おいて、前記断熱ブロツク取付け装置が、断熱す
べき構造物の金属壁に溶接して所定断熱ブロツク
の側壁に沿つて金属壁から突出する細長の端部溶
接可能のスタツドと、細長のブロツク取付けピン
と、該取付けピンと前記スタツドとをブロツクに
係合保持する時に相互係止する相互係止装置とを
備えており、該相互係止装置は、取付けピンが断
熱ブロツクの側壁を突き刺して該断熱ブロツクを
所定位置に保持するのを許容するようになされて
おり、前記相互係止装置は、前記スタツドに形成
された開口と、前記取付けピンに設けられ該開口
と共働するノツチとを含んでおり、前記開口の形
状と前記取付けピンの断面とは、該取付けピンが
、開口内を通つて前記ノツチと開口とが一致する
点まで進むことを許容して取付けピンを回動した
時に該取付けピンが前記スタツドと相互係止され
るようになされており、前記取付けピンのノツチ
の寸法と前記スタツドの開口の寸法とは、実質的
に全体にわたつて、取付けピンが干渉部を通つて
回動された時に確実な相互関係を生じさせるべく
わずかな干渉を与えるようになされていることを

Claims (1)

において、上記断熱ブロツク取付け装置が、断熱
すべき構造物の金属壁に溶接して所定断熱ブロツ
クの側壁に沿つて金属壁から突出する細長の端部
溶接可能のスタツドと、細長のブロツク取付けピ
ンと、上記取付けピンとスタツドとをブロツクに
係合保持する時に相互係止する相互係止装置とを
備えて成ることを特徴とする断熱装置。 (2) 前記相互係止装置が取付けピンを断熱ブロ
ツクの側壁に突刺して断熱ブロツクを所定位置に
保持する実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載の
装置。 (3) 前記相互係止装置がスタツドの開口と、取
付けピンに設け該開口と共働するノツチとを含む
実用新案登録請求の範囲第(2)項記載の装置。 (4) 前記開口の形状と取付けピンの断面とはピ
ンが開口内を通つてノツチと開口とを一致させピ
ンを回動した時にスタツドに相互係止するように
構成した実用新案登録請求の範囲第(3)項記載の
装置。 (5) 前記取付けピンのノツチの寸法と開口の寸
法とは僅かな干渉を生ずるようにし、取付けピン
が干渉部を通つて回動した時に確実な相互係止を
生ずる実用新案登録請求の範囲第(4)項記載の装
置。 (6) 炉、キルン等の金属壁構造物を断熱する断
熱装置であつて、構造物の金属壁に所定の配列と
して金属壁から直立して溶接した複数の細長の端
部溶接可能のスタツドと、スタツドで突刺し金属
壁に接触させた少なくとも一層の断熱ブランケツ
トと、側壁を2本の隣接スタツドに接触させた複
数のモジユラ―断熱ブロツクと、細長のブロツク
取付けピンと、ブロツク取付けピンが隣接断熱ブ
ロツクの側壁を突刺しスタツドに相互係止する相
互係止装置とを備えることを特徴とする断熱装置
。 (7) 前記相互装置がスタツドに設けた開口と取
付けピンに設けた共働ノツチとを含む実用新案登
録請求の範囲第(6)項記載の装置。 (8) 前記開口の形状と取付けピンの断面形とは

ツドの開口に挿入すると共に断熱ブロツクの側壁
を突刺しこの別の取付けピンを回動してスタツド
と相互係止関係とし、上述の過程を繰返して隣接
ブロツクを取付けて取付けピンを挿入してモジユ
ラ―断熱壁を形成することを特徴とする炉等の金
