly desired.

Next, specific embodiments of the plant quality improver and the production method thereof of the present invention will be described in detail.
In the plant quality improving agent and the method for producing the same according to the present invention, in the first invention, the extract of red seaweeds of the genus Kirinsai and / or the genus Hygis by hot water is further adjusted to a temperature of 85 ° C. or less, and the extract It is characterized by containing a seaweed extract obtained by vaporizing and evaporating unnecessary moisture therein, and in the second invention, the extract by hot water is an extract obtained by adding an organic acid. It is characterized by being.

There are no particular limitations on the seaweeds belonging to the genus Red Ginseng, which are used as raw materials, as long as they are seaweeds of the genus Giraffe. gelatinae) can be used, and the seaweed belonging to the genus Igis is not particularly limited as long as it is a seaweed belonging to the genus Igis. , Harigis (scientific name: Ceramium paniculatum), Hanegis (scientific name: Ceramium japonicum), Fugitis (scientific name: Campylaephora crassa), etc. can be used.
In addition, these seaweeds used are preferably used after being washed with water and then sun-dried from the viewpoint of adjusting the difference between the collection time and the use time for convenience of transportation and the like.

As an extraction method from seaweeds belonging to the genus Rhinoceros giraffes and / or genus Ignis, for example, 3 to 30 parts by weight of dry seaweed, preferably 3 to 15 parts by weight of dry seaweed is added to 100 parts by weight of water. A method of obtaining an extract by heating the solution at a temperature of 80 to 95 ° C. for about 60 to 120 minutes, preferably about 90 to 120 minutes, and then filtering the liquid.
If the extraction temperature is less than 80 ° C., the extraction will take a long time and workability will deteriorate. On the other hand, if it exceeds 95 ° C., the viscosity will decrease and the active ingredients contained in the seaweed may deteriorate. It is not preferable.
In this 1st invention, from the point which avoids the temperature of 85 degrees C or less, workability | operativity, efficiency, and a component change as much as possible in this 1st invention, Preferably it is temperature 70-85 degreeC, Most preferably, it is temperature 80-85 degreeC. It is necessary to obtain a seaweed extract obtained by evaporating and evaporating unnecessary moisture in the extract by hot water after adjusting for about 60 to 120 minutes. This is because in the conventional seaweed extract, the undiluted solution is diluted and sprayed about 10 to 150 times depending on the purpose, but the seaweed concentration in the undiluted solution is constant. If an amount of stock solution that can be contained is determined and an attempt is made to extract a stock solution of a certain concentration or more, undissolved seaweed remains, and the stock solution is solidified at low or normal temperature, resulting in poor solubility. Unnecessary moisture in the extract with water is vaporized and evaporated, so the stock solution does not coagulate and is excellent in solubility, so that it becomes possible to easily prepare a dilution solution with each dilution factor. .
The reason why the vaporization temperature is limited to 85 ° C. or less is that no change in the extracted components occurs, and when it is less than 70 ° C., workability and efficiency are deteriorated.

In this 1st invention comprised in this way, the extract by the hot water of the seaweeds which belong to the red alga Giraffe rhinus genus and / or the genus Igis is further adjusted to the temperature of 85 degrees C or less, and is unnecessary in the extract by hot water. Since it becomes a plant quality improver containing seaweed extract obtained by vaporizing and evaporating moisture, it has better solubility than those containing conventional extracts, so it is easy to dilute at the target magnification in the field. At the same time, it is possible to obtain a plant quality improver and a method for producing the same, which are excellent in controlling pests and promoting the growth of plant bodies, and have great workability, efficiency and economic effect for farmers and the like.
In addition, the first invention uses a specific edible seaweed that is a natural product, the extraction solvent is also water, and no ingredients other than edible ingredients are contained in the process until becoming a product. A plant quality improver that can be used with confidence and a method for producing the same can be obtained.
In addition, to the seaweed extract obtained by vaporizing and evaporating unnecessary water according to the first invention, edible vegetable oils such as soybean oil, olive oil, salad oil and the like are added to the total amount of the plant quality improver as necessary. The pH may be adjusted to 2 to 5 by adding -10 wt% or by adding an edible organic acid such as citric acid or malic acid (the same applies to the following embodiments).

This 2nd invention is a plant quality improvement agent containing the extract obtained by adding an organic acid when extracting the extract by the said hot water.
The organic acid to be used is preferably an edible organic acid from the viewpoint of cost, safety, and the like. Specifically, at least one selected from citric acid, gluconic acid, malic acid, succinic acid, fumaric acid, and acetic acid can be mentioned. Preferably, edible fruit acids such as citric acid and malic acid are desirable. When these organic acids are added and extracted at the time of hot water extraction, the coagulation power of seaweed is weakened by the dissolving power of the acid, so that the solubility is high and lower gel than the conventional stock solution (extract). An extract can be obtained.

The amount of the organic acid used is 0.5 to 10 parts by weight, preferably 100 parts by weight of water,
It is desirable to be 0.6 to 6 parts by weight. If the amount added is less than 0.5 parts by weight, the desired high concentration and low gelled extract with excellent solubility cannot be obtained. On the other hand, if it exceeds 10 parts by weight, the pH becomes 2 or less. It is not preferable.
In the production method of the second invention, an organic acid is added when extracting the extract by hot water, and the extraction method is 3 to 30 parts by weight of dry seaweed, preferably 100 parts by weight of water. Then, 3 to 15 parts by weight of dried seaweed and 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of organic acid are added and heated at a temperature of 80 to 95 ° C. for about 60 to 120 minutes, preferably about 90 to 120 minutes, and then the liquid is filtered. Can be done.
Conventionally, an organic acid is added to the extract after hot water extraction to adjust the pH. However, in the second invention, when extracting the extract with hot water, This is different in that an acid is added to obtain an extract having a high concentration and low gelation, which is excellent in solubility, and both are different in addition time, purpose of addition and the like.

In this 2nd invention comprised in this way, the plant quality improvement agent containing the extract obtained by adding an organic acid when extracting with the hot water of the seaweeds which belong to the red alga Giraffe rhinoceros and / or the genus Igis Therefore, it is possible to obtain an extract with high solubility and gelation, which is excellent in solubility, so that it is more soluble than a conventional extract-containing extract, and dilution at a target magnification on site is possible. A plant quality improver that is easy, excellent in extermination of pests and insects, and promotes the growth of plant bodies, and has great workability, efficiency, and economic effect for farmers and the like can be obtained. Moreover, since it becomes a high concentration extract, the target magnification dilution (conventional extract 50 to 150 times) is greatly improved when promoting plant growth, spraying the target foliage, and pouring the soil. The effect could be confirmed at a magnification of 2000 times depending on the plant. This is presumably due to the increase in amino acid groups, inorganic components, etc. of the extracted components due to high concentration extraction.
Similar to the first invention, the extract obtained by adding the organic acid is further adjusted to a temperature of 85 ° C. or less to evaporate and evaporate unnecessary moisture in the extract by hot water. It can also be used as a plant quality improver containing an extract. Thereby, it is further excellent in solubility, facilitating dilution at a target magnification in the field, and excellent in extermination of pests and promotion of plant growth.
Also in this second invention, the raw material is a natural edible seaweed that is a natural product, the extraction solvent is water, and no ingredients other than edible ingredients are contained in the process until it becomes a product. A plant quality improver that can be used with confidence and a method for producing the same are obtained.

In the present invention, the extract of the first invention or the extract of the second invention is made to contain a pepper extract from the point of extinguishing pests parasitizing further plants and the like, further promoting growth. Therefore, it is desirable to contain at least one of molasses and bittern (crude seawater magnesium).
Examples of the pepper extract used include a liquid obtained by extracting and filtering 20 to 40 parts by weight of dry ground pepper with hot water at a temperature of 90 to 100 ° C. or 100 parts by weight of a lower alcohol such as ethanol. In addition, the kind of pepper is not specifically limited, For example, a hawk's nail, a habanero seed | species, etc. are mentioned.
The content of this pepper extract is preferably 1 to 10% by weight, more preferably 1 to 5% by weight, particularly preferably 2 to 3% by weight, based on the total amount of the plant quality improver. In addition, capsaicins (capsaicin, dihydrocapsaicin) may be included in the above-described content range instead of the pepper solution.
By including this pepper extract, stimulation, sterilization, awakening, and osmotic action of the pepper solution expands the larvae of the worm body and the pores, making it easier for seaweed components to enter. The same pest control can be exerted with a diluted solution 40 to 60 times from the solution.

The molasses to be used is not particularly limited, and commercially available edible molasses (stock solution) can be used, and the content thereof is 1 to 10% by weight, more preferably 2%, based on the total amount of the plant quality improver. It is desirable that the content be ˜3% by weight.
By containing this molasses, further promotion of plant pod growth can be achieved by foliar application to the plant body and soil pouring. In addition to the mineral components contained in molasses, it is assumed that the contained sucrose was quickly decomposed in the soil, and the absorption of seaweed components was promoted. There is an effect, and once insects are damaged, they will not come. Thereby, the extermination of the same pest can be exhibited with the 40 to 60 times dilution liquid from the 10 times dilution liquid of the conventional extract.
Furthermore, the bittern to be used is not particularly limited, and a commercially available bittern (stock solution) can be used, and the content thereof is 1 to 10% by weight, more preferably 2-3, based on the total amount of the plant quality improver. It is desirable to set the weight%.
By including this bittern, the mineral component contained in the bittern can exert further growth promotion of the plant body by foliar application to the plant body and soil pouring.
Therefore, the extract of the first invention or the extract of the second invention further eliminates harmful insects, contains pepper extract, further promotes growth, contains molasses, bittern, and more. Even a dilute solution having a low concentration can eliminate pests and promote the growth of plant bodies, so that a plant quality improver that maximizes workability, efficiency, and economic effects can be obtained.

Further, in the present invention, the extract of the first invention or the extract of the second invention is used to eliminate further pests, and instead of the pepper extract or together with the pepper extract, the coffee extract, the tea It contains at least one selected from an extract, cedar skin extract, bamboo vinegar, and wood vinegar, and preferably contains bamboo vinegar.
These coffee extract, tea extract, cedar bark extract, bamboo vinegar, and wood vinegar contain tannin, caffeine, acetic acid, etc., and these components have irritation, sterilization, awakening, and osmotic effects. Because the larvae and stomata of the worm body are expanded and the seaweed component is easy to enter, it is possible to demonstrate the control of the same pests with a diluted solution of 10 to 80 times from the conventional diluted solution of 10 times. Become.
The concentration of these components may be 0.05 to 5% by weight, and the content thereof is 1 to 10% by weight, more preferably 1.5 to 5%, based on the total amount of the plant quality improver. It is desirable to set it as 3 weight%.

The plant quality improver of the present invention configured as described above is superior in solubility to those containing a conventional extract and can be easily diluted to achieve the target magnification in the field. In order to dilute the seed solution (extract) according to the purpose of use, for example, germination promotion, germination rate improvement, soak seeds in 60-100 times solution, rooting, growth promotion, 100-200 times If foliar application, irrigation, sugar content, quality improvement, 100-300 times foliar application, irrigation, tree recovery (insecticide), 30-40 times more by spraying on the plant body, It can be used easily and easily.
In addition, in the case of further containing at least one selected from pepper extract, coffee extract, tea extract, cedar skin extract, bamboo vinegar, and wood vinegar, further increase the dilution factor (reduce the concentration) Can also enhance the pest control effect.
Furthermore, by containing molasses and / or bittern, the growth of the plant body can be promoted even with a dilute solution having a lower concentration.

As is apparent from the results of Table 1 above, Examples 1 to 11 that are within the scope of the present invention are superior in storage stability and solubility compared to Comparative Examples 1 and 2 that are outside the scope of the present invention. understood.

(Test Example 2)
Using Examples 1 to 3 and Comparative Examples 1 and 2 obtained above, Examples 1, 4, 5, 6, and 11 and Comparative Examples 1 and 2 were diluted at a dilution ratio of 30 times. , 3, 7 to 10, after ripening on strawberries (variety: Nyoho) at a dilution factor of 50, it was sprayed in three stages before the mid-term and before harvest. In Comparative Examples 1 and 2, it was dissolved in water at a temperature of 40 ° C. using a stirrer.
When the sugar content of the strawberries (harvest time: late January) harvested in Examples 1 to 11 and Comparative Examples 1 and 2 was measured at the above dilution rate, it was 10.9 to 11.5. In the untreated section, the sugar content was 10.1.
Moreover, when Examples 1-11 and Comparative Examples 1-2 were sprayed by the said dilution magnification in the place where the Brassica and leaf mite generate | occur | produced, it has confirmed that it dies. Moreover, about Examples 5-11, it was confirmed that it was killed when sprayed on the place where Brassica and leaf mites were generated at a dilution factor of 100.

Considering the evaluation results of Test Examples 1 and 2 above, Examples 1 to 11 according to the present invention are superior in storage stability and solubility as compared with the conventional Comparative Examples 1 and 2, and are used to control pests. It was found that the growth of the plant body was equivalent to or better than Comparative Examples 1 and 2.
In Examples 2, 3, and 7 to 11, since the product was a high-concentration and low-gelling product, it was found that even when the dilution factor was 50 times, it was excellent in controlling pests and promoting the growth of plants. Furthermore, those containing the capsicum liquid, molasses and bamboo vinegar liquid of Examples 5 to 11 can be obtained by the stimulation, sterilization, awakening and osmotic action of the above capsicum liquid and bamboo vinegar liquid even at a dilution factor of 100. In addition, molasses made it possible to control pests by ingestion stimulating action because the air gates and stomata of the larvae expanded, making it easier for seaweed components to enter.
