【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、パチンコ機、アレンジボール機、雀球遊技機等の弾球遊技機に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
パチンコ機等の弾球遊技機には、始動手段が遊技球を検出することを条件に図柄表示手段の1個又は複数個の図柄が所定時間変動して停止し、この変動後の停止図柄が予め定められた特定図柄(所謂大当たり図柄)のときに、利益状態発生手段による利益状態が発生して、可変入賞手段が遊技者に有利な第1状態と不利な第2状態とに変換動作するようにしたものがある。

可変入賞手段は所謂大入賞手段を構成するものであって、図柄表示手段の停止図柄が大当たり図柄のときに、開閉板が横軸廻りに前上がり状に回動して入賞口を開放し、遊技盤に沿って上方から落下する遊技球を開閉板により入賞口へと案内するようになっている。この可変入賞手段の入賞領域は、開閉板の左右幅で決まり、通常55mm〜90mmの範囲で一定になっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
可変入賞手段は、通常、開放後に所定時間経過するか、又は遊技球が10個入賞した時に開閉板が閉じ、また開放中に入賞した遊技球が特定領域を通過することを条件に、所定回数、例えば最大16回まで開閉動作を繰り返すようになっている。従って、利益状態発生手段による利益状態が発生すれば、可変入賞手段の開閉によって、遊技者は多大な利益の還元を受けることが可能である。

しかし、従来の弾球遊技機では、可変入賞手段の入賞領域が一定であって、ゲーム中に変化しないので、遊技者は利益状態の発生によって略一定の利益を獲得できるものの、変化に乏しく興趣に欠ける問題がある。

本発明は、このような従来の問題点に鑑み、利益状態の発生後のゲーム状態が変化し、遊技者の興趣を向上できる弾球遊技機を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、遊技者に有利な第1状態と不利な第2状態とに変換動作可能な可変入賞手段13と、始動手段12と、該始動手段12が遊技球を検出することを条件に所定時間変動して停止する1個又は複数個の図柄を表示する図柄表示手段18と、該図柄表示手段18の変動後の停止図柄が予め定められた特定図柄のときに利益状態を発生させる利益状態発生手段65とを備え、前記利益状態発生手段65による前記利益状態の発生中は所定条件を達成する都度前記可変入賞手段13が前記第2状態から前記第1状態へと最大所定の複数回変換動作可能な弾球遊技機において、前記可変入賞手段13は1個の入賞口21と、該入賞口21に対応して設けられ且つ第1状態のときに前記入賞口21を開放して該入賞口21へと遊技球を案内する複数個の開閉板22〜24とを備え、前記開閉板22〜24の開放数を変えて前記可変入賞手段13の第1状態での入賞領域を変化させる入賞領域変化手段25を備え、前記入賞領域変化手段25は前記利益状態の発生中に前記所定条件を達成して前記可変入賞手段13が前記第2状態から前記第1状態に変換動作する都度、前記開閉板22〜24の開放数を順次増やすように構成したものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施形態を図面に基づいて詳述する。図1〜図8は本発明の第1の実施形態を例示し、図1において、1 は遊技機本体で、開閉自在に枢着された前枠2 を有する。前枠2 には、その窓孔に対応して遊技盤3 が裏側から着脱自在に装着され、また遊技盤3 の前側にガラス扉4 と前面板5 とが開閉自在に配置されている。

前面板5 には、発射用の遊技球を貯留する上皿6 が装着されている。前枠2 の下部には、余剰球を貯留する下皿7 と、発射手段の発射ハンドル8 とが夫々設けられている。

遊技盤3 には、図2に示すように、ガイドレール9 が環状に装着されると共に、そのガイドレール9 の内側の遊技領域10に液晶表示手段11、第2始動手段12、可変入賞手段13、第1始動手段14、普通入賞手段15〜17等の複数個の遊技部品が配置されている。

液晶表示手段11は、第2図柄表示手段18を兼用している。第2図柄表示手段18は、その表示画面に1個又は複数個、例えば左右方向に3個の遊技図柄を表示し、第2始動手段12が遊技球を検出することを条件に、乱数制御により3個の遊技図柄が所定時間変動して停止するようになっている。なお、遊技図柄は数字図柄、アルファベット図柄、キャラクター図柄等により構成されており、この実施形態では数字図柄が使用されている。
