Description
容器の予備加熱装置としたものである。
分の熱可塑性樹脂層に加熱量管理用の熱風吹き出し用孔の熱風により溶融されてピンホール様の孔が開いた個所が該加熱量管理用の熱風吹き出し用孔のいずれによるかによって適正な加熱量を判定する加熱量の管理方法とすることによって、従来のように熱可塑性樹脂層の白濁状態により判断する加熱量の管理方法と異なり、たとえガスバリア層に透明ガスバリアフィルムを使用している液体用紙容器であっても、容易に孔開きの状態、即ちいずれの加熱量管理用の熱風吹き出し用孔によるピンホール様の孔かが容易に視認できるので、加熱量の適否を判定できる加熱量の管理方法とすることができる。
はピンホール様の孔が開かないからである。

Claims (3)
- 紙を基材とし、その表面に熱可塑性樹脂層を積層した紙積層材料からなる液体用紙容器の仮折りされた頂部や底部を熱圧着で密封される部分に、熱風を吹き付けて、予め表面の
熱可塑性樹脂層を溶融する液体用紙容器の予備加熱装置であって、前記熱圧着で密封される部分の近傍に移動して位置せしめる加熱オーブンを具備しており、該加熱オーブンの前記密封される部分に臨む面に、複数段にわたりそれぞれ異なる位置に多数の熱風吹き出し用孔が貫設され、該多数の熱風吹き出し用孔の一段で、前記密封される部分のうちのシール強度を多く要しない部分に臨む部位に少なくとも前記多数の熱風吹き出し用孔より順に内径が大きくなる複数個の加熱量管理用の熱風吹き出し用孔が貫設されていることを特徴とする液体用紙容器の予備加熱装置。 - 上記加熱量管理用の熱風吹き出し用孔の数が2〜5個、好ましくは3〜4個であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の液体用紙容器の予備加熱装置。
- 上記請求項1または2記載の液体用紙容器の予備加熱装置を用いた加熱量の管理方法であって、密封される部分のうちのシール強度を多く要しない部分の熱可塑性樹脂層に加熱量管理用の熱風吹き出し用孔の熱風により溶融されてピンホール様の孔が開いた個所が該加熱量管理用の熱風吹き出し用孔のいずれによるかによって適正な加熱量を判定することを特徴とする加熱量の管理方法。
