Description

【0001】

It is a perspective view which shows a mode.
In the present embodiment, the case where two accommodating portions are provided will be described as an example, but the number of accommodating portions is not particularly limited. Further, the shape of the carton and the like are not limited to those of the illustrated embodiment, and can be appropriately changed in design within the spirit of the present invention. Further, it is preferable to apply an oil-resistant coating to at least the inner surface of the housing portion, and the carton material may be cardboard having a high waste paper rate such as coated balls or paperboard having a weight of 200 to 350 g / m 2 .
[0006]
In FIG. 1, (1) is a top plate, and a top side plate (2) is connected to one short side of the top plate (1) via a fold line (a), and a fold line is formed on the other short side. The connecting plate (3) is connected via (b). Then, one short side of the bottom plate (4) is connected to the connecting plate (3) via a fold line (c), and the other short side of the bottom plate (4) is connected via a fold line (d). The bottom side plate (5) is continuously provided. In addition, an upper stacked front plate (6) is connected to one long side of the top plate (1) via a folding line (e), and the other long side is overlaid via a folding line (f). A rear plate (7) is provided continuously. The bottom plate (4) is provided with a lower stacked front plate (8) connected to one long side of the bottom plate (4) via a fold line (g), and is stacked on the other long side via a fold line (h). A rear plate (9) is provided continuously.
In addition, side flaps (10) and (11) are connected to the connecting plate (3) via fold lines (m) and (n), respectively, and fold lines (s) and (t) are also connected to the lower side plate (5). Side flaps (12) and (13) are provided continuously through the.
[0007]
A perforation (K) (L) that can be cut parallel to the short side is provided at the center of the top plate (1) and the bottom plate (4), and the perforation (L) provided on the bottom plate (4). The folding lines (u) and (v) are provided on both sides of () in parallel with each other at a predetermined interval. Then, on the opposite side of the folding lines (u) and (v) from the perforation (L), the folding line (p) is separated by a length substantially the same as the width of the connecting plate (3) and the lower side plate (5). ) And (r) are provided in parallel with each other. The lower stacked front plate (8) and the lower stacked rear plate (9) are divided into two at the extended portions of the folding line (p) and the folding line (r). Between the stacked front plates (8) and (8) and the bottom stacked rear plates (9) and (9), side flaps (14) and (16) and side flaps (15) and (17) each having a substantially fan shape are bottom plates. They are connected to (4) via broken lines (g) and (h), respectively. The folding lines (p) (r) (u) (v) and side flaps (14) (15) (16) (17) form a partition (20) on the bottom plate (4), It is for making a containment part appear.
[0008]
The fold lines (u), (v), (p), and (r) here are notches that penetrate through the fold line or non-penetration cuts that are about half the thickness of the blank plate at a predetermined interval. It is a so-called perforated fold line that is formed, so that even cardboards with a certain thickness can be easily folded, and the so-called dead that eliminates the resilience to return to the folded blank plate It is intended to give holdability. According to such folding lines (u), (v), (p), and (r), it becomes easy to form the accommodating portion, and the carton can be easily formed. In addition, a cut (8a) is drilled in the lower stacked front plate (8), and a zipper (J) is drilled continuously in the top plate (1) and the upper stacked front plate (6). . Further, the bottom plate (4) may be provided with, for example, a star-shaped window (not shown). In this case, the bottom plate (4) serves as a storage for storing prizes such as extras.
[0009]
In order to form a carton, first, each folding line and folding lines (u), (v), (p), and (r) are bent, and as shown in FIG. 2, side flaps (10), (12), (14), (16) ) Is attached to the lower stacked front plate (8), and the side flaps (11), (13), (15), and (17) are bonded to the lower stacked rear plate (9). Then, the contents are put into the housing portion, the folding line (b) is used as a hinge, the top plate (1) is covered with the housing portion, the lower front plate (8), the lower rear plate (9) and the lower stack side An upper superposed front plate (6), an upper superposed rear plate (7), and an upper superposed side plate (2) are adhered to the face plate (5), and a carton as shown in FIG. 3 is formed.
[0010]
When opening the carton, the zipper (J) provided continuously on the upper front plate (6) and the top plate (1) is cut open, and the contents can be taken out for each container as it is. Even if there is no proper molding tray, it is sufficiently practical. Since the lower stacked front plate (8) is provided with a cut (8a), the locking piece (6a) formed by the zipper (J) of the upper stacked front plate (6) is cut into the cut (8a). The carton can be resealed.
[0011]
In addition, this carton can be separated for each container, and if the carton is cut along the perforation (K) (L), it can be handled independently for each container as shown in FIG. Is possible. Thus, it is preferable that both sides of the perforation (L) in the partition portion (20) and the top plate (1) are bonded in order to enhance the closed-room effect when separated, and the upper overlapping front plate It is preferable that both end portions of the perforation (K) in (6) and the overlying rear plate (7) are cut out in a substantially triangular shape because the separation work becomes convenient.
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, a part of a bottom plate of a carton formed by folding a single blank plate is folded to form a partition part that exposes a plurality of housing parts, and the partition Since the separation means that can be separated for each storage section is provided on the top and the top plate, each storage section can be handled separately and independently, and a molding tray as in the prior art can be dispensed with. And cost reduction can be achieved. In addition, if the partitioning portion and the top plate are bonded, the closed room effect for each separated storage portion can be enhanced.
