Description
The present invention relates to a puncture device and a puncture tip for puncturing the skin when measuring components such as glucose in blood.
Diabetic patients are encouraged to perform routine self-management by measuring their own blood glucose fluctuations. The blood glucose level is measured by attaching a test paper impregnated with a reagent that develops color depending on the amount of glucose in the blood, supplying blood to the test paper to cause coloration, and optically determining the degree of coloration. A blood component measuring apparatus that obtains and displays a blood glucose level by measuring it has been put into practical use. A blood component measuring apparatus using an electrochemical sensor has also been put into practical use.
Prior to blood measurement, a puncture device is used when a patient collects his blood. In the puncture device, a puncture tip equipped with a puncture needle that can advance and retreat in the axial direction is attached, and a repulsive force is applied to the puncture needle by an elastic body so that the puncture needle protrudes instantaneously. A minute amount of blood is bleed by puncturing the skin with a palm, an arm or the like (see, for example, JP-A-2001-309905 (Japan)). The puncture device may be integrated with the blood component measurement device.
By the way, the blood circulation state differs depending on the temperature, and when the skin temperature is low, the blood circulation tends to stagnate. Therefore, when the skin temperature of the blood collection site is low when puncturing is performed by the puncture device, the amount of blood required for measurement may not be bleeding. In particular, when the temperature is low such as in winter, the skin temperature often decreases, and appropriate blood collection may not be performed.
An object of the present invention is to provide a puncture device and a puncture tip capable of bleeding a necessary and sufficient amount of blood required for measurement.
The puncture device according to the present invention is a puncture device to which a puncture tip having a puncture needle for puncturing the skin is attached, and a contact portion that contacts the skin around the puncture site by the puncture needle, and in the vicinity of the puncture location A skin temperature sensor for measuring skin temperature, a skin temperature determination unit for comparing and determining a skin temperature measured by the skin temperature sensor and a predetermined skin temperature threshold, an ambient temperature sensor for measuring ambient temperature, and the ambient temperature An ambient temperature determination unit that compares and determines the ambient temperature measured by the sensor and a predetermined ambient temperature threshold; and an output unit that indicates a result of determination in the skin temperature determination unit and the ambient temperature determination unit . To do.
In this way, the skin temperature is measured by the skin temperature sensor, the skin temperature is compared with a predetermined skin temperature threshold value, and the result indicating the result is output to the measurer to determine whether the skin temperature is suitable for puncture. Be recognized.
As a result, when the skin temperature is unsuitable for puncture, the measurer can be urged to prepare in advance, such as warming the palm or finger, and puncture can be performed with good blood circulation. By performing the above, it is possible to bleed a necessary and sufficient amount of blood required for the measurement. The puncture tip and the contact portion may be configured to be detachable and replaceable with respect to the puncture device.
Further, the puncture device according to the present invention is a puncture device to which a puncture tip having a puncture needle for puncturing the skin is mounted, and a contact portion that contacts the skin around the puncture site by the puncture needle and an ambient temperature is measured. An ambient temperature sensor, an ambient temperature determination unit that compares and determines the ambient temperature measured by the ambient temperature sensor and a predetermined ambient temperature threshold, and an output unit that indicates a result of the determination in the ambient temperature determination unit It is characterized by.
As described above, when the ambient temperature measured by the ambient temperature sensor is lower than the ambient temperature threshold, the skin temperature may be considerably low. Can provoke arousal.
In this case, if a contact type plate-shaped skin temperature sensor for measuring the skin temperature is provided, the measurer can easily and accurately confirm the skin temperature.
It is preferable that the puncture device is provided with a measuring unit for measuring the collected blood component, so that the puncture and the component measurement can be continuously performed with one device, and the puncture error is greatly reduced. This prevents the puncture tip from being wasted.
Furthermore, the puncture tip according to the present invention is a puncture tip attached to a puncture device, provided with a puncture needle that punctures the skin, a cylindrical housing that accommodates the puncture needle so as to be movable back and forth in the axial direction, and the housing. A contact portion that contacts the skin around the puncture site by the puncture needle, a skin temperature sensor provided at the contact portion, and a signal line of the skin temperature sensor, and is exposed to the outside. And the first electrode is provided at a position in contact with the second electrode provided in the puncture device when the first electrode is attached to the puncture device, and the contact portion includes the puncture tip Is provided at a position protruding from the distal end surface of the puncture device when mounted on the puncture device .
Thus, by providing the skin temperature sensor on the puncture tip, the skin temperature can be measured directly and reliably, and the suitability of the skin temperature for puncture is determined. Further, by providing a connection electrode that conducts to the skin temperature sensor, the electrical connection work to the puncture device is performed simultaneously with the mechanical mounting work, and the work is simple.

By inserting and pushing the

The
The
The
The measured skin temperature T is supplied to the
The
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the
The
The
The
The skin
The threshold value Th1 is set as a skin temperature at which blood sufficient to measure the blood sugar level by puncturing is bleeding. As a result of experiments by the present inventors, when the threshold value Th1 is set as any one temperature in the range of 28 ° C. to 35 ° C., puncture is performed with sufficiently good blood circulation, and bleeding is performed to an appropriate amount.
Next, the operation of the blood
First, in step S1, the measurer performs a predetermined initial operation. That is, after the
At this time, the
In step S2, as shown in FIG. 1, the measurer presses the
In step S3, the
Further, the skin
In step S4, the skin
In step S5, an alarm is output in the form of letters and voices on the
In step S6, the measurer promotes blood circulation to an extent suitable for measurement and raises the skin temperature, for example, by performing preliminary heating preparation such as hand massage, massage, or soaking in hot water. In this case, the skin temperature T is accurately recognized because it is displayed on the
In addition, a predetermined heater 250 (see FIG. 3) is provided in the
On the other hand, in step S7, the alarm output using the
In step S8, the
Moreover, since the
At this time, since the skin temperature T is guaranteed to be an appropriate temperature by the measurement of the
In step S9, blood bleeds from the puncture site P punctured by the
In step S10, the blood sugar
In step S11, the obtained blood glucose level is displayed on the liquid crystal monitor 152 (see reference numeral 152c in FIG. 1) and stored in the
In addition, past data recorded in the
After the measurement is completed, the
In the measurement of the skin temperature T in step S3, the measurement may be performed after recognizing that the
As described above, according to the blood
Next, a blood
The
As shown in FIG. 6, two electrodes (first electrodes) 206a and 206b are vertically arranged on the end face of the
According to such a
Furthermore, by providing the
Next, a blood component measuring apparatus 10c and a
The blood component measurement device 10c is similar to the blood
The blood component measuring apparatus 10c further includes a vacuum pump connected by a
The
The puncturing operation by the
The
The
The
The
Next, the operation of the blood component measuring device 10c and the

In step S <b> 104, a caution output in character and voice format is output to the
In step S105, the measurer presses the skin (for example, palm) 180 against the liquid
In step S106, puncturing is performed. That is, the measurer presses the
At this time, even if the ambient temperature Ta is low, it is ensured that the skin temperature T is an appropriate temperature by the confirmation using the liquid
In step S107, the
In step S108, the blood sugar
In step S109, the elapsed time from the start of puncturing (that is, when step S106 is executed) is checked, and if it is within the predetermined allowable time, the process returns to step S108 and monitoring of the signal supplied from the light receiving element 130b is continued. . When the allowable time has elapsed, error processing (step S110) such as error occurrence display is performed, and the measurement is terminated.
On the other hand, in step S111, the
In step S112, the blood sugar
In step S113, the obtained blood glucose level is displayed on the
As described above, according to the blood component measuring device 10c and the
Furthermore, since the ambient temperature Ta does not change suddenly in a short time, the temperature sensing part in the
In the blood component measuring apparatus 10c, in order to measure the skin temperature T, a temperature sensor that can be read and recognized by the
