Description
[発明の技術分野]
関連技術の説明
本発明は、かかる問題点を解決するために創案されたものである。すなわち、本発明の目的は、対象とする骨と同一形状を有し、かつ生体骨に類似の性質と成分を有し、骨置換術において移植可能な人工骨を成形することができる人工骨成形方法を提供することにある。
b)該粉末層の一部に生体適合性を有する水溶液を噴射し、噴射部分を水和反応で硬化させる部分硬化ステップと、
c)a)とb)のステップを繰り返して積層し、硬化部分が連結した所望の3次元構造の人工骨を成形する人工骨成形ステップと、
前記人工骨成形ステップの後に、前記人工骨を前記水溶液に浸漬して減圧し、前記人工骨の内部に含まれる気体を排出して前記水溶液に置換し、次いで静置して水和反応により前記硬化部分を更に強化する人工骨強化ステップと、
を有することを特徴とする粉末積層法による人工骨成形方法が提供される。
また、前記粉末骨材は、さらにコラーゲン、ポリ乳酸、ポリ乳酸とポリグリコール酸共重合体のいずれかまたはこれらの混合物を含む、ことが好ましい。
以下、本発明の好ましい実施形態を図面を参照して説明する。なお各図において、共通する部分には同一の符号を付し、重複した説明は省略する。
Claims (8)
- a)生体適合性を有しかつ水和反応で硬化する粉末骨材を平面状の粉末層に形成する粉末層形成ステップと、
b)該粉末層の一部に生体適合性を有する水溶液を噴射し、噴射部分を水和反応で硬化させる部分硬化ステップと、
c)a)とb)のステップを繰り返して積層し、硬化部分が連結した所望の3次元構造の人工骨を成形する人工骨成形ステップと、
前記人工骨成形ステップの後に、前記人工骨を前記水溶液に浸漬して減圧し、前記人工骨の内部に含まれる気体を排出して前記水溶液に置換し、次いで静置して水和反応により前記硬化部分を更に強化する人工骨強化ステップと、
を有することを特徴とする粉末積層法による人工骨成形方法。 - 前記粉末骨材は、燐酸カルシウム等の無機成分とその他の骨成分からなり、
前記水溶液は、水と水溶性の生体由来成分生体高分子の混合液もしくは懸濁液である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粉末積層法による人工骨成形方法。 - 前記粉末骨材は、燐酸カルシウム等のカルシウム塩、ハイドロオキシアパタイト、人骨、動物骨、アルミナのいずれかまたはこれらの混合物である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粉末積層法による人工骨成形方法。
- 前記粉末骨材は、さらにコラーゲン、ポリ乳酸、ポリ乳酸とポリグリコール酸共重合体のいずれかまたはこれらの混合物を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の粉末積層法による人工骨成形方法。
- 前記水溶液は、可溶性コラーゲン、プルテオグルカン、リンクプロテイン、酒石酸ナトリウム、PH 調整液、骨成長因子、フィブリン、PRP(血小板富加血清)、各種多糖類、アミノ酸ポリマー、ポリ乳酸、ポリ乳酸とポリグリコール酸共重合体、またはこれらの混合物と水の混合液もしくは懸濁液であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粉末積層法による人工骨成形方法。
- 液層で互いに反応して硬化反応を生じる2種以上の混合液を別々の容器に入れて複数のインクジェットノズルから噴射して噴射部分で混合し硬化させる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粉末積層法による人工骨成形方法。
- 更に人工骨の高分子成分の架橋反応や重合を高めるための成分は反応や重合を受ける生体材料と別容器に入れて異なるインクジェットノズルから噴射して目的箇所で混合する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粉末積層法による人工骨成形方法。
- 前記人工骨強化ステップの後に成形した人工骨を滅菌バックに入れ、オートクレーブで高温高圧の水蒸気下、あるいは乾燥高温下で熱処理を行なう、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粉末積層法による人工骨成形方法。
