Description
<模擬便の作製>
表1に示す材料比でみそを所定の容器に入れ、ついで、オレイン酸、オクタン酸を入れてよくかき混ぜた。ついで、所定量の墨汁、純水を上記容器に入れ、塊がなくなるまでよく攪拌し、その後約30分以上放置して模擬便基質A,Bを得た。模擬便基質A,Bの材料比は、あらかじめ大便(人糞)と模擬便基質の各材料の成分を調査しておき、模擬便と大便の成分比が同程度になるようにした。次に、得られた模擬便基質A、Bに対し、表2に示す配合量でシリカ(二酸化ケイ素、平均粒径12nm、比表面積200±2m2/g)を混合した後、むらなく攪拌し、大便の物理的性状に似せた模擬便を得た。なお、表2に示したシリカの配合量は模擬便基質100g当たりに添加する量である。また、用いた材料の詳細は以下のとおりである。
シリカ 品名:アエロジル200(日本アエロジル(株))
なお、みそは一般的に市販されているものを購入すれば良いが、商品により水分量、脂肪分などの成分比率が異なるため、純水や脂肪酸の配合量を調整することで、模擬便全体の水分や脂肪分が上記配合比となるようにすればよい。
得られた模擬便について、粘度またはちょう度を測定した。
粘度:一般的な回転粘度計を用いて測定した。
ちょう度:「JIS K 2220:2003 グリース」に従い、1/2円すいを落下させて、5秒間で被試験物の進入深さを測定した。
2 大便器
Claims (6)
- 植物由来の模擬便基材と水分とを含む模擬便基質に、調粘度剤として無機質微粒子が配合されて粘度調整されていることを特徴とする模擬便。
- 無機質微粒子の比表面積が、50〜500m2/gの範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の模擬便。
- 無機質微粒子が、二酸化ケイ素であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の模擬便。
- 植物由来の模擬便基材が、みそ由来の模擬便基材であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の模擬便。
- 脂肪分が1〜10重量%含まれていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の模擬便。
- 脂肪分が、長鎖脂肪酸および中鎖脂肪酸のうちの少なくともいずれか一方であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の模擬便。
