Description
加圧流体源に接続するようにされた加圧流体用の取入れポートと、
流体を容器へ戻す戻しポート)と、
各々流体を供給し戻すための少なくとも一つの流体受け装置に接続するようにされた少なくとも二つの作動ポートと、
ディストリビュータ本体に形成されたボアに収容され、取入れポートから作動ポートへ加圧流体を選択的に移送するように長手方向に動くようにされた摺動子と、
ディストリビュータ本体に形成され、取入れポートを作動ポートに選択的に接続する通路と、
取入れポートと作動ポートとの間に挿置するように上記通路内に配置され、負荷検出ラインチャンネルと組合される複数の調整手段と、
上記流体ポートにそれぞれ選択的に接続するために取入れポートの各側において各々摺動子のボア内に開放した二つの分枝部を備えた供給ブリッジと、
摺動子によって全体的に支持され、それぞれ供給ブリッジと作動ポートとの間に挿入さ、ボア内に開放する少なくとも一つの横方向供給スリットに自体接続した長手方向チャンネル内を動くことのできる弁ヘッドを各々備えた二つの主逆止め弁と
を有する流体ディストリビュータは公知である。
Claims (5)
- ディストリビュータ本体(2)と、
加圧流体源に接続するようにされた加圧流体用の取入れポート(P)と、
流体を容器へ戻す戻しポート(T)と、
各々流体を供給し戻すための少なくとも一つの流体受け装置に接続するようにされた少なくとも二つの作動ポート(A、B)と、
ディストリビュータ本体(2)に形成されたボア(4)に収容され、取入れポート(P)から作動ポート(A、B)へ加圧流体を選択的に移送するように長手方向に動くようにされた摺動子(8)と、
ディストリビュータ本体(2)に形成され、取入れポート(P)を作動ポート(A、B)に選択的に接続する通路(12)と、
取入れポート(P)と作動ポート(A、B)との間に挿置するように上記通路(12)内に配置され、負荷検出ラインチャンネル(16)と組合される複数の調整手段(15)と、
上記流体ポートにそれぞれ選択的に接続するために取入れポート(P)の各側において各々摺動子(8)のボア(4)内に開放した二つの分枝部(21、22)を備えた供給ブリッジ(20)と、
摺動子(8)によって全体的に支持され、それぞれ供給ブリッジ(20)と作動ポート(A、B)との間に挿入され、ボア(4)内に開放する少なくとも一つの横方向供給スリット(35、36)に自体接続した長手方向チャンネル(33、34)内を動くことのできる弁ヘッド(31、32)を各々備えた二つの主逆止め弁(25、26)と
を有する流体ディストリビュータにおいて、
流体ディストリビュータ(1)がさらに、主逆止め弁(25、26)の弁ヘッド(31、32)の上流で長手方向チャンネル(33、34)内にそれぞれ装着される二つの補助逆止め弁(40、41)を有し、また
これらの補助逆止め弁(40、41)が、摺動子(8)の動くボア(4)内に連通する横方向チャンネル(50、51)に接続され、これら横方向チャンネル(50、51)の各々が、摺動子(8)の少なくとも一つの位置において供給ブリッジ(20)の一方の分枝部に接続される
ことを特徴とする流体ディストリビュータ。 - 補助逆止め弁(40、41)が開放されて、作動ポート(A、B)における負荷圧力に対抗して摺動子(8)の部分内へ流体を排出するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体ディストリビュータ。
- 横方向チャンネル(50、51)の横断面が円形であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の流体ディストリビュータ。
- 横方向チャンネル(50、51)の横断面が長方形であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の流体ディストリビュータ。
- 横方向チャンネル(50、51)の横断面がレンズ形であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の流体ディストリビュータ。
