It is very troublesome to dispose. Further, even when a partition part is provided by bonding a part of a carton, there is a problem that the cost for the adhesive is unnecessarily increased, and it is not possible to separate the parts for each accommodation part.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a carton having a plurality of storage sections that can be manufactured at low cost and that can be separated for each storage section.

FIG. 1 is a developed view showing a blank plate of a carton according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing the carton during molding, FIG. 3 is a perspective view after the carton is formed, and FIG. It is a perspective view showing a situation. Note that, in the present embodiment, a case in which two accommodation units are provided will be described as an example, but the number of accommodation units is not particularly limited. Further, the shape and the like of the carton are not limited to those in the illustrated embodiment, and the design can be appropriately changed within the spirit of the present invention. Further, it is preferable to apply an oil-resistant coating to at least the inner surface of the housing portion. As a material of the carton, a cardboard having a high waste paper rate such as a coated ball or a paperboard having a basis weight of 200 to 350 g / m 2 may be used.

Folded curves (u) and (v) are provided on both sides of the eye (L) at predetermined intervals in parallel. On the side opposite to the perforation (L) of the fold curves (u) and (v), the fold curves (p) are separated by a length substantially equal to the width of the connecting plate (3) or the lower side surface plate (5). )
(R) are provided in parallel with each other. The lower superimposed front plate (8) and the lower superimposed rear plate (9) are divided into two at the extension of the fold curve (p) and the fold curve (r). Stacked front plate (8)
A substantially fan-shaped side flap (14) (16) and side flaps (15) and (17) are respectively formed on the bottom plate (4) between the bottom plate (4) and (8) and the lower back plate (9) and (9). (G) and (h) are connected in series. The folding curve (p) (r) (u) (v) and the side flap (14)
(15), (16) and (17) are for forming a partition part (20) on the bottom plate (4) to expose two accommodation parts.

(R) is a so-called perforated fold line formed by cutting at a predetermined interval a notch penetrating the fold line or a non-penetrating cut having a depth of about half the thickness of the blank plate. This makes it possible to easily bend even cardboard having a thickness of 3 mm, and to give the folded blank plate a so-called dead-hold property that eliminates the resilience of returning to the original state. According to the folding curves (u), (v), (p), and (r), the housing portion can be easily formed, and the carton can be easily formed. In addition, cuts (8
a) is drilled, and a zipper (J) is drilled continuously on the top plate (1) and the upper front plate (6).
In addition, the bottom plate (4) may be provided with, for example, a star-shaped window (not shown), and in this case, it becomes a storage portion for storing a premium such as a bonus.

As shown by the side flaps (10), (12), (1)
4) (16) is adhered to the lower superimposed front plate (8), and the side flaps (11), (13), (15) and (17) are adhered to the lower superimposed rear plate (9). Then, the contents are put into the accommodation portion, and the top plate (1) is covered over the accommodation portion by using the folding line (b) as a hinge, and the lower superimposed front plate (8), the lower superimposed rear plate (9) and the lower superimposed side. A top plate (5), a top plate (6), a rear plate (7), and a side plate (2) are attached to the top plate (5) to form a carton as shown in FIG.

However, even if there is no molding tray as described in the above, it is sufficiently practical. Since the cut (8a) is provided in the lower front plate (8), the locking piece (6a) formed by the zipper (J) of the upper front plate (6) is cut into the cut (8a). The carton can be resealed.

It is preferable to bond the both side portions of the perforation (L) and the top plate (1) in order to enhance the closed room effect when separated, and also to provide an upper front plate (6) and an upper rear plate. It is preferable that both ends of the perforation (K) in (7) be cut out in a substantially triangular shape, since the separating operation is simple.

In addition, the separating part and the top panel are provided with separating means that can be separated for each storage part.
Since it can be handled independently, a molding tray as in the prior art can be dispensed with, and cost can be reduced. In addition, when the partition and the top panel are bonded, the closed room effect of each of the separated storage units can be enhanced.
