Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an active seismic isolation control method and a control apparatus for actively controlling a floor or a building by adding an actuator to the seismic isolation floor or the seismic isolation building.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In precision production facilities such as semiconductor factories, it is strongly required to ensure seismic safety and maintain functionality of production equipment during an earthquake. As a countermeasure, a seismic isolation floor is installed in a part of the factory, and particularly expensive and important equipment or equipment that is easy to fall over is put on it.
[0003]
However, since the seismic isolation floor causes a large horizontal relative displacement with the building during an earthquake, it is necessary to leave sufficient clearance around it. In semiconductor factories and the like, the product moves through each process by a dedicated transport machine, so this clearance becomes a major obstacle when trying to install a seismic isolation floor in the production line.
Also, in the case of ordinary seismic isolation buildings and seismic isolation retrofits, there is not a sufficient distance to the site boundary, and it is often difficult to secure clearance.
[0004]
In order to solve such problems, by adding an actuator to the base isolation floor or base isolation building and actively controlling it, the absolute acceleration and relative displacement of the floor or building are further suppressed, and the base isolation floor or base isolation base is controlled. The aim is to reduce the clearance required around the building.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the absolute acceleration and the absolute acceleration can be reduced while considering both how much the relative displacement is suppressed according to the situation of the installation place and how much the absolute acceleration is suppressed according to the capacity of the actuator. Optimal vibration control that takes into account which of the relative displacements should be suppressed, cannot be realized. As a result, the capacity of the actuator may not be fully utilized, and there is excess clearance. May exist.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide an active seismic isolation control method capable of realizing optimal vibration control according to the situation of the installation location and the capability of the actuator. .
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems and achieve such an object, the present invention provides an active actuator that suppresses absolute acceleration and relative displacement of a floor or a building by adding an actuator to the base or floor. In the seismic isolation control method, the evaluation function in the optimum state feedback control is configured by weighting the absolute acceleration and relative displacement of the floor or building independently, and the evaluation function is expressed by the following formula It is characterized by.
[Expression 2]
Where u is the control force, y is an output vector having relative displacement and absolute acceleration of the floor or building as elements, ω 0 is the natural angular frequency of the base-isolated floor or building , and λ is the relative displacement and absolute acceleration. A parameter that determines which one is mainly to be suppressed, and g is a parameter that determines the magnitude of the control force.
[0008]
Absolute acceleration and relative displacement are contradictory control amounts. If one of the controls is strengthened, the other will always increase from one stage to the other. Here, by configuring the evaluation function in the optimum state feedback control as described above, it is possible to design not only the absolute acceleration and the relative displacement at the same time but also which amount can be reduced intensively.
[0010]
Moreover, the above control method can be effectively implemented by performing active control of the base isolation floor or base isolation building using a control device that performs optimum state feedback control using the evaluation function.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is a schematic view of a seismic isolation floor or a base isolation building which is a control target of the present invention.
[0012]
As shown in FIG. 1, a

[0014]
Here, an active base isolation floor or base isolation building as shown in FIG. 1 is modeled by a one-mass system, and the natural frequency is f 0 , the natural angular frequency is ω 0 = 2πf 0 , and the damping constant is h 0 . . When optimal control by state feedback is performed, the state equation and the observation equation can be expressed by the following equations.
[Equation 3]
However,

[Equation 5]
It is.
[0015]
Here, a parameter λ for determining which one of the relative displacement and the absolute acceleration is mainly suppressed is introduced, and an evaluation function is defined by the following equation together with a parameter g for determining the magnitude of the control force.
[Formula 6]
[0016]
From equations (2), (8), and (9), equation (10) can be rewritten as follows.
[Expression 7]
However,
[Equation 8]
[0017]
Thus, the optimum control input is obtained as follows.
[Equation 9]
Here, P is a positive definite symmetric matrix obtained by solving the following Riccati equation.
[Expression 10]
[0018]
With the above configuration, as the parameter g is increased, the control force is increased. Further, when the parameter λ is 0, only the absolute acceleration is applied, and when the parameter λ is 1, the weight is applied only to the relative displacement. As the value changes from 1 to 1, the emphasis of control shifts from absolute acceleration to relative displacement.
[0019]
Therefore, by performing optimal state feedback control using the evaluation function as described above, it is possible to select the parameter g and the parameter λ appropriately, and within the range of the capacity limit of the

[0021]
【Example】
The control effect on absolute acceleration and relative displacement when the parameters λ and g are changed is evaluated. The natural frequency and damping constant of the base isolation floor or base isolation building were f 0 = 0.5 Hz and h 0 = 10%, respectively. As an evaluation index, H 2 norm of each transfer function for absolute acceleration and relative displacement
Take.
This corresponds to the rms value of the absolute acceleration and relative displacement of the floor or building when acceleration of white noise is input.
[0022]
The evaluation results are shown in FIG. Here, FIG. 2A is an index related to absolute acceleration, and FIG. 2B is an index related to relative displacement, and each index is expressed by a value normalized by an index in the case of non-control.
[0023]
2A shows that when λ is close to 0, the value decreases as the control force increases (g increases), and the absolute acceleration decreases. When is close to 1, it can be seen that if the control force is increased to some extent, the absolute acceleration stops decreasing and, conversely, starts to increase. This is because when the relative displacement is to be suppressed, the
[0024]
Conversely, when looking at the index for relative displacement in FIG. 2B, when λ is close to 1, the relative displacement decreases as the control force increases, but when λ is close to 0, the control force exceeds a certain level. The value goes up.
[0025]
Therefore, for example, when there is very little room for clearance around the base-isolated floor or base-isolated building, the absolute acceleration can be reduced somewhat by setting λ close to 1 and setting g to about 10 2. While sacrificing, the relative displacement can be reduced to about 1/5 of the passive case. Even in this case, it can be seen that the absolute acceleration can be further reduced by 20% compared to the passive case.
[0026]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the evaluation function in the optimum state feedback control is configured by weighting the absolute acceleration and the relative displacement of the floor or the building independently, so that either the absolute acceleration or the relative displacement is controlled mainly. You can even control what you can do. As a result, the clearance required around the base isolation floor or base isolation building can be minimized depending on the installation conditions within the capacity of the actuator, greatly expanding the scope of application of the base isolation system. be able to.
