Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a control device for a brushless DC motor including a rotor having a permanent magnet and a stator that generates a rotating magnetic field for rotating the rotor.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a vehicle equipped with a brushless DC motor using a permanent magnet as a field magnet is known as a power source for running a vehicle, such as an electric vehicle or a hybrid vehicle.
As a control device for such a brushless DC motor, for example, the phase current supplied to each phase of the brushless DC motor is measured, and the orthogonal coordinates that rotate the measured value of the phase current in synchronization with the rotor, for example, the rotor The dq coordinate is converted into a d-axis current and a q-axis current on the dq coordinate where the direction of the magnetic flux is d-axis (torque axis) and the direction orthogonal to the d-axis is q-axis (field axis). There is known a control device that performs feedback control so that the deviation between the current command value and the measured value becomes zero.
[0003]
That is, from each deviation between the current command value and the measured value on the dq coordinate, that is, the d-axis current deviation and the q-axis current deviation, the d-axis voltage command value and the q-axis voltage command on the dq coordinate by, for example, PI operation or the like. The value is calculated, and then each voltage with respect to the phase voltage supplied to each phase of the brushless DC motor, for example, the three phases of the U-phase, V-phase, and W-phase from these d-axis voltage command value and q-axis voltage command value The command value is calculated. Each of these voltage command values is input as a switching command to an inverter made of a switching element such as an IGBT, and AC power for driving the brushless DC motor is output from the inverter according to these switching commands.
[0004]
In such a control device, for example, when calculating the d-axis current command value and the q-axis current command value based on the torque command corresponding to the accelerator operation amount of the driver of the vehicle, the d-axis inductance and the q-axis inductance are calculated. A method of calculating as a parameter is known.
For example, a circuit equation obtained from an equivalent circuit of a brushless DC motor in a steady state as in the method of measuring an equivalent circuit constant disclosed in “T. IEE Japan, Vol. 113-D, No. 11, 1993, pp1330” Based on the above, the d-axis inductance Ld and the q-axis inductance Lq are calculated by the following formula (1).
R is the resistance value of each phase of the brushless DC motor, ω is the electrical angular velocity of the brushless DC motor, ψ is the field main magnetic flux of the brushless DC motor, id and iq are the d-axis and q-axis currents Vd and vq are the d-axis and q-axis voltages, respectively.
[0005]
[Expression 1]
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the brushless DC motor control device according to an example of the prior art, as shown in the above formula (1), the d-axis inductance Ld is calculated by division by the d-axis current id, and the q-axis inductance Lq is calculated by the q-axis. Calculated by division by current iq. Here, since the d-axis current id and the q-axis current iq are calculated from the detected values of the phase currents supplied to the respective phases of the brushless DC motor, for example, the values of the d-axis current id and the q-axis current iq are relative to each other. If the value is too small, the values of the d-axis inductance Ld and the q-axis inductance Lq may fluctuate greatly due to the detection error of the phase current. In particular, the q-axis current, which is the field axis current, is set to a relatively small value when improving the operation efficiency of the brushless DC motor, so that there is a large error in the calculation result of the q-axis inductance Lq. There is a problem that arises.
[0007]
Further, the d-axis inductance Ld and the q-axis inductance Lq are accurately calculated, and the accurate d-axis current command value and the q-axis current command value corresponding to the torque command are calculated using these inductances Ld and Lq. In order to improve the initial response accuracy of the control device and the responsiveness during feedback control, for example, the winding resistance value varies depending on the magnetic pole position of the rotor of the brushless DC motor and the temperature change during the rotational driving of the brushless DC motor. It is necessary to accurately detect each data such as the winding temperature of the stator winding and the induced voltage that varies with the temperature change of the permanent magnet of the rotor.
However, for each detection device that detects data such as the magnetic pole position of the rotor and the winding temperature of the stator winding, various detection errors may occur depending on the operating state of the brushless DC motor. For example, since a position sensor that detects the magnetic pole position of the rotor has a phase delay characteristic, the value of the position sensor signal indicating a predetermined reference position deviates from the true reference position as the rotational speed increases. May show.
For this reason, a correction process for correcting these detection errors may be required, the calculation process becomes complicated and the scale of the control apparatus increases, and the cost required for constructing the control apparatus increases. Problems arise.
[0008]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and can improve the initial response accuracy and quick response at the time of control, simplify the arithmetic processing, and reduce the cost required for configuring the apparatus. An object of the present invention is to provide a control device for a DC motor.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems and achieve the object, the brushless DC motor control device according to the first aspect of the present invention generates a rotor having a permanent magnet and a rotating magnetic field for rotating the rotor. An energization switching means (for example, an embodiment to be described later) which comprises a plurality of switching elements and sequentially commutates energization of the stator winding with a brushless DC motor having a stator having a multi-phase stator winding. And a phase voltage detecting means for detecting the phase angle and effective value of the phase voltage of the brushless DC motor (for example, a phase in an embodiment described later). A voltage detector 46), phase current detection means for detecting the phase angle and effective value of the phase current (for example, a phase
[0010]
According to the brushless DC motor control apparatus having the above-described configuration, when calculating the torque axis inductance calculated by dividing the torque axis current and the field axis inductance calculated by dividing the field axis current, the field axis current is calculated. The torque axis inductance and the field axis inductance are calculated when the command value or the torque axis current command value exceeds the predetermined value, and the torque axis when the field axis current command value or the torque axis current command value is less than the predetermined value. Only the inductance is calculated.
Thus, even if the field axis current and the torque axis current calculated based on the detected values of the phase current supplied to each phase of the brushless DC motor include an appropriate detection error, the torque axis inductance And it can suppress that the error with respect to the calculation result of field axis inductance increases. Therefore, it is possible to calculate the torque axis inductance and the field axis inductance with high accuracy without excessively increasing the detection accuracy of the phase current detection means for detecting each phase current, and to construct a control device for the brushless DC motor. This can reduce the cost required.
In addition, when a desired calculation accuracy cannot be expected in the calculation results of the torque axis inductance and the field axis inductance, the calculation process is not executed, so that the calculation load of the control device can be reduced.
[0011]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a brushless DC motor control device comprising: a rotor having a permanent magnet; and a stator having a multi-phase stator winding that generates a rotating magnetic field for rotating the rotor. A brushless DC motor comprising a plurality of switching elements and rotatingly driven by energization switching means (for example, an
[0012]
According to the brushless DC motor control apparatus having the above-described configuration, when the energization to the brushless DC motor may be stopped according to the operating state of the brushless DC motor, for example, a torque command required for the brushless DC motor When the value is zero, or when the field axis current command value and torque axis current command value are zero, or when each phase voltage command value is zero, or the field axis voltage command value and torque axis voltage command value are zero In such a case, the switching operation of the energization switching unit is stopped by the energization stop control unit, and the power supply to the brushless DC motor is temporarily stopped.
As a result, when the voltage waveform of the induced voltage is directly detected by the phase voltage detection means, for example, it is possible to appropriately stop the energization without the need to provide a cutoff circuit or the like that cuts off the power supply line to the brushless DC motor. The induced voltage can be detected only with the timing, and the cost required for constructing the control device for the brushless DC motor can be reduced.
[0013]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided a brushless DC motor control device comprising: a rotor having a permanent magnet; and a stator having a multi-phase stator winding that generates a rotating magnetic field that rotates the rotor. A brushless DC motor comprising a plurality of switching elements and rotatingly driven by energization switching means (for example, an
[0014]
According to the control device of the brushless DC motor having the above-described configuration, the energization stop control unit stops the switching operation of the energization switching unit according to the operation state of the brushless DC motor, and temporarily stops the power supply to the brushless DC motor. To do. Then, the phase voltage of the brushless DC motor is full-wave rectified and converted into a full-wave rectified voltage in the rectifying means. Next, the rectified voltage detection means detects the voltage value of the induced voltage after smoothing the full-wave rectified voltage, for example.
Thereby, for example, the complicated voltage processing of detecting the voltage waveform of the induced voltage by the phase voltage detecting means, extracting the primary component from the voltage waveform, and calculating the effective value can be omitted, and Since the relatively high-speed sampling process required in the calculation of the effective value can also be omitted, the calculation load on the control device can be reduced.
[0015]
Furthermore, the brushless DC motor control device according to the fourth aspect of the present invention includes output torque detection means (for example, a
[0016]
According to the brushless DC motor control device having the above-described configuration, for example, control parameters that perform relatively slow fluctuations or small fluctuations, or control parameters that include integration processing in the required arithmetic processing are detected. The calculation load of the control device can be reduced by setting a longer period.
[0017]
Furthermore, in the brushless DC motor control device according to the fifth aspect of the present invention, the inductance calculating means stores calculation data during the rotational driving of the brushless DC motor, and the rotation of the brushless DC motor is stopped. The field axis inductance and the torque axis inductance are calculated.
[0018]
According to the brushless DC motor control apparatus having the above-described configuration, the calculation process of the field axis inductance and the torque axis inductance with relatively large calculation loads is performed when the brushless DC motor is stopped, that is, the feedback control calculation process for the brushless DC motor. When the calculation load is unnecessary, it is possible to suppress an increase in the calculation load of the control device.
[0019]
According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a brushless DC motor control apparatus according to the present invention, comprising: a rotor having a permanent magnet; and a stator having a multi-phase stator winding that generates a rotating magnetic field for rotating the rotor. A brushless DC motor comprising a plurality of switching elements and rotatingly driven by energization switching means (for example, an
[0020]
According to the brushless DC motor control apparatus having the above-described configuration, for example, in a brushless DC motor that is being rotationally driven, when the phase resistance value that increases as the winding temperature of the stator winding increases is appropriately calculated, A winding temperature detector or the like that directly detects the winding temperature of the child winding can be omitted. That is, for example, the ambient temperature of the brushless DC motor detected by an ambient temperature sensor provided in the housing of the brushless DC motor or the cooling water temperature detected by a cooling water temperature sensor provided in the cooling system of the brushless DC motor, for example. Or, for example, predetermined data indicating the relationship between the rotation speed of a brushless DC motor having a predetermined correlation with iron loss and copper loss and the winding temperature is stored in a memory or the like in advance, and the detected atmosphere This data is searched according to the temperature, the coolant temperature, and the rotational speed to obtain an estimated value of the winding temperature. Thereby, the cost required for constructing the control device for the brushless DC motor can be reduced.
[0021]
According to a seventh aspect of the present invention, there is provided a brushless DC motor control device according to the present invention, comprising: a rotor having a permanent magnet; and a stator having a multi-phase stator winding for generating a rotating magnetic field for rotating the rotor. A brushless DC motor comprising a plurality of switching elements and driven to rotate by energization switching means (for example, an
[0022]
According to the brushless DC motor control apparatus having the above-described configuration, for example, in a brushless DC motor that is being rotationally driven, when the phase resistance value that increases as the winding temperature of the stator winding increases is appropriately calculated, A winding temperature detector or the like for detecting the winding temperature of the child winding can be omitted. That is, for example, predetermined data indicating the relationship between the total motor loss that can be calculated based on the rotation speed detected by the rotation sensor and the output torque detected by the torque sensor and the winding temperature is stored in a memory or the like in advance. In addition, according to the calculated total motor loss, this data is searched to obtain the winding temperature value. Thereby, the cost required for constructing the control device for the brushless DC motor can be reduced.
[0023]
Furthermore, in the brushless DC motor control device according to the eighth aspect of the present invention, the position detecting means calculates the magnetic pole position of the rotor from the amount of change in inductance when a high frequency voltage is applied to the brushless DC motor. It is characterized by doing.
[0024]
According to the brushless DC motor control apparatus having the above configuration, the magnetic pole position of the rotor is detected by so-called position sensorless control. Therefore, the position sensor provided in the brushless DC motor can be omitted. Phase lag characteristics, that is, correction processing for correcting a detection error caused by a position sensor signal indicating a predetermined reference position deviating from a true reference position as the rotational speed increases. Can be omitted. Thereby, the cost required for constructing the control device for the brushless DC motor can be reduced, and the calculation load of the control device can be reduced.

Hereinafter, a method of calculating the actually measured iron loss equivalent resistance ri_real in step S25 described above will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 10 is a diagram showing a model of the iron loss current separation method based on the parallel circuit parameters.
As shown in FIG. 10 and the following formula (13), the d-axis phase current Ied and the q-axis phase current Ieq of the phase current Ie including the iron loss are the d-axis phase current Id of the phase current I not including the iron loss and It is represented as the sum of the q-axis phase current Iq, the d-axis phase current Id ′ and the q-axis phase current Iq ′ of the iron loss current I ′.
[0077]
[Formula 13]
[0078]
Here, as shown in the following formula (14), the iron loss Piron_loss is represented by the iron loss equivalent resistance ri and the voltage Voverall at both ends of the iron loss equivalent resistance ri.
[0079]
[Expression 14]
[0080]
As shown in the following formula (15), the d-axis phase current Id and the q-axis phase current Iq that do not include the iron loss phase current are the above formula (13) and formula (14), the d-axis phase voltage Vd, and the q-axis. The d-axis phase current Id and the q-axis phase current Iq in the above formula (11) are calculated by the iron loss separation calculation method based on the following formula (15).
[0081]
[Expression 15]
[0082]
FIG. 11 shows a voltage vector diagram according to the parallel circuit parameters of FIG.
In drawing the vector diagram, an F point (I · cos α,. I · sin α).
Next, the effective value E of the induced voltage calculated by the induced voltage
Next, by using the phase resistance value R in consideration of the fluctuation of the copper loss, the voltage drop of the d-axis component due to the phase resistance value R is expressed by the point B on the d axis (Ke · N + I · cos α · R, 0).
[0083]
Next, the point E (V · cos (α + β), V · sin (α + β)) is obtained from the phase voltage primary component effective value voltage V, the actual current phase difference α, and the voltage phase difference γ.
Next, a point D (Ke · N + I · cos α · R, V · sin (α + β)) indicating a voltage drop of the field axis (q axis) from the point B is obtained. However, β = γ−α.
Next, C points (Ke · N + I · cos α · R, V · sin (α + β) −I · sin α · R) indicating the voltage drop of the field axis (q axis) inductance Lq from the B point are obtained.
[0084]
As described above, a voltage vector diagram can be drawn by obtaining vector coordinates in the order of F point, A point, B point, E point, D point, and C point.
In addition, when a phase current including an iron loss component is used, a phase current shift including an error occurs as indicated by point F ′ (Ie · cos1α, Ie · sin1α). It is difficult to draw.
[0085]
In this embodiment, the phase resistance value R in consideration of the fluctuation of the copper loss, the induced voltage constant Ke calculated from the induced voltage waveform directly detected by the
Further, the actual current phase difference α obtained by removing the iron loss component from the highly accurate phase currents Id and Iq can be calculated as shown in the above formula (11), and the d axis ( (Torque axis) Inductance Ld and q axis (Field axis) Inductance Lq can also be calculated with high accuracy, so that a voltage vector diagram can be easily drawn with high accuracy.
[0086]
Therefore, it is possible to display a voltage vector diagram from which the iron loss component is removed on the
[0087]
Hereinafter, the calculation processing of the d-axis and q-axis inductances Ld and Lq in step S27 described above, particularly the timing for calculating the q-axis (field axis) inductance Lq will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 12 is a flowchart showing a calculation process of the d-axis and q-axis inductances Ld and Lq in the d-axis / q-axis inductance
[0088]
First, in step S41 shown in FIG. 12, it is determined whether or not the q-axis target current * Iq is larger than a predetermined q-axis target current constant * Iq1.
When the determination result is “NO”, the series of processes is terminated. On the other hand, if this determination is “YES”, the flow proceeds to step S42.
In step S42, the q-axis (field axis) inductance Lq is calculated by the above equation (12), and the series of processes is terminated.
[0089]
Here, the predetermined q-axis target current constant * Iq1 is calculated by dividing the q-axis phase current Iq (Iq = I · sin α) calculated by feedback control according to the q-axis target current constant * Iq1. The q-axis inductance Lq is set to a value having a desired calculation accuracy.
For example, the q-axis inductance Lq is set at the time of so-called field weakening control or the like by increasing the q-axis target current * Iq in accordance with the counter electromotive voltage of the

Further, the q-axis inductance Lq calculated by dividing the q-axis phase current Iq (Iq = I · sin α) is calculated only when the q-axis target current * Iq is larger than the predetermined q-axis target current constant * Iq1. By doing so, even if the q-axis phase current Iq calculated based on the detected values of the phase currents Iu, Iv, Iw includes an appropriate detection error, the calculation result of the q-axis inductance Lq An increase in error can be suppressed. Therefore, the q-axis inductance Lq can be accurately calculated without excessively increasing the detection accuracy of the phase
In addition, the detection cycle is relative to control parameters that perform relatively slow or small fluctuations, such as temperature data, and control parameters that include integration processing in the required calculation processing. By setting the length longer, the calculation load of the control device can be further reduced.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the brushless DC motor control device of the first aspect of the present invention, the torque shaft inductance can be achieved without excessively increasing the detection accuracy of the phase current detection means for detecting each phase current. In addition, the field axis inductance can be calculated with high accuracy, and the cost required for constructing the brushless DC motor control device can be reduced. In addition, when a desired calculation accuracy cannot be expected in the calculation results of the torque axis inductance and the field axis inductance, the calculation process is not executed, so that the calculation load of the control device can be reduced.
[0113]
According to the brushless DC motor control apparatus of the second aspect of the present invention, when the voltage waveform of the induced voltage is directly detected by the phase voltage detecting means, for example, the power supply line to the brushless DC motor is cut off. Inductive voltage can be detected only at an appropriate timing at which energization of the brushless DC motor can be stopped without the need to provide an interrupting circuit, etc., thereby reducing the cost required for constructing a control device for the brushless DC motor. can do.
According to the brushless DC motor control apparatus of the present invention as set forth in claim 3, the rectifying means and the rectified voltage detecting means are induced after the phase voltage of the brushless DC motor is converted into a full-wave rectified voltage and smoothed. In order to detect the voltage value of the voltage, for example, it is possible to omit the complicated calculation process of detecting the voltage waveform of the induced voltage by the phase voltage detection means, extracting the primary component from this voltage waveform, and calculating the effective value. The calculation load of the control device can be reduced.
[0114]
Furthermore, according to the control apparatus for a brushless DC motor of the present invention as set forth in claim 4, for example, control parameters for performing relatively slow fluctuations and small fluctuations, and control in which integration processing is included in required arithmetic processing. For parameters and the like, the calculation load of the control device can be reduced by setting a longer detection cycle.
Furthermore, according to the brushless DC motor control device of the present invention described in claim 5, the calculation processing of the field axis inductance and the torque axis inductance with relatively large calculation load is performed when the brushless DC motor is stopped, that is, the brushless DC motor. By executing it when the calculation load of the feedback control for the DC motor becomes unnecessary, it is possible to suppress an increase in the calculation load of the control device.
[0115]
According to the control device for a brushless DC motor of the present invention described in claim 6, for example, in a brushless DC motor being driven to rotate, the phase resistance value that increases as the winding temperature of the stator winding increases is increased. When calculating appropriately, a winding temperature detector for detecting the winding temperature of the stator winding can be omitted, and the cost required for constructing a control device for a brushless DC motor can be reduced. .
[0116]
According to the control device for a brushless DC motor of the present invention described in claim 7, for example, in a brushless DC motor being driven to rotate, the phase resistance value that increases as the winding temperature of the stator winding increases is increased. When calculating appropriately, a winding temperature detector for detecting the winding temperature of the stator winding can be omitted, and the cost required for constructing a control device for a brushless DC motor can be reduced. .
