【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、誰でも手軽に且つ適切にマッサージを受けられるようにする背中マッサージ部付枕に関する。

【従来の技術】
人の身体の各部分に対し所定のマッサージ効果を与えるマッサージ器は、手に持って使う小さなものから椅子状、マット状などの大きいものまで様々な形状のものが従来から用いられ、また、マッサージ動作機構にも機械的に動きを発生させる方式や空気による容器の膨張・収縮を用いる方式など、多様な方式が採用されている。

こうした従来のマッサージ器のうち、マット上に仰向けで寝た状態の人に対しマッサージ効果を与えるエアマットタイプのものは、身体の多くの箇所に同時にマッサージ効果を与えることができると共に、機械式に比べると軽量であり、非使用時には折畳んで容易に持運べ、収納にも便利であるという特長を有し、従来から広く用いられてきた。このようなエアマットタイプのマッサージ器の一例を図10に示す。図10は従来のマッサージ器の斜視図である。

前記図10に示す従来のマッサージ器100は、中空体のマット101と、このマット101内部に収納されて空気の注入、排出で膨張・収縮する複数の空気セル102と、この空気セル102に対し空気の加圧注入、吸引排出を行う空気注入排出装置103とを備える構成である。
この従来のマッサージ器100では、人がマット101上に仰向けに寝た状態で空気注入排出装置103を作動させ、空気セル102に対する空気の注入、排出を適宜切換えて空気セル102の膨張・収縮を繰返させ、膨張時には身体に対する押圧力を発生させると共に収縮時には押圧状態を解除して、人の肩から背中、さらに腰から脚にかけて揉みとほぼ同等のマッサージ効果を与えることができる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来のマッサージ器は以上のように構成されていたことから、マットとして用いる関係上、コリの起りやすい首、及び肩から背中にかけての部分に対してマッサージ効果を与えるためのマッサージ器としては、占有面積が大きく、設置する場所が限られると共に、一旦空気を抜いて折畳まないと容易に持運んで場所を変えることができず、不便であるという課題を有した。

また、マットタイプと別のマッサージ器で前記各部分にマッサージ効果を与えられるものも従来から存在するが、これでは人が寝た姿勢の状態で首から背中までの部分にマッサージ効果を与えることはできないという課題を有していた。
本発明は前記課題を解消するためになされたもので、枕部分に頭部を載せてリラックスした姿勢において、首、さらに肩から背中にかけて効果的且つ手軽にマッサージ効果を与えられると共に、構造が簡略な上にコンパクトで製造コスト低減も図れる背中マッサージ部付枕を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明に係る背中マッサージ部付枕は、寝た姿勢の人の頭部を支える所定の枕と、当該枕に連結されて背中下側に敷設される背中マットと、可撓性を有する所定形状の中空体で形成され、当該中空体の中空部分に連通する所定の連通路が接続され、前記背中マットの所定箇所に複数配設される流体セルと、前記各流体セルに前記連通路を介して接続され、各流体セルに対し連通路を通じて所定の流体を供給するポンプユニットとを備え、前記連通路が、前記枕内部を通って前記背中マットの枕への連結部位より下の枕下部端部を貫通し、寝た姿勢の人の首の下方に位置する背中マットの枕寄り部分の下側から前記流体セルに各々接続されるものである。
このように本発明においては、枕内部を通る連通路を介して流体を中空部分に出入りさせられる流体セルが背中マットに配設され、ポンプユニットを作動させると背中マットの流体セルに流体が供給されることにより、流体セルで身体に所定のマッサージ効果を与えられると共に、ポンプユニットから流体セルに至る連通路の引回しが容易となり、且つ引回した連通路が外部に現れず、デザイン性が向上する。

また、背中マットにおける流体セルと連通路の接続箇所を枕近傍とし、ちょうど首と背中マットとの間に隙間が生じる位置に合わせることにより、背中マットの他の部分に比べて厚みがより大きくなる連通路接続位置が直接身体に接触しにくく、流体セルの収縮時においても使用者に違和感を与えず、使用感を向上させられる。

また、本発明に係る背中マッサージ部付枕は、寝た姿勢の人の頭部を支える所定の枕と、所定の大きさの可撓性を有する略シート状体で形成され、前記枕と一体に連結されて背中下側に敷設される背中シートと、可撓性を有する所定形状の中空体で形成され、当該中空体の中空部分に連通する所定の連通路が接続され、前記枕の一又は複数の所定箇所及び前記背中シート上の少なくとも背中シート中央に対する横方向両側の二つの所定位置にそれぞれ配設される流体セルと、前記各流体セルに前記連通路を介して接続され、各流体セルに対し連通路を通じて所定の流体を供給するポンプユニットとを備え、前記背中シート上の各流体セルに連通する前記連通路が、前記枕内部を通って背中シートの枕への連結部位より下の枕下部端部を貫通し、寝た姿勢の人の首の下方に位置する背中シートの枕寄り部分の下側から各流体セルに各々接続されるものである。
このように本発明においては、流体を中空部分に出入りさせられる流体セルが枕及び背中シート表面に配設され、枕の上に人が頭部を載せ、且つ背中シート上に身体を載せた状態で、ポンプユニットを作動させて流体セル内に対し流体を供給して流体セルの膨張、収縮を繰返させ、マッサージ対象となる首上部及び肩から背中にかけての部分に接する各流体セルで前記各部分を所定間隔で押圧刺激することにより、リラックスした姿勢の状態で前記各部分に確実に揉みと同等のマッサージ効果を与えられることとなり、流体セルに対する流体の供給量の調整で押圧力の調節が行いやすいことと合わせ、マッサージ器としての使い勝手に優れる。さらに、背中シート上の流体セルと連通路の接続箇所を枕近傍とし、ちょうど首と背中シートとの間に隙間が生じる位置に合わせることにより、背中シートの他の部分に比べて厚みがより大きくなる連通路接続位置が直接身体に接触しにくく、流体セルの収縮時においても使用者に違和感を与えず、使用感を向上させられる。

また、本発明に係る背中マッサージ部付枕は必要に応じて、前記背中シートとセルシートとの固着部分の一部が、背中シートの縦の中心線を一又は複数回横切る形で連続すると共に、当該連続部分が前記二つの閉じられた空間を隔てる境界となるものである。このように本発明においては、流体セルの中空部分となる背中シートとセルシートとの間の二つの閉じられた空間を互いに隔てる固着部分が背中シートの中心線を一又は複数回横切るように配設され、二つの閉じられた空間がそれぞれ背中シートの縦の中心線を一部跨る状態となることにより、固着部分をより長く設定できることとなり、背中シートとセルシートとの固着強度を高められ、耐久性を向上させられる。

また、本発明に係る背中マッサージ部付枕は必要に応じて、前記流体セルが、前記背中シート上で前記二つの所定位置に加えて、長手方向を背中シート縦方向に向けた細長い中空体として背中シートの中央に配設されるものである。このように本発明においては、背中シート上の中央にも流体セルが配設され、この流体セルに対しても膨張、収縮を行わせ、背中の中央部分を押圧刺激可能とすることにより、流体セルの膨張で背筋を伸そうとする押圧力が加わることとなり、背筋の伸びる状態が繰返されることで脊椎の身体前後方向の歪みを矯正できる。

また、本発明に係る背中マッサージ部付枕は必要に応じて、前記背中シート上の流体セルが、それぞれ背中シートと独立した二つの中空体で形成され、当該中空体長手方向を背中シート縦方向に向けて中空体一側部と背中シートの横方向端部寄り所定位置とを固着させ、背中シート中央寄りの中空体他側部を所定範囲上下動自在として配設されるものである。このように本発明においては、背中シート上の流体セルをなす中空体が背中シートの側端部寄り位置で一側部を背中シートに固着されて配設され、流体セルがこの固着部分を中心として可動状態となり、膨張時に背中シート中央側から外側に向おうとする動きを発生させることにより、膨張する流体セルが外側に向いながらそれぞれ背中の所定部分を押圧し、特に肩部分の筋肉を伸そうとする外向きの押圧力が加わることとなり、より高いマッサージ効果を与えて肩の筋肉のコリを効率よくほぐすことができ、快適感を高められる。

また、本発明に係る背中マッサージ部付枕は必要に応じて、前記枕の内部に前記流体セルが配設されると共に、当該流体セル配設箇所の下側を少なくとも含む枕底面所定部分に、硬質の略板状体の底板が配設されるものである。このように本発明においては、枕の底面所定部分に底板が配設され、この底板で枕底部の変形を抑えて枕の流体セルの膨張時に押圧力が枕下側に向うのを防ぐことにより、枕を置いた所がマット上などの柔らかい場所である場合でも、流体セルの膨張による押圧力を底板が支えて枕の下側に力を分散させず、押圧力を確実に人体頭部側に向けることができ、優れたマッサージ効果を与えられる。

【発明の実施の形態】
(本発明の第1の実施形態)
以下、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る背中マッサージ部付枕を図1ないし図6に基づいて説明する。図1は本実施の形態に係る背中マッサージ部付枕の斜視図、図2は本実施の形態に係る背中マッサージ部付枕の要部一部切欠側面図、図3は本実施の形態に係る背中マッサージ部付枕の枕内配管状態説明図、図4は本実施の形態に係る背中マッサージ部付枕における肩部空気セル形成状態説明図、図5は本実施の形態に係る背中マッサージ部付枕における背中空気セル形成状態説明図、図6は本実施の形態に係る背中マッサージ部付枕のポンプユニットの概略構成図である。

前記各図に示すように、本実施の形態に係る背中マッサージ部付枕1は、寝た姿勢の人の頭部を支える枕2と、所定の大きさの可撓性を有するシート体で形成され、枕2と一体に連結されて背中下側に敷設される背中シート3と、可撓性を有する所定形状の中空体で形成され、この中空体の中空部分に連通する連通路としての所定の管7が接続され、枕2における人体首上部に当接する所定箇所及び背中シート3上の三つの所定位置にそれぞれ配設される流体セルとしての枕部空気セル4、肩部空気セル5、及び背中空気セル6と、各空気セル4、5、6に前記管7を介して接続され、各空気セル4、5、6に対し管7を通じて流体として空気を繰返し注入もしくは排出するポンプユニット8とを備える構成である。

前記枕2は、頭部を支持可能な十分な大きさとされると共に、上面を人の頭部から首にかけての部分に沿う曲面とされ、人体首上部に当接する内側部分に枕部空気セル4が膨張収縮自在に配設される構成である。この枕2の下部には硬い略板状体の底板2aが配設され、枕2下部の変形を防いでいる。また、この底板2aの端部には所定高さ起立した起立部2bが一体に形成され、起立部2bを貫通して空気の連通路としての管7が背中シート3側の肩部空気セル5及び背中空気セル6に接続される(図2参照)。

この肩部空気セル5及び背中空気セル6に接続される分を含めて、枕2内部には各空気セル4、5、6に接続される管7が内蔵され、枕2の両側に配設される接続コネクタ2cとそれぞれ連結されている(図3参照)。両側の接続コネクタ2cのうち、一方にはポンプユニット8に繋がっている外部の管7が着脱自在に接続され、各空気セル4、5、6に空気を供給可能とする。外部の管7を接続しない場合、接続コネクタ2c部分には目隠し用の蓋2dが付けられる。枕2が所定の厚みを有することから、側面への接続コネクタ2cの取付が容易に行える。また、枕2内で各空気セル4、5、6への管7の引回しを行い、且つ枕2の側面に接続コネクタ2cを集中配設しているため、外部の管7との接続が容易に行えると共に、外部の管7の接続が分散せずにまとまり、デザイン性も優れたものとなる。

前記背中シート3は、可撓性を有し且つ丈夫な熱可塑性樹脂からなるシート体で形成され、枕2の底板2aに一端部を螺子止めされて一体に連結される構成である。この背中シート3上に二つの肩部空気セル5及び背中空気セル6が形成され、各空気セル5、6には背中シート3の枕2寄り部分の下側から管7が接続される。この管7接続位置はちょうど首の下方に位置して直接身体と接触しにくく、使用者に違和感を与えない。また、この背中シート3部分には、肩部空気セル5及び背中空気セル6を含む背中シート3全体を包むカバー3aが配設される。このカバー3aに覆われた背中シート3で背中マットを形成する。

前記各空気セル4、5、6は、空気注入排出に伴う変形に耐えうる中空体として、枕2の首上部に当接する内側位置に配設されると共に、背中シート3には左右及び中央の三箇所にそれぞれ配設されてなり、接する身体各部分に対し十分にマッサージ効果を与えられる所定の形状及び大きさとされて膨張収縮自在とされる構成である。背中シート3上の肩部空気セル5及び背中空気セル6は、いずれも細長い形状とされてなり、長手方向を背中シート3の縦方向に一致させてそれぞれ配設される。

このうち、背中シート3左右の肩部空気セル5は、背中シート3と同じ熱可塑性樹脂からなる略シート状のセルシート5aを背中シート3上に重ね、背中シート3の中央から所定寸法離れた二つの所定区画をそれぞれ囲む矩形状の略帯状固着代でセルシート5aと背中シート3とを熱融着した結果、熱融着部分で閉じられた空間及びこれを挟むセルシート5aと背中シート3の所定部分をそれぞれ中空部分及び中空体として得られるものである(図4参照)。これら左右の各肩部空気セル5は同じ容積としている。

また、背中シート3中央部の背中空気セル6は、背中シート3と同じ熱可塑性樹脂からなるシート体を略筒状に成形してなる中央筒体6aを背中シート3の中央で背中シート3及びセルシート5a上に重ね、中央筒体6a両端部を全て背中シート3に熱融着して、この熱融着部分で内部を閉じた空間とされた中央筒体6aで形成されるものである(図5参照)。これら肩部空気セル5及び背中空気セル6を各シートの熱融着で背中シート3と一体形成しているため、各空気セル5、6の位置関係がずれないと共に、繰返しの膨張収縮に対する耐久性にも優れる。

前記ポンプユニット8は、空気を吸引・排出する公知の空気ポンプ8aと、前記空気ポンプ8aの吸引口、排出口にそれぞれ連通すると共に、前記枕2及び背中シート3の空気セル4、5、6にそれぞれ管7を介して接続され、各管7を通じた各空気セル4、5、6に対する空気の注入状態、排出状態、及び注入排出停止状態をそれぞれ切換える複数の電磁弁8bと、この電磁弁8b及びポンプ本体8aを制御して各空気セル4、5、6に対し空気の注入と排出を繰返してそれぞれ膨張・収縮動作を行わせる制御部8cと、この制御部8cに対して人が動作指示を与えるための操作部(図示を省略)とを備える構成である。電磁弁8bは、空気ポンプ8aの吸引口、排出口にそれぞれ接続されると共に、枕2の枕部空気セル4、及び背中シート3の肩部空気セル5及び背中空気セル6に対応してそれぞれ個別の管7を介して接続され、空気ポンプ8aとの連通状態切換は各電磁弁8bにより各空気セル4、5、6に関して独立して行われる仕組みとなっている(図6参照)。

次に、前記構成に基づく背中マッサージ部付枕の動作について説明する。まず、マッサージを受けようとする人が枕2に頭部を、背中シート3に背中をそれぞれ載せ、リラックスした姿勢となった状態で、操作部を操作してポンプユニット8の動作開始を指示する。
ポンプユニット8では、空気ポンプ8aが作動開始して空気を吸引・排出すると共に、制御部8cが所定の電磁弁8bを制御し、電磁弁8bは管7を空気ポンプ8aの排出側に連通させる状態となる。空気ポンプ8aは管7を介して各空気セル4、5、6のいずれか一つ又は複数に空気を加圧注入して膨張させ、空気セルの膨張による押圧力が身体接触部分に伝わる。

一方、空気を加圧注入された空気セルが最大限膨張したら、制御部8cでの制御により電磁弁8bは管7を空気ポンプ8aの吸引側に連通させる状態に切り替り、空気ポンプ8aの吸引で空気セルから空気が排出され、空気セルは収縮して押圧力を減衰させ、身体接触部分に押圧力を与えない状態となる。この後、空気セルが最大限収縮したら、電磁弁8bが再度管7と空気ポンプ8aとの連通状態を切り替え、空気セルに空気ポンプ8aから空気が注入される状態となる。

このようにして、各空気セル4、5、6に対する空気の注入並びに排出の各状態が繰返され、各空気セル4、5、6がそれぞれ膨張・収縮することで、マッサージ対象箇所を枕2及び背中シート3の各空気セル4、5、6位置で断続的に押圧刺激し、揉み動作と同じようなマッサージ効果を与えられる。これら各空気セル4、5、6の膨張による押圧力は、空気ポンプ8aから各空気セル4、5、6に送込まれる空気量で調節され、制御部8cで適切な押圧力となるよう空気量を制御される。

特に、背中シート3では、中央の背中空気セル6が背中の中央部分を断続的に押圧することで、背筋が繰返し伸びる状態となり、脊椎の身体前後方向の歪みを矯正する効果も得られる。また、背中シート3の左右の各肩部空気セル5が背中のうち左右の肩付近をそれぞれ断続的に押圧することで、それぞれ背中肩部分の筋肉にマッサージ効果を与えられ、肩部分のコリを効果的にほぐすことができる。これら背中シート3上の各空気セル5、6については、制御部8cによる電磁弁8bの制御で、三箇所の各空気セル5、6のうち、中央の背中空気セル6を膨張させている際には左右二つの肩部空気セル5は収縮させ、背中空気セル6によるマッサージ効果を発生させると共に、逆に背中空気セル6を収縮させている際には左右の肩部空気セル5を膨張させ、肩部分にマッサージ効果を与えるようにしている。

このように、本実施の形態に係る背中マッサージ部付枕においては、枕部空気セル4、肩部空気セル5、及び背中空気セル6が枕2及び背中シート3表面に配設され、枕2の上に人が頭部を載せ、且つ背中シート3の上に背中を載せた状態で、ポンプユニット8を作動させて各空気セル4、5、6内に対し空気の注入と排出を繰返して各空気セル4、5、6の膨張、収縮を繰返させ、マッサージ対象となる首、さらに肩から背中にかけての部分をこれらの部分に接触する空気セルで押圧刺激することから、リラックスした姿勢の状態でマッサージ対象の各部分に確実に揉みと同等のマッサージ効果を与えられると共に、ポンプユニット8の各空気セル4、5、6に対する空気の注入・排出が各空気セル4、5、6毎に制御され、枕2と背中シート3の各空気セル5、6でそれぞれ膨張・収縮のタイミングを適切に設定して相互に連係した押圧動作を行えることで、各空気セル5、6による押圧刺激の相乗効果が得られ、身体のコリをほぐす能力が著しく向上する。また、枕2の底面に底板2aが配設され、底板2aで枕2底部の変形を抑えて枕部空気セル4膨張時に押圧力が枕2下側に向うのを防げることから、枕2下方へ力を分散させず、確実に押圧力を人体側に向けることができ、首部へ確実にマッサージ効果を与えられる。さらに、各空気セル5、6を背中シート3とセルシート5a、並びに、中央筒体6aの熱融着で形成していることから、構造が簡略で製造しやすく、低コスト化できる。

(本発明の第2の実施形態)
本発明の第2の実施形態に係る背中マッサージ部付枕を図7に基づいて説明する。図7は本実施の形態に係る背中マッサージ部付枕の斜視図である。
前記図7に示すように、本実施の形態に係る背中マッサージ部付枕1は、前記第1の実施形態同様に、枕2と、背中シート3と、枕部空気セル4と、肩部空気セル5と、管7と、ポンプユニット8とを備える一方、異なる点として、背中空気セル6をなす中央筒体6aが配設されないと共に、背中シート3とセルシート5aとの熱融着部分の一部が、背中シート3の縦の中心線を複数回横切る略波状に連続して配置されると共に、この連続部分が背中シート3上の左右の肩部空気セル5を隔てる境界となり、左右の肩部空気セル5が背中シート3中央部から左右に広がって配設される構成を有するものである。なお、背中シート3上の左右の肩部空気セル5は同じ容積となっている。

次に、前記構成に基づく背中マッサージ部付枕の動作について説明する。前記第1の実施形態同様、マッサージを受けようとする人が枕2に頭部を、背中シート3に背中をそれぞれ載せ、リラックスした姿勢となった状態で、操作部を操作してポンプユニット8を作動させると、各空気セル4、5に空気を注入して各空気セル4、5を膨張させる状態と、各空気セル4、5から空気を吸引排出して各空気セル4、5を収縮させる状態とが繰返され、マッサージ対象箇所を枕2及び背中シート3の各空気セル4、5位置で断続的に押圧刺激することとなり、揉み動作と同じようなマッサージ効果を与えることが可能となる。
