Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a paper packaging box that can be used as a product collection box after opening a box containing a large number of individually packaged products.
[0002]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
10 (A) and 10 (B) show a packaging box that also serves as a conventional collection box. After the box 20 is opened, the storage product 40 can be displayed and stored in an aligned state as the collection box 30 as it is. The middle of the plate surface of the four-wall wall 21 forming the body 20 is formed into a series of unsealing bands 23 by two perforated perforations 22, and the unsealing band 23 is formed from the incision end 25 formed by applying the perforation 22. The box 20 is opened by pulling and separating the perforations 22 of the four-wall plate 21.
[0003]
In such an opening band 23, the band becomes longer as the perforation 22 is cut off, which makes it easier for the opening band 23 to be cut along the way, or the perforation 22 does not go as expected. Therefore, it is often unexpectedly time-consuming to open. Further, the opened unwrapping band 23 tends to become dust, and even when the packaging box is unopened, the perforations 22 can be easily formed by the bending of the band when the fingertip is caught on the unwrapping band 23 when the box 20 is grasped from above. It has problems such as being cut and the box 20 being torn.
[0004]
Packaging boxes that also serve as collection boxes having the above-mentioned opening means are being widely used for medical products and pharmaceuticals in addition to individually packaged confectionery and retort foods. In pharmacies and dispensing rooms, pharmaceuticals are often stored in a box, so that they can be placed in their original packaging after opening, and the product can be easily removed. The box is useful. Especially for products with individually packed heavy contents such as drip liquid, cardboard can be used because it can use cardboard, but until now it will damage the box unless it is carefully opened. It is desirable to have a structure that can be opened as easily as possible and that the remaining amount can be easily confirmed.
[0005]
The present invention has been conceived from the above circumstances. The purpose of the present invention is to form a band-shaped opening at the top of the box so that it can be easily opened and aligned even after opening. An object of the present invention is to provide a packaging box that can be stored in the box as it is, and also serves as a collection box that can be easily opened and easily opened.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the present invention according to the above object, the upper and lower surfaces of the four-wall plates on both the front and rear sides of the box are partitioned into a band-shaped opening by a series of opening perforations applied along the upper edge of the box, The cut end of the unsealed part is formed on the plate surface other than the rear wall plate by obliquely perforating from the upper edge of the box, and the cut for raising along with the perforated is obliquely applied to the upper edge of the cut end , The perforation for cutting is made in the corner of the upper edge of the rear wall plate.
[0007]
In the present invention, the perforation for opening the front wall plate and the rear wall plate is obliquely formed in the same direction, and the box opening edge after the opening portion is cut is formed to be inclined .
[0008]
In the present invention, there is a notch for cutting and raising made obliquely with the perforation at the upper edge of the cut end of the belt-like portion, so that the perforation is cut when the upper edge of the cut end is picked and pulled outward, The part is separated from the plate surface so as to be picked up with the fingertip, and becomes the end of the opening part. When the end is picked and pulled sideways, the perforation for opening and tearing is cut, the perforation for opening the four-wall board is cut off, the upper part of the box is separated, and the box is opened and stored. Is a collection box that is stored in an aligned state.
In the present invention, since the box body after opening is used as a stacking box, the perforation for opening is preferably a perforation having a shape that does not leave a gap at the opening edge of the stacking box formed by opening.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, some embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a packaging box. As shown in the developed views of FIGS. 4, 5, and 9, the rear wall plate 2, the side wall plate 3, the front wall plate 4, and the side plate 5 are folded. The lid plate 6 is placed on the upper edge of the wall plate 2 and the lid plate 6 is folded on the upper edge of the side wall plates 3 and 5. It consists of an auto-bottom tuck-in box by assembling a single sheet of paper, with the bottom component plate connected to the lower edge of the bottom plate.
[0010]
The upper and lower plate surfaces of the four-wall plates 2, 3, 4 and 5 on both the front and rear sides of the box 1 are formed in a strip shape having a required width by a series of perforations 9 for opening along the upper edge of the box. The unsealed portion 10 is divided into the unsealed portion 10 so that the unsealed portion 10 of the four-wall plates 2, 3, 4 and 5 can be separated from the perforation 9 together with the top plate by the lid 6 as the upper portion of the box.
[0011]
In the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the cut end 11 of the unsealing part 10 is formed on the front wall plate 4 on the lid closing side by making a perforation 12 obliquely from the upper edge of the box, and the cutting is performed. A perforation 13 for tearing is applied to the corner of the upper edge 2a of the rear wall plate 2 facing the end 11 so that the box 1 can be opened from the front side.
[0012]
The cut end 11 of the unsealing part 10 in the front wall plate 4 has the perforation 12 obliquely inclined from the upper edge on one side of the front wall plate 4 closer to the side wall plate 5 than the glue position 14 with the lid plate 6. The cut edge 11 is further obliquely formed along with the perforation 12 at the upper edge of the cut end 11.
[0013]
In such a box 1, when the upper edge of the cut end 11 is picked and pulled outward, the end of the perforation 12 is cut by the cut 15 and the cut end 11 is cut and raised. When the cut and raised ends are picked and pulled sideways, the perforations 9 are cut in order, and the unsealing of the opening portion 10 is transferred to the side wall plate 5 so as to be peeled off in a strip shape. In 5, the flap 8 comes out of the lid plate 6 together with the opened opening 10.
[0014]
When the opening proceeds to the corner of the rear wall plate 2, a perforation 13 is formed at one corner of the upper edge 2 a of the rear wall plate, so that the rear wall plate 2 and the lid plate 6 are torn by the perforation 13. become. As a result, the perforation 9 in the corner is eliminated, and when the unsealed unsealed portion 10 is pulled upward as if it was pulled outward, the perforations in the rear wall plate 2, the side wall plate 5, and the front wall plate half 9 is easily cut off, and the upper part of the box is completely separated, so that an accumulation box having the same form as the conventional one shown in FIG. 10B is obtained.
[0015]
In the second embodiment shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, the perforation 9 of one side wall plate 3 is shifted downward and the height difference between the side wall plate 3 and the perforation 9 of the other side wall plate 5 is different. The perforation 9 of the rear wall plate 2 and the front wall plate 4 is obliquely applied in the same direction, and the cut end 11 of the opening portion 10 in the front wall plate 4 is glued to the lid plate 6. The perforation 12 is formed obliquely from the upper edge on one side of the front wall plate 4 closer to the one side wall plate 3 than the position 14, and the cut 15 for cutting and raising is formed on the upper edge of the cut end 11. Is made obliquely together with the perforations 12 so that the front wall plate 4 can be opened from the side wall plate 3 side.
[0016]
In such an embodiment, the box 1 used as a packaging box becomes an integrated box 20 in which an opening edge 21 as shown in FIG. The upper part of the product 40 individually packaged from the opening edge 21 becomes the collection box 20 that appears in an aligned state.
[0017]
In each of the above embodiments, the perforation 12 is applied obliquely to form the cut end 11 of the opening portion 10, but the cut end 11 is located at any position on the side wall plates 3, 5 other than the front wall plate 4. Even if the formation position is different, there is no change in the sealing and unsealing function. Therefore, in the present invention, the formation of the cut end 11 is not limited to the illustrated embodiment.
[0020]
The box 1 according to the present invention is in a state in which the perforation 9 for opening is circulated around the box as described above, but the structure of the box itself is not different from a normal paper box, There is no problem in opening the lid plate 6 connected to the rear wall plate 2 to store a large number of individually packaged products and using them as packaging boxes by closing the lid. Further, since the upper edge of the belt-like opening portion 10 is supported by the lid plate 6 and the flaps 7 and 8 in the closed state, it is difficult to bend. Therefore, even if the front and rear surfaces of the box 1 are held, the opening sewing machine The box 9 will not be broken due to the eyes 9 being cut. Moreover, since the opening only needs to separate the upper part of the box body, there is no occurrence of dust like the opening band seen so far.
