本発明は、シートクッションとシートバックとの間に亘るリクライニング機構をシートフレームの側部に備え、チャイルドシートのコネクタをシートクッションの後部寄り座面に設けるスリットより差込み係着する止め金をシートクッションフレームの後部側に備えるチャイルドシート装備用リクライニングシートの改良に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
一般に、シートクッションとシートバックとの間に亘るリクライニング機構をシートフレームの側部に備えるリクライニングシートがワゴン車のリアシート等として搭載されている。また、図6で示すようにチャイルドシート1のコネクタ2を差し込む左右対のスリット3,3をシートクッション4の後部寄り座面に設けてチャイルドシート1を座面部に据付け装備するものが搭載されている。

そのチャイルドシート装備用シートでは、チャイルドシートのコネクタをシートクッションの後部寄り座面に設けるスリットより差込み係着する左右対の止め金がシートクッションフレームの後部側に備え付けられている。この止め金は金属軸材を所定の軸線形状に折り曲げたものでなり、軸付け根をシートクッションフレームの後部にあてがって溶接固定することにより立上げ固定されている。

そのチャイルドシート装備用シートでは、衝撃力が加わった際に、止め金が前方に引っ張られて折れ曲がらないよう衝撃荷重に耐えられる剛性を備える必要がある。然し、金属軸材を所定の軸線形状に折り曲げて軸付け根をシートクッションフレームの後部にあてがい固定しただけで衝撃荷重に耐えられる剛性を持たせるには懸念がある。

本発明は、シートクッションとシートバックとの間に亘るリクライニング機構をシートフレームの側部に備えるもので、チャイルドシートのコネクタを差し込むスリットをシートクッションの座面側部端寄りに設定しても、止め金を備えられるよう構成ししかも引張り荷重に耐えられる剛性を止め金に付与できるよう改良したチャイルドシート装備用リクライニングシートを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明に係るチャイルドシート装備用リクライニングシートにおいては、下向きコの字状の枠受け金をシートクッションフレームの後部軸線上に取付固定すると共に、リクライニング機構を備えるフレーム側部の止め金として、枠受け金の背後にあてがい固定する横向きU字状の止め金をリクライニング機構の上部側に突出させて備え付けることにより構成されている。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図1〜図5を参照して説明すると、図示実施の形態は、図6で示すと同様に、二人掛け用のリアシートでチャイルドシートのコネクタを差し込む左右対のスリットをシートクッションの後部寄り座面に二組設ける仕様により構成されている。

そのシートクッションは、図1で示すようにシートクッションフレーム10をベースに組み立てられている。このシートクッションフレーム10は、主として金属パイプ材を略四辺形の枠状に折り曲げることにより形成されている。

そのシートクッションフレーム10の後部軸線上には、金属軸材を所定の軸線形状に折り曲げた中央寄りの止め金11a,11bと、両側部寄りの止め金12a,12bがチャイルドシートのコネクタを係着するものとして備え付けられている。各止め金11a,11b、12a,12bは、10mm径程度の金属軸材を所定の軸線形状に折り曲げることにより形成されている。

【発明の効果】
以上の如く、本発明に係るチャイルドシート装備用リクライニングシートに依れば、下向きコの字状の枠受け金をシートクッションフレームの後部軸線上に取付固定すると共に、リクライニング機構を備えるフレーム側部の止め金として、枠受け金の背後にあてがい固定する横向きU字状の止め金をリクライニング機構の上部側に突出させて備え付けることにより、チャイルドシートのコネクタを差し込むスリットをシートクッションの座面側部端寄りに設定しても、リクライニング機構が邪魔とならずに取り付けられる。
