The heating element is supported and fixed by supporting and fixing bricks protruding into the furnace, and a protective plate is provided on the fiber lining surface, and a protective plate is provided on the iron skin. A steel shelf is fixed, and a protector brick is installed inside this shelf.
The purpose is to prevent the heating element from coming into contact with the furnace wall.

In the present invention, in a furnace using a fiber-lined heating element, the bricks for supporting the element are housed and held in a steel box fitted with tension hardware. That is, the continuous annealing furnace of the present invention has an iron skin 1 disposed on the outer wall, and a fiber lining 2 lined inside. Although the fiber lining 2 may be made of refractory bricks partially on the inside of the furnace, it is preferable that the inside surface of the furnace is made of fibers.
