Description

The present invention relates to a seismic reinforcement method for an existing structure such as a reinforced concrete building structure.

Conventionally, as an earthquake-proof reinforcement method for an existing structure such as a reinforced concrete structure, in Patent Documents 1 and 2 below, anchor bolts are implanted on the inner surface of an opening formed on a wall or the like of the existing structure, and in the opening. Install a frame-shaped seismic reinforcement frame such as a steel brace with many stud bolts on the outer peripheral surface, and close the gap between the frame and the inner surface of the opening on both outer surfaces of the frame periphery In this way, the molds are arranged, and the inner surfaces of the openings of the two molds are held at a predetermined distance by a spacing member, and the fixed frame surrounded by the seismic reinforcement frame, the inner surfaces of the openings, and the two molds. A configuration in which a solidified material such as mortar is filled and solidified so as to embed the anchor bolt and the stud bolt in the binder filled region is disclosed.

However, in the earthquake-proof reinforcement structure or the earthquake-proof reinforcement method as described above, there is a problem of how to arrange and fix the spacing member at a predetermined position on the inner surface of the opening. For example, if the spacing member is fixed to the inner surface of the opening with an anchor or the like, not only does it take a lot of labor and time to place the anchor, but also the concrete cutting powder generated during anchor placement in the formwork. When the solidification material such as the mortar is filled and solidified, there is a risk of causing poor filling or insufficient consolidation.

On the other hand, the interval holding member, particularly the interval holding member disposed on the lateral (vertical direction) surface or the downward surface (upper surface) of the inner surface of the opening must be stopped on the inner surface of the opening by some means. It falls during formwork assembly. In particular, assembling work of the formwork, the formwork must be arranged on both outer surfaces (usually the inner surface side and the outer surface side of the building) of the peripheral edge of the frame. It is inefficient for each worker to hold the outside by hand, and there is often no sufficient scaffolding or working space outside the opening. In addition, it is necessary to install a large number of the spacing members at a predetermined pitch, and it is almost impossible for an operator to hold all of them with a hand.

特開2001−182336号公報JP 2001-182336 A 特開2004−169343号公報JP 2004-169343 A

The present invention has been proposed in view of the above-mentioned problems, and is provided with a mold frame disposed on both outer surfaces of the peripheral portion of the seismic reinforcement frame and an interval holding member that holds both the mold frames at a predetermined interval. Of the existing structure that can be firmly and seismically reinforced by filling and solidifying the consolidated material evenly between the frame and the inner surface of the opening where it is installed. The purpose is to provide a seismic reinforcement method.

In order to achieve the above object, the seismic reinforcement method for an existing structure according to the present invention has the following configuration. That is, an anchor bolt is planted on the inner surface of the opening formed in the existing structure to be seismically reinforced, and a substantially frame-shaped seismic reinforcement frame in which a large number of stud bolts are planted on the outer peripheral surface is installed in the opening. on both sides the outer surface of the peripheral portion of the seismic reinforcement frame, the earthquake-proof reinforcement frame and the so as to block the gap between the opening inner surface to place the plate-like mold, the opening in the sides of the plate-shaped formwork holding the inner surface side at predetermined intervals in the spacing member, the solidifying material filling the region surrounded by the plate-shaped formwork of the sides and the Retrofit frame and the opening inner surface, the anchor bolt and the stud in seismic Strengthening method to solidify to fill the consolidated material to embed the bolts, substantially U of said spacing members, the plate-like mold inserts of each of the sides at both ends of the strip plate material having a predetermined length Character-shaped concave groove Provided in the longitudinal direction substantially perpendicular to wood, the inside of one of the longer and straightly formed than the outer bent piece of the other concave groove bent piece of the outer groove, the long bent piece Forming a cut-and-raised piece opposed to each other across the one concave groove, forming a substantially entire length excluding both ends of the band plate material in a cross-sectional arc shape, and at the center position of the cross-section arc shape of the band plate material and configured by providing a longitudinal direction a plurality of locations in the through hole of the strip plate material, on the one recessed groove between the cut-and-raised piece and the long bent piece, one of said opposite sides of the plate-shaped formwork or after the one plate-like mold fitted into the first, the step of inserting fitting the other plate-like mold to the other of the groove, the arcuate cross-section of the central position during filling of the consolidated material characterized in that via the through-hole and a step of flowing said caking material between the spacing member and the opening inner surface To.

As described above, the seismic reinforcement method for an existing structure according to the present invention is such that the outer bent piece of one concave groove of the spacing member is formed longer than the outer bent piece of the other concave groove, and the long bent One of the two molds is formed in a groove between the cut and raised piece and the long bent piece. Since one mold is inserted and fitted first, and then the other mold is inserted and fitted into the other concave groove, for example, a mold arranged in the vertical direction on the side of the opening. In addition, it is possible to easily and surely install the spacing member by sandwiching the mold frame between the cut and raised piece and the long bent piece, and the assembly work of the mold frame can be easily and quickly performed. It can be carried out.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be specifically described based on the embodiments shown in the drawings. FIG. 1 (a) is a front view in the middle of construction showing an example of the construction state of the seismic reinforcement method for an existing structure according to the present invention, FIG. 1 (b) is a cross-sectional view taken along line bb in FIG. 1 (a), and FIG. AA expanded sectional drawing in a), FIG. 3 is the one part exploded view.

In the embodiment shown in the figure, anchor bolts 2 are implanted on the inner surface of an opening 1a formed in a housing 1 such as an outer wall in an existing structure such as a reinforced concrete building structure to be seismically reinforced, and the opening 1a A substantially frame-like seismic reinforcement frame 4 such as a steel brace having a large number of stud bolts 3 planted on the outer peripheral surface thereof is installed on both outer surfaces of the peripheral edge of the frame between the frame 4 and the inner surface of the opening. The molds 5a and 5b are arranged so as to close the gap, and the inner surfaces of the openings of both the molds 5a and 5b are held at a predetermined interval by the interval holding member 6, and the seismic reinforcement frame 4 and the inner surfaces of the openings In addition, the anchor bolt 2 and the stud bolt 3 are embedded in the consolidation material filling region S surrounded by both the molds 5a and 5b, and the solidification material g such as mortar is filled and solidified. In configuration That. In the figure, reference numeral 7 denotes a spiral line provided around the anchor bolt 2 and the stud bolt 3 in the space between the inner surface of the opening 1a and the seismic reinforcement frame 4 as required.

As shown in FIG. 1, the seismic reinforcement frame 4 includes a substantially rectangular frame body 4a and a plurality of reinforcement braces 4b attached to the inside thereof by welding or the like. The braces 4b are each formed of H-shaped steel or the like. Of the pieces on the outer peripheral side of the H-shaped steel constituting the frame body 4a, a part of the piece on the work side such as the filling material filling work may be cut in advance in a factory or the like. In this embodiment, FIG. As shown in Fig. 1, one of the indoor side of an existing structure such as a building that is often on the work side is cut out. Thereby, a large gap is secured between the frame 4 on the working side and the inner surface of the opening, and it becomes possible to easily and quickly perform the filling work of the consolidated material g and the loading work of the spiral muscle 7 which will be described later. . As described above, by increasing the gap between the work side (indoor side) frame 4 and the inner surface of the opening, the indoor mold 5a that closes the gap is formed wider than the outdoor mold 5b. Has been.

In the present embodiment, the spacing member 6 is formed in a circular arc shape with a metal strip having a predetermined length, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, and has a plurality of locations in the longitudinal direction (three locations in the figure). A through-hole 60 is formed in the upper surface. Further, substantially U-shaped concave grooves 61 and 62 for inserting molds are provided at both ends of the spacing member 6 so as to be bent in a direction substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the spacing member 6. The bent piece 61 a outside the U-shaped groove 61 is longer than the bent piece 62 a outside the other groove 62. Further, a cut-and-raised piece 61c is formed on the inner side of the long bent piece 61a so as to be opposed to the concave groove 61, and a concave portion between the cut and raised piece 61c and the long bent piece 61a is formed. One of the molds 5a and 5b is inserted and fitted into the groove 61, and the other mold 5b is inserted and fitted into the other recessed groove 62.

The other ends of the molds 5a and 5b held at a predetermined interval by the gap holding member 6 are gripped by a mold gripping member 8 disposed in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the seismic reinforcement frame 4, In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the mold gripping member 8 is capable of swinging a clamp plate 8c about a horizontal axis 8d between a pair of support plates 8b and 8b attached to both surfaces of a positioning plate 8a by welding or the like. A wedge-shaped key 8f is slidably inserted between the guide pin 8e attached between the support plates 8b and 8b and the clamp plate 8c.

A plurality of types (three types in the present embodiment) of the clamp plate 8c having different lengths are prepared as the mold gripping member 8, and the mold gripping member 8 is appropriately selected according to the fixing positions of the molds 5a and 5b. It is configured as follows. In use, for example, when the wedge-shaped key 8f is driven downward with a hammer or the like in the state of being arranged like the mold gripping member 8 on the right side of FIG. 3, the clamp plate 8c is moved by the wedge action of the key 8f. Rotating clockwise around the horizontal axis 8d in the drawing, a pressing portion 8c1 such as a pressing rod on the lower end side of the clamp plate 8c comes into pressure contact with the mold 5a, and between the pressing portion 8c1 and the seismic reinforcement frame 4 The mold 5a is firmly held between the two, and when the key 8f is pulled upward from this state, the above-mentioned holding state is released. A large number of the above-mentioned formwork gripping members 8 are provided in the longitudinal direction of the formwork 5a in FIG.

An injection port 9 for injecting and filling a consolidation material g such as mortar into the consolidation material filling region S as shown in FIG. A pre-injection port 9a is provided at the center in the vertical direction of the mold 5a located on the left and right sides of the opening 1a, and a pre-injection port 9b is provided at the center in the left-right direction at the top of the mold 5a. Each of the injection ports 9, 9a, 9b is configured to inject the consolidated material g into the region S by connecting an injection hose 10 via a short cylindrical base 10a as shown in FIG. However, the arrangement position of the injection ports 9, 9a, 9b, the connection structure of the injection hose 10 with respect thereto, and the like can be changed as appropriate.

In addition, air vent holes 11 are provided at both upper corners of the mold 5a as shown in FIG. 1, and an air hose 12 as shown in FIG. When the consolidated material g is injected into the consolidated material filling region S, the air remaining in the region S is discharged. The arrangement position of the air vent hole 11 and the connection structure of the air hose 12 to the air vent hole 11 can be appropriately changed.

Further, a seal member 13 such as a seal-only mortar or an epoxy resin may be provided at the corner between the outer surface of each of the molds 5a and 5b and the inner surface of the opening 1a as necessary. Further, at least the above-mentioned molds 5a, 5b are preferably used on the injection side of the above-mentioned binder g, that is, on the side where the above-mentioned injection port 9 is provided, and at least the upper part is transparent. A transparent rigid vinyl chloride plate having a thickness of 10 mm is used as the upper side of the working side (indoor side) form 5a.

Next, an example of a specific procedure when constructing the seismic reinforcement method as described above will be described. First, as shown in FIG. 7, the inner surface of the opening 1a formed in the housing 1 such as the outer wall in an existing structure such as a reinforced concrete building structure to be seismically reinforced as shown in FIG. 6 is roughened with a pick or the like. Anchor bolts 2 are planted on the inner surface of the opening at a predetermined pitch in the circumferential direction of the opening. For example, after the insertion hole of the anchor bolt 2 is drilled in the inner surface of the opening, an adhesive capsule or the like is inserted into the insertion hole, and the capsule is broken by the anchor bolt 2. What is necessary is just to fix it, stirring and mixing an adhesive agent with the anchor bolt 2, and making it react.

In addition, an anchor (not shown) for temporarily fixing a frame is provided on the inner surface of the opening 1a as necessary, and the inner surface of the opening is cleaned by an appropriate means, and then the seal member is formed on the surface. 12 and a primer for ensuring the quality of the consolidated material g filled between the frame 4 and the inner surface of the opening may be applied with a sprayer or the like.

Next, the seismic reinforcement frame 4 is accommodated in the opening 1a as shown in FIG. 8, and the seismic reinforcement frame 4 is formed in a predetermined shape in advance in a factory or the like according to the size of the opening 1a. At the same time, the stud bolt 3 is fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the frame 4 by welding or the like at a predetermined pitch. The frame 4 is formed to be slightly smaller than the inner surface of the opening so that a sufficient filling area S of the consolidated material g can be secured between the frame 4 and the inner surface of the opening 1a of the housing 1 to be seismically reinforced. In addition to the so-called K-type brace as shown in FIG. 8, the seismic reinforcement frame 4 is called a D-type brace, and a part of the lower part of the frame body 4a so that an entrance / exit passage can be installed in the frame. There is a so-called Mansard type in which is cut out, and the present invention can be applied to any configuration.

The seismic reinforcement frame 4 accommodated in the opening 1a as described above is fixed to a predetermined position by welding to the anchor (not shown) for temporarily fixing the frame as described above. The anchor bolt 2 planted on the inner surface of the opening 1a and the stud bolt 3 planted on the outer peripheral surface of the seismic reinforcement frame 4 are arranged so as to alternately engage with each other as shown in FIG. As described above, spiral reinforcement 7 or the like is arranged between the seismic reinforcement frame 4 and the inner surface of the opening 1a as described above as shown in FIGS. 9, 10 and 11A. In this case, it is desirable to bind the spiral muscle 7 to the anchor bolt 2 and the stud bolt 3 with a wire or the like omitted in the drawing.

Next, as shown in FIGS. 11B and 11C, the mold frames 5a, 5b are formed so as to block the gap between the frame 4 and the inner surface of the opening 1a on the outer surfaces on both sides of the peripheral edge of the seismic reinforcement frame 4. 5b is arranged, and the width of each mold 5a, 5b is slightly wider than the space between the seismic reinforcement frame 4 and the inner surface of the opening 1a, and a part of each mold 5a, 5b. Is preferably configured to wrap with the frame 4. The wrap length (wrap margin) is set to be about 30 mm in the present embodiment.

The ends on the inner surface side of the opening 1a of the molds 5a and 5b are arranged and fixed on the inner surface of the opening while being held at a predetermined interval by the interval holding member 6 as described above. Either one of the two molds 5a and 5b, in the case of the figure, the mold 5a is inserted into the groove 61 between the cut and raised piece 61c and the long bent piece 61a, and then the other mold. The frame 5b is inserted into the other concave groove 62. By doing so, it can be easily and reliably inserted and fixed.

Particularly, as shown in FIG. 12 and FIG. 13, among the molds arranged in the vertical direction at the side of the opening 1a, the mold 5a on the working side (in this embodiment, indoor side) is particularly suitable. The mold 5a is held by being cut and raised between the cut piece 61c and the long bent piece 61a from both sides, and the spacing member 6 is cantilevered with respect to the mold 5a as shown in FIG. Even in the state of being supported, the holding force is increased by the moment due to the load on the free end side of the spacing member 6, and the spacing member 6 can be prevented from being accidentally dropped.

After engaging one concave groove 61 of the spacing member 6 with one mold 5a as described above, the other mold 5b is engaged with the other concave groove 62 of each spacing member 6. As shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, even when a plurality of the spacing members 6 are arranged at a predetermined interval, the spacing members 6 are not inclined greatly. Moreover, since the concave grooves 62 are arranged in a state of being arranged in the vertical direction substantially parallel to the mold 5a, the other mold 5b can be easily engaged together.

Next, the seismic reinforcement frame 4 side of the molds 5a and 5b arranged and fixed on the inner surface of the opening while being held at a predetermined interval by the interval holding member 6 is arranged on the outer surface of the frame 4 as described above. In this case, a waterproof packing such as an adhesive tape is preferably interposed between the molds 5a and 5b and the outer surface of the frame. For example, the waterproof seal is attached when the molds 5a and 5b are attached to the outer surface of the frame.

When the molds 5a and 5b attached to the outer surface of the frame as described above are fixed by the mold gripping member 8, the clamp plate 8c having a length corresponding to the fixing position of the molds 5a and 5b. It is sufficient to select and fix the mold gripping member 8 having the above. When the mold gripping member 8 fixes the molds 5a and 5b, the mold gripping member 8 is connected to the frame 4 of the molds 5a and 5b. The wedge-shaped key 8f may be driven with a hammer or the like while the pressing portion 8c1 on the free end side of the clamp plate 8c is in contact with the opposite side surface. In addition, it is desirable to install a plurality of the above-mentioned mold gripping members 8 in the longitudinal direction of each of the molds 5a and 5b in the same manner as the spacing member 6.

An injection hose 10 or the like is connected to the injection port 9 and an air extraction hose 12 is installed at the upper corner or the like of the opening 1a, and then the outer surfaces of the molds 5a and 5b and the inner surface of the opening 1a. A sealing member 13 such as a mortar for sealing as described above or an epoxy resin is provided on the corners of the above as necessary and sealed. Then, a filling material g such as mortar is injected and filled from the filling hose 10 and the like into the filling material filling region S closed by the molds 5a and 5b between the seismic reinforcement frame 4 and the inner surface of the opening 1a. In this case, the injection may be continuously performed from the lower injection port 9 to the upper part (top end) of the opening 1a. For example, to the vicinity of the bb cutting line in FIG. You may make it stop injection | pouring operation | work for confirmation once it has filled. In particular, the upper portion tends to be unfilled with the binder g. For example, as described above, the upper frame (upper side) of the frame 4, particularly the mold 5 a on the binder injection side is made of a transparent synthetic resin plate. When it is used, it is possible to check the filling state inside the mold, and depending on the filling state, the consolidated material g can be supplied from the preliminary inlet 9a provided on the side of the opening 1a or the upper preliminary inlet 9b. It can also be injected.

When the consolidated material g is injected into the consolidated material filling area S as described above, the air remaining in the area S is exhausted from the evacuation hose 12, and an air pool or the like is formed above the filled area S. It is prevented from occurring. Further, when the consolidation material g is injected into the consolidation material filling region S as described above, if the through hole 60 as described above is provided in the spacing member 6, the consolidation material g is as shown in FIG. Even when the consolidated material g flows from the upper side of the arc-shaped spacing member 6 arranged on the upper surface of the opening 1 a, the consolidated material g passes through the through hole 60 and the lower side of the spacing material 6. Thus, the caulking material g can be uniformly filled around the space holding member 6 without causing an air reservoir or an unfilled portion in the upper or lower portion of the space holding member 6. After the solidification material g is injected and filled into the solidification material filling area S and solidified as described above, the mold gripping member 8 is removed, and the molds 5a and 5b are left as they are and disassembled and removed. There is also a case. However, the upper formwork may be left as it is without dismantling.

As described above, according to the seismic reinforcement method of the present invention, an existing structure can be easily, reliably, easily and quickly seismically reinforced. In order not to generate cracks due to drying shrinkage on the upper part of the frame, it is necessary to fully fill the upper part of the frame with the solidified material g and to be sufficiently cured (normally cured for 7 days or more) before forming the frame. However, in practice, for example, when a school building is retrofitted with seismic reinforcement, it is often the case that the seismic reinforcement is usually used during summer holidays. Often, the frame must be removed early. In that case, in the present invention, workability is ensured by using the interval holding member 6 that is easy to position and fix, or the fluidity of the consolidated material is improved and the rigidity is used to make a resin mold. It is also possible to accurately fix the plate to the upper part of the frame, and the sealing curing state can be achieved by filling the upper part of the consolidated material filling area S with more reliable consolidated material g and leaving the mold without removing it. Thus, it is possible to reliably prevent the occurrence of dry cracks.
