Description
Photon Emission Computed Tomography)、PET(Positron
Emission Tomography)などのヒトの断層画像撮像装置のテスト、及び撮像画像に基づく装置の調整(キャリブレーション)、あるいは、撮影した画像データの補正は、既知の対象物を撮像して得られた画像に基づいて行われている。この場合の撮像対象として、従来からよく用いられているのが図9及び図10に示すような脳模型(米国データスペクトラム社製のホフマン3D脳ファントム)である。

Claims (10)
- 断層画像撮像装置の調整、または、前記断層画像撮像装置で撮像した画像データの補正のために用いられる脳模型であって、
頭部の形状を有するケースと、
前記ケース内に収容されていて、灰白質に相当する領域に空洞が設けられているケース内部材とを備え、
前記ケースには、
前記空洞を所定の液体試薬で満たすために、前記空洞と連通させて表面に設けられた液体注入口と、
前記ケース内を密閉するために、前記液体注入口を閉止する栓と、が設けられることを特徴とする脳模型。 - 前記ケースは、頭部上方部分に複数の着脱可能なピースを備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の脳模型。
- 前記液体注入口は、前記ケース表面の頭頂部に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の脳模型。
- 前記空洞は、左右対称であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の脳模型。
- 前記ケース内部材は、複数のスライス部材が積層された構造になっていて、
前記複数のスライス部材のそれぞれは、収容されている前記ケース内の位置における灰白室に相当する領域が空洞になっていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の脳模型。 - 前記ケース内には、少なくとも、大脳及び小脳に相当する領域が含まれていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の脳模型。
- 前記ケース及び前記ケース内部材は、透明または半透明であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の脳模型。
- 前記空洞の領域は、小児完全正常者の脳に基づいて定められていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の脳模型。
- 前記空洞の領域は、複数の部分領域に分割されていて、
前記ケースには、各部分領域ごとに液体注入口が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の脳模型。 - 前記空洞の領域は、大脳領域に対応する部分領域と、小脳領域に対応する部分領域とに分割されていることを特徴とする請求項9記載の脳模型。
