F=−F 0 sgn(δ+αδ’)
【0010】
F=−F0sgn(δ+αδ′)
<条件>
【0012】
<分析>

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention belongs to the technical field of an active seismic isolation device having an actuator for controlling the vibration of a seismic isolation structure in addition to the seismic isolation bearing and damper, and more specifically, the amount of deformation of the seismic isolation layer is as much as possible. The present invention relates to an active seismic isolation device that performs seismic isolation (or vibration control) so as to be small.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in order to respond to the request of a seismic isolation device that seismically isolates (or dampens) so that the amount of deformation of the seismic isolation layer is as small as possible, the seismic isolation bearing that supports the seismic isolation structure and the seismic isolation bearing A so-called active seismic isolation device has been devised that includes an actuator that suppresses the vibration of the seismic isolation structure in addition to a damper that generates a damping force when the motor vibrates. For example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 8-260756, No. 11207, No. 61-237770, No. 1-17976, etc.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the present invention]
However, the active seismic isolation devices disclosed in the above publications generally measure the vibration (ground motion displacement) of the entire seismic isolation structure with a sensor and control it with a control device based on the measured value. However, since the vibration (ground motion displacement) is an absolute quantity, it cannot be measured directly and is usually obtained by second-order integration with respect to the time of the acceleration sensor, but this integration effect has a large drift component (low frequency component). Is included. Therefore, there is a problem that if the drift component is not properly removed, the amount of deformation of the seismic isolation layer increases conversely, but conventionally no countermeasure has been disclosed.
[0004]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a high-performance active seismic isolation device that controls an actuator using a stroke meter that is highly reliable as a sensor and has no influence of drift components.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a means for solving the above-mentioned problems, an active seismic isolation device according to the invention described in

The command for controlling the actuator is F for the actuator control force, δ for the stroke amount, δ ′ for the stroke speed obtained by time differentiation of the stroke amount, α for the constant, 1 for positive, negative for − If the sign function giving 1 is sgn (),
F = −F 0 sgn (δ + αδ ′)
It is characterized by being calculated by the above.

F = −F 0 sgn (δ + αδ ′)
In [Equation 1], δ is a stroke amount, δ ′ is a stroke speed obtained by time differentiation of δ, and α is a constant. Further, sgn () is a sign function that gives 1 when positive and -1 when negative.
[0011]
If the above [Equation 1] is illustrated, an output signal as shown in FIG. 2 is obtained. In this case, since the signal becomes discontinuous at δ + αδ ′ = 0, if the attenuation or friction is small, a high-order mode is generated by an impact, and may become unstable in some cases. Therefore, it is also effective to perform signal processing on a smooth curve that maintains stability as shown in FIG.
In the following, the active seismic isolation device shown in FIG. 1 is compared with the prior art using simulation analysis results. However, the seismic isolation structure was considered to be a rigid body with a total weight of 5000 t, and the
