Claims (4)
- 筒状部材内に緩衝部材を介して柱体を保持する柱体保持装置の製造方法において、前記柱体に前記緩衝部材を巻回し、前記筒状部材と前記柱体のうちの一方の一端部を支持治具に支持し、該支持治具に対し同軸に配置され、テーパ部が形成された筒状の案内治具に、前記筒状部材と前記柱体のうちの他方を配置して、押圧部材により前記テーパ部を介して前記緩衝部材及び前記柱体を前記筒状部材内に挿入し、当該押圧部材により前記筒状部材と前記柱体のうちの他方を押圧し、前記筒状部材と前記柱体の相互が近接する方向に相対的に軸方向移動して、前記筒状部材内に前記緩衝部材及び前記柱体を収容し、前記筒状部材と前記柱体のうちの一方の一端部を前記支持治具によって支持した状態を維持しながら、前記筒状部材の外周を縮径する縮径機構と、前記支持治具とを相互が近接する方向に相対的に移動させ、前記筒状部材、前記緩衝部材及び前記柱体を一体的に移動して前記縮径機構に配置し、前記縮径機構により前記筒状部材の外周を縮径することを特徴とする柱体保持装置の製造方法。
- 前記支持治具と前記縮径機構とを同軸上に対向配置し、前記支持治具と前記縮径機構を相対的に近接移動し、前記筒状部材内への前記柱体及び前記緩衝部材の挿入から前記筒状部材の縮径を連続的に行なうことを特徴とする請求項1記載の柱体保持装置の製造方法。
- 前記緩衝部材及び前記柱体を前記筒状部材内に収容した後、前記筒状部材への挿入経路に対し前記案内治具を退避させることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の柱体保持装置の製造方法。
- 前記縮径機構は、テーパ状の外周面を有する複数のセグメントと、該セグメントの外周面に摺接するテーパ面を有する締付型とを備え、該締付型を前記筒状部材の軸方向に移動させて、前記セグメントを前記筒状部材の軸芯方向に駆動することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載の柱体保持装置の製造方法。
