Description

The present invention relates to a fiber refractory block used for a furnace wall of a continuous annealing furnace, and more particularly to a fiber refractory block for a continuous annealing furnace to which an element hanger brick for suspending an electric heater element is fixed.

A fiber refractory block is lined on the inner wall of the furnace for heat insulation on the furnace wall of the continuous annealing furnace that heats the steel strip by running continuously (see Patent Document 1).

FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing a fiber refractory block of a conventional continuous annealing furnace. In FIG. 6, a fibrous refractory material made of ceramic fibers or the like is formed into a blanket, and the blanket 1a is folded to form a fibrous refractory material block 1. In order to protect the fibrous refractory block 1, a stainless protection plate 2 is provided inside the furnace of the fibrous refractory block 1.

FIG. 5 is a graph of experimental results regarding the relationship between the heat cycle and the number of days elapsed in the furnace and the amount of sag of the element hanger brick, and the heat cycle has a maximum temperature of 1000 ° C.

In the conventional example shown by the dotted line in FIG. 5, in the conventional structure in which the above-described element hanger brick is supported by the support beam sandwiched between the folds of the refractory material block, the support beam is only sandwiched and supported by the element. The inside of the hanger brick furnace is suspended by the weight of the element hanger brick, heater element, and heat cycle, and the tip of the element hanger brick hangs forward, and the heater element cannot be supported in a stable state. As a result, the steel plate protection plate and heater There was a risk of leakage due to contact of the elements.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to stably fix the heater hanger brick to the fibrous refractory block used for the furnace wall of the continuous annealing furnace while suppressing the amount of drooping of the heater hanger brick.

The present invention relates to a continuous annealing in which an element hanger brick for hanging an electric heater element is fixed to a fibrous refractory block used for a furnace wall of a continuous annealing furnace formed by folding a blanket of a fibrous refractory material. In the fiber refractory block of the furnace, in the fiber refractory block inside the furnace hanger brick inside the furnace and outside the furnace, and in a position to prevent the element hanger brick from drooping, the fiber refractory block is parallel to the furnace wall and horizontally. A pair of support rods are arranged at intervals through the fiber refractory material block, the support rods inside the furnace are arranged at positions where the element hanger bricks are supported on the lower surface of the element hanger bricks, and the support rods outside the furnace are arranged Place on the top of the element hanger bricks in a position to prevent upward movement of the element hanger bricks Characterized in that it is.

In the present invention, the heater hanger brick is supported by a pair of support rods that penetrate the fiber refractory block horizontally inside and outside the furnace in the fiber refractory block, and the amount of sag of the heater hanger brick is suppressed. Since it can be fixed stably, there is no risk of leakage due to contact between the steel plate protection plate and the heater element.

In addition, the element hanger brick is made of fiber by inserting the retaining rod into the vertical hole of the element hanger brick or by inserting the support bar into the horizontal hole or notch of the element hanger brick to reliably suppress the horizontal movement of the element hanger brick. It is possible to prevent the fireproof material block from coming off.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a partial cross section of one embodiment of a fibrous refractory material block according to the present invention. 2A, 2B, and 2C show a plan view, a front view, and a side view of FIG.

In FIG. 1, a fibrous refractory material made of ceramic fiber or the like is formed into a blanket, and the blanket 1 a is folded into a fibrous refractory material block 1. In order to protect the fibrous refractory block 1, a stainless protection plate 2 is provided inside the furnace of the fibrous refractory block 1.

A plurality of element hanger bricks 4 are fixed to the fiber refractory block 1 in order to suspend the electric heater element 3 for heating the inside of the furnace.

The element hanger brick 4 includes a support rod 5 inside the furnace and a furnace outside that penetrates the fiber refractory block 1 parallel to the furnace wall and horizontally, that is, perpendicularly to the vertical fold 1b of the fiber refractory block 1. Are supported by the support rod 6. For the support rods 5 and 6, stainless steel having heat resistance is suitable.

Next, fixation of the element hanger brick 4 to the fibrous refractory material block 1 will be described. An insertion hole (not shown) for inserting the element hanger brick 4 is drilled at a location where the element hanger brick 4 is fixed to the fibrous refractory material block 1.

After the element hanger brick 4 is inserted into the insertion hole, the element hanger brick 4 is supported from below by penetrating the support rod 5 inside the furnace in a direction perpendicular to the crease 1b of the fiber refractory block 1, while the element hanger brick The support rod 6 on the outside of the furnace is pierced in a direction perpendicular to the crease 1b of the fibrous refractory material block 1 so as to hold the upper surface of 4. The element hanger brick 4 is supported from below by the support rod 5 inside the furnace and the outside of the furnace hanger brick 4 is moved upward by the load of the electric heater element 3 by the support rod 6 outside the furnace. 4 can be prevented from drooping.

Further, in order to prevent the element hanger brick 4 from moving out of the fiber refractory block 1 so as not to move in the horizontal direction, the element hanger brick 4 is pierced perpendicularly to the fiber refractory material block 1. It inserts in the vertical hole (not shown) formed in.

In this embodiment, the element hanger brick 4 can be stably fixed by sandwiching and supporting the element hanger brick 4 between the inside and outside of the furnace with the support rods 5 and 6, and as a result, As apparent from the graph of the amount of drooping of the present embodiment shown by the solid line in FIG. 5, the amount of drooping of the element hanger brick 4 can be suppressed. As a result, there is no risk of leakage due to contact between the steel plate protection plate and the heater element.

In addition, if the retaining rod 7 is inserted into the vertical hole of the element hanger brick 4, the element hanger brick 4 is surely restrained from moving in the horizontal direction to prevent the element hanger brick 4 from coming out of the fiber refractory block 1. Can do. Although Figure 2 shows a state in which the stopper rod 7 is passed through the vertical hole of the element hanger bricks 4, as shown in another embodiment of FIG. 3, the longitudinal hole formed in the element hanger bricks 4 in bricks The same effect can be obtained even if it is stopped halfway without being penetrated and the retaining rod 7 is embedded in the element hanger brick 4. The retaining rod 7 is inserted along the furnace inner end of the crease 1b of the fibrous refractory material block 1.
