本発明は、電動ポンプのケーブル係止装置、特に可搬式水中電動ポンプを電源に接続するケーブルや、そのポンプに付設されるフロート式水位検出器を繋留するケーブルの係止装置に関するものである。

【従来技術とその問題点】
電動ポンプのケーブルは従来、図10および図11に示されるような金属クリップ105が用いられ、図12に示すように脚部を広げた後、図13および図14にみられるようなクリップゴム107を介してケーブル106を上記金属クリップ105にボルト締めして狭着し、図15及び図16に示すようS字状環108によって金属クリップ105とポンプハンドル101とを連繋させた後、S字状環108の脱落を防止するためその環状部をペンチ等の工具で絞り込むという煩雑な方法で係止されていた。そしてこれらの作業に先達って、ポンプハンドル101を予めポンプヘッドの上面103へ装着するという作業が必要ことは勿論である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記従来の方式によれば、部品点数も、取付け取外しの作業工数も多くなり、かつ、作業時間も長くなってコスト高となり、また、例えば電源用ケーブルと制御用ケーブルというように外径の異なる2種類のケーブル係止に対応するためには、大径と小径の2種類の金属クリップおよびクリップゴムを用意しばければならず、上述の欠点を更に増大させる要因となる。

従って本発明の目的は、部品点数も、取付け取外しの作業工数も少なくてコストダウンが得られ、ハンドル装着が即ケーブルの係止となる簡単迅速な作業が可能であって、かつ、外径の異なる2種類のケーブル係止に対応することのできる、電動ポンプのケーブル係止装置を提供することにある。

【問題を解決するための手段】
本発明に係る電動ポンプのケーブル係止装置では、ハンドル握部の両端を双脚状に導出させてその導出端面を電動ポンプ外面への定着面とする取付座に形成し、該取付座の裏面にケーブルの係挿溝を横設すると共に該係挿溝の横設箇所を避けた位置において各取付座の表側より裏面に達するボルト孔をそれぞれ縦設し、電動ポンプから導出されたケーブルを係挿溝内へ係挿させた状態において取付座裏面を電動ポンプ外面へ当接し、ボルト孔へ挿通したボルトの締着により電動ポンプ外面へハンドルが定着されると共にケーブルが係止されるよう構成する。そして一方の取付座裏面に横設される係挿溝は大径ケーブル用の係挿溝とし、他方の取付座裏面に横設される係挿溝は小径ケーブル用の係挿溝とし、電動ポンプから導出されるケーブルの種別に応じて何れか一方の係挿溝が選択使用されるよう構成することが望ましく、要すれば、係挿溝の一側部に設けられた凸起と他側部に設けられた凹窩とでケーブルを屈曲させてその抜け出し防止機能が強化されるよう構成し、また、係挿溝の溝底部に凸設されたリブ状片のエッヂがケーブルに圧接することによってその抜け出し防止機能が強化されるよう構成する。

【実施例】
以下実施例の図1ないし図9により説明をする。

図4ないし図8に示されたハンドル1は、握部2の両端を双脚状に導出させてその導出端面をポンプヘッド上面3への定着面とする取付座4,4に形成する。
5は取付座の裏面に横設された係挿溝であって、ポンプヘッド上面3から導出されたケーブル6の係挿に供せられる。そして例えば一方の取付座裏面に横設される係挿溝5Aは電源用ケーブルなど大径ケーブル用とし、他方の取付座裏面に横設される係挿溝5Bは制御用ケーブルなど小径ケーブル用として、それぞれに適合した溝巾及び溝深さに設定するが、必ずしもケーブル6が圧挿される態様であることを要しない。7pは係挿溝5の一側部に設けられた凸起、7nは係挿溝5の他側部に設けられた凹窩であり、これら凸起7pと凹窩7nによりケーブル6を屈曲させて係挿溝5内から抜け出し防止機能を強化させ、また、係挿溝5の溝底部にリブ状片8を凸設してそのエッヂ部がケーブル6に圧接することにより係挿溝5内から抜け出し防止機能を強化させるよう構成しておけば、係挿溝5とケーブル6との係挿自体は緩くてもよい。9aはハンドル1の装着用ボルト孔であり、取付座4の裏面における前記係挿溝5の横設箇所を避けた位置において取付座4の表側より裏面に達するよう縦設されている。

ポンプヘッド上面3から導出されたケーブル6を図9に示すよう係挿溝5に係挿させた状態により、両取付座4,4の裏面をポンプヘッド上面3へ当接し、ボルト孔9a、9aへ挿通したボルト10,10の締着により図3に示すようハンドル1がポンプヘッド上面3へ定着されると共にケーブル6が係止されることになる。実施例の図面のごとくボルト孔9a,9aの上方から挿通したボルト10,10の先端をポンプヘッド上面3のネジ孔9b,9bに螺装させてもよく、またはポンプヘッド上面3に植設されたボルト10,10をボルト孔9a,9aの下方から挿通させて取付座4,4の表側からナット11,11を上記ボルト10,10の先端部に螺装させてもよい。そして取外し時には上記螺装を解除してハンドル1を除去することにより、ケーブル6はポンプヘッド上面3から解放されることになる。

【発明の効果】
本発明によれば、従来に比べ部品点数も、取付け取外しの作業工数も格段に少なくてコストダウンが得られ、ハンドル装着が即ケーブルの係止となる簡単迅速な作業が可能であって、かつ、外径の異なる2種類のケーブル係止にも対応することができという利点がある。
