Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is provided in a vehicle interior and attached to indoor equipment such as a console, a seat, a door lining, an instrument panel, etc., and a cup, can, bottle, mobile phone, microphone, etc. Are collectively referred to as “articles”).
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 6 shows three examples of this type of conventional holding device that are particularly attached to the armrest portion of the door lining. The apparatus (a) of No. 62-33335 is provided with a case portion 51 having a substantially L-shaped cross section provided at an upper corner portion of the armrest portion 50 and an inverted cross section L corresponding to the case portion 51. And a lid 52 having a shape. The lid 52 is rotatably assembled to the lower edge of the case portion 51 on the indoor side via a pivot 53, and the pivot 53 is used as a fulcrum to cover the case portion 51, and the cover 52 is rotated indoors to be used. Is switched to the open position. In the open position, as shown in the figure, a concave portion having an upper opening is formed, and the bottom surface of the container K placed in the concave portion is received and held by the lid inner surface 52a and the case inner bottom surface 51a. Further, in the apparatuses (b) and (c), the case portions 54 and 57 are provided in a concave shape on the upper surface of the armrest portion 50, and the container K is placed in the concave shape from directly above the case portions 54 and 57, This is common in that the bottom surface is received and held by the inner bottom surfaces 54a and 57a. In (b), the lid body 55 is rotatably assembled to the upper opening edge of the case portion 54 via a pivot 56, and the closed position where the upper opening of the case portion 54 is blocked with the pivot 56 as a fulcrum, And switched to the open position. In (c), the lid body 58 is rotatably assembled to the upper opening edge of the case portion 54 via the pivot 59 and the biasing spring 60, and the upper opening of the case portion 57 is blocked using the pivot 59 as a fulcrum. From the closed position, it is rotated into the case against the spring force of the biasing spring 60 and switched to the open position.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Each of the conventional structures described above is simple and simple in terms of holding the container, and the bottom surface of the case (case part) with the container K placed in the case part of the armrest part 50 (inside the case part and the lid). In addition, the container can be held more stably as the depth in the case portion is increased. By the way, the structure of FIG.6 (b) and (c) is excellent at the point by which the cover bodies 55 and 58 do not protrude to the indoor side with respect to the same (a). The structure of (c) receives the spring force of the urging spring 60 to prevent the lid 55 in the open position from getting in the way when the container K is taken out as shown in FIG. This can be prevented by the lid 58. However, in these conventional structures, in order to stably hold the container K, the depth in the case portion must be secured to some extent, and if the depth in the case portion is increased excessively, the container portion that is exposed from the upper opening is reduced. It becomes smaller and it becomes difficult to grasp the container when taking out the container K, that is, it is difficult to grasp it by hand. Further, when the installation portions of the case portions 51, 54 and 57 are the armrest portion 50 or the like protruding from the door lining 61 as schematically shown in FIG. 6C, the standing portion 61a of the door lining 61 is provided. However, it approaches the one side of the case portion 57 (outside the passenger compartment), and the ability to put the container K into and out of the case portion 57 is deteriorated. That is, in the conventional structure, it is difficult to ensure a large interval M between the standing portion 61a and the case portion 57, and it is easy to hit the standing portion 61a that is close to the case portion 57 when the container K is put in and out, and the usability is not sufficiently satisfied. These are not limited to the container K, and the same applies to other articles such as mobile phones.
[0004]
An object of the present invention is to solve the above-described problems. Specifically, it is to make the stable holding property and taking in / out property of articles always good and to make the case part usable as an accessory case. Other objects will be clarified in the contents described below.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention, as illustrated in the drawings, includes an upper opening case portion 2 provided in a vehicle interior equipment 10 and the like, and a lid 4 for opening and closing the upper opening. In the holding device 1 that inserts and holds articles K in the case part 2 with the lid 4 in the open position, the case part 2 is an outer surface part located on the indoor side of the indoor equipment 10 or the like. Position control that is provided at a location including at least the downward outer surface portion 10b and the like, and that the articles K receive the bottom surface of the article at the case inner bottom portion 2d, and a part of the article peripheral portion is provided at the corresponding portion on the outer surface portion side. The lid 4 is attached to the side of the upper opening edge on the side opposite to the downwardly facing outer surface portion via a hinge portion 8 or the like, and enters the case portion 2 from a closed position that closes the upper opening. It is characterized by being rotated and switched to the open position.
[0006]
In the holding device described above, the articles K are pressed against the lid portion 4 and inserted into the case portion 2 while rotating the lid portion 4 in the open position direction. Then, the articles K are held by the lower part received by the inner bottom part 2d of the case part 2, and the peripheral part is stably held by the position restricting part 3c. This structural feature is that, in contrast to FIG. 6C, the downward facing outer surface portion 10b among the outer surface portions in which the case portion 2 is located on the indoor side of the indoor equipment (for example, the armrest portion 10 and the instrument panel portion 20). , 20b and the like, and a point having a position restricting portion 3c. In the former structure, the upper opening area of the case portion 2 is increased by an amount corresponding to the inclination angle of the downward-facing outer surface portion, and at the same time, the interval M in FIG. 6C is increased to the interval M1 in FIG. To improve the ease of putting in and taking out the articles K into the case. The latter structure is in the case part 2 and a part of the article peripheral part is arranged at the optimum position by the position restricting part 3c and restricted so as not to move, thereby ensuring the stability of the holding state. To be good.
In the present invention, the case part 2 may be either a form in which the dedicated case member is integrally incorporated in the corresponding part of the indoor equipment or a form in which it is integrally formed in the corresponding part of the indoor equipment. “To be provided at a location including at least the downward outer surface portion among the outer surface portions” means that the indoor equipment has an upper surface portion and a downward outer surface portion, and the case portion of the present invention has the downward outer surface as in the embodiment. The aspect provided corresponding to a part and the aspect provided in a downward outward surface part including a part of upper surface part are meant. The “downward-facing outer surface portion” may not only be inclined as in the embodiment but also be substantially vertical. In the latter case, the upper opening of the case portion is provided so as to be wrapped around a part of the upper surface portion.
[0007]
The above holding device is more preferably embodied as follows.
1stly, the said position control part consists of the recessed part 3c formed in the substantially circular arc shape downward from the corresponding edge part of the said upper opening, and a part of peripheral part of the articles | goods K fits into the said recessed part 3c, and controls. It is a configuration. In addition to this, for example, the holding device 1 of the present invention can be attached to the upper part of the back of the seat back of the vehicle seat or attached to a part of the console.
[0011]
(Case part) The case part 2 comprises the principal part of the holding | maintenance apparatus 1, and puts in and out the container K (for example, a mobile telephone etc.) here. In this embodiment, the case portion 2 is formed integrally with the corresponding portion of the armrest portion 10. That is, the case portion 2 is provided with a substantially L-shaped recess inside the armrest portion 10 from the inclined side surface portion 10 b, and the lower outer surface is formed by the fixed lid member 3. As shown in FIG. 2, the inside is a substantially L-shaped depression whose upper side 2a is open upward, the lower side 2b is formed as a recess, and the front-rear direction of the paper surface is closed by a corresponding end surface.
[0012]
Here, as shown in FIG. 3, the fixed lid member 3 is formed of an inclined surface 3a continuous with the inclined side surface portion 10b, and narrow and short both side surfaces 3b extending on the opposite sides on both sides of the inclined surface 3a. The inclined surface 3a is provided with a recess 3c for position regulation. The concave portion 3c is located at the middle position of the upper edge of the inclined surface 3a, and the corresponding portion is cut out in a substantially arc shape downward. Mounting holes 3d are provided on both side surfaces 3b. In addition, the upper edge part located in the both sides of the recessed part 3c forms the inner side in the engagement step part. The fixed lid member 3 is arranged so that the inclined surface 3a is continuous with the outer surface of the lower side 2b with respect to the substantially L-shaped depression of the upper side 2a as shown in FIG. The provided engaging portion 2e is engaged with the mounting hole 3d and assembled.
[0013]
Accordingly, the case portion 2 has a shape in which the L-shaped depression on the upper side 2 a extends the outer surface of the lower side 2 b upward by the fixed lid member 3. The upper opening 2c of the upper side 2a forms a rectangle, and the rectangle is arranged obliquely according to the inclination angle of the inclined side surface portion 10b. The case inner side surface 2f of the upper side 2a is within the thickness of the armrest portion 10, and a lock main body 18 of the holding means 6 described later is attached thereto. The concave portion on the lower side 2b is provided with a slight space between the inner side surface 2f of the case and the lower surface of the concave portion becomes the inner bottom portion 2c of the case. The case portion 2 as described above is formed integrally with the armrest portion 10 including the fixed lid member 3, or conversely, a corresponding portion of the armrest portion 10 is cut out, and a dedicated case member is attached thereto. It may be the configuration. In short, an optimal configuration is determined from the viewpoint of formability of the armrest portion 10 and cost.
[0014]
(Lid body) The movable lid member 4 corresponds to the lid body of the present invention, and comprises a main body portion 4a and a protruding portion 4b. The main body 4a has a size and a shape for closing the above-described upper opening 2c, and a pivot 8 serving as a hinge portion is formed on both sides. The lower edges of both sides of the main body portion 4a are engagement step portions corresponding to the engagement step portions of the fixed lid member 3 described above. The protruding portion 4b protrudes from the lower edge portion of the main body portion 4a, has a size and shape that closes the above-described recess 3c, and integrally forms an engaging protrusion 4c that constitutes the holding means 6 on the inner surface side. And the above-mentioned movable cover 4 is assembled | attached to the case part 2 rotatably, when the pivot 8 engages with the attachment hole provided in the above-mentioned front-and-back end surface side in the case part 2. FIG. At that time, a coil-shaped biasing spring 5 is mounted on the pivot 8. The biasing spring 5 is movable in a state in which one end 5a is locked to a corresponding portion in the case portion 2 and the other end 5b is locked to a corresponding inner surface side of the movable lid member 4 in a state where the biasing pressure is expressed. The lid member 4 is urged toward the closed position. For this reason, the movable lid member 4 is normally in a state in which the upper opening 2c of the case portion 2 is closed, and is rotated and opened in the case portion 2 by being pressed against the spring force of the biasing spring 5. Switch to position. In this final stage, the engaging protrusion 4c is engaged with the lock body 18 of the holding means 6 to hold the movable lid member 4 in the open state.
[0015]
The holding means 6 here has a lock main body 18 attached in the case portion 2, and can be locked by pushing the movable lid member 4 and can be released by further pushing operation in FIG. 4. It consists of a known push-push locking mechanism as illustrated. That is, the lock main body 18 has a housing 11 having an open front and a rear surface, and a pair of locking pieces 12 that are accommodated on the outlet side (left side in FIG. 4) of the housing 11 and engage with and disengage from the engaging protrusion 4c. A sliding body 13, a spring (not shown) that biases the sliding body 13 in one direction, a heart cam groove 14 provided in the sliding body 13, a tracer 15 that is pivotally supported in the housing 11, and a protruding projection on the tracer 15. The pin 16 or the like is engaged with the heart cam groove 14 and makes a round of the heart cam groove 14 by sliding of the sliding body 13. When the movable lid member 4 is pushed into the case portion 2 to the maximum open position, the engaging projection 4c hits the sliding body 13, and the sliding body 13 enters the housing 11 against the urging force of the spring. Slide backwards. In conjunction with this, both locking pieces 12 sandwich the engaging protrusion 4c while moving backward in the housing 11. At the same time, the locking piece 12 is locked at the retracted position by the engagement between the pin 15 and the heart cam groove 14. As a result, the movable lid member 4 is held in the open state shown in FIGS. 4, 1, and 2 (b). To release this locking, when the movable lid member 4 is pushed again to the back of the case portion 2, the engagement between the pin 15 and the heart cam groove 14 is released, and at the same time, the sliding body 13 is pushed by the biasing force of the spring. Then, both locking pieces 12 protrude out of the outlet of the housing 11. As a result, the holding pieces 12 are not caught between the engaging protrusions 4c and the locked state is released. When such a push-push locking mechanism is adopted, even if the inside of the case portion 2 is relatively narrow, the movable lid member 4 can be locked and unlocked easily and reliably, and there is no possibility of damaging the appearance. Of course, the holding means 6 may be any other locking mechanism.
[0016]
(Operation at the time of use) In the holding device 1 described above, when the user presses the container K against the movable lid member 4, the movable lid member 4 resists the spring force of the urging spring 5 and is opened in the case portion 2. Since the container K is rotated in the position direction, the container K can be inserted into the case portion 2 from the upper opening 2c. The operation different from FIG. 6C is as follows. First, from the viewpoint of taking in and out of the container K, since the upper opening 2c is provided in the inclined side surface portion 10b, it is possible to secure a wider opening area than in the past, and it is easier to take in and out in proportion thereto, the movable lid member 4 If the holding means 6 is locked in the open state, it is excellent in that it is not necessary to push the movable lid member 4 toward the open position every time the container K is put in and out. From the viewpoint of ease of use and retention, the container K received by the case inner bottom 2d is held in a more stable state because a part of the peripheral portion is regulated by the recess 3c, and the movable lid member 4 is held by the holding means. When the container 6 is locked in the open state, it becomes possible to immediately hold the container K having different outer diameters within the range of the dimension L in FIG. It is excellent in that it can be taken in and out without being disturbed by the movable lid member 4 when used.
[0017]
Note that the present invention can be variously modified based on the above embodiment. For example, the size and shape of the case portion 2 and the movable lid member 4 can be devised to simultaneously hold a plurality of containers K and other articles, or the movable lid member 4 can be operated in the closing direction by a damper mechanism. For example, or the size and shape of the position restricting recess 3 are changed.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the apparatus for holding articles according to the present invention has few main components, is simple and simple, and does not narrow the vehicle interior space or interfere with the indoor operation unit. Furthermore, it is possible to improve the usability and the holding performance by several steps as compared with the conventional structure, and it is possible to achieve high quality and versatility.
