本発明は、誰でも手軽に且つ適切にマッサージを受けられるようにするマッサージ器に関する。

【従来の技術】
人の身体の各部分に対し所定のマッサージ効果を与えるマッサージ器は、手に持って使う小さなものから椅子状、マット状などの大きいものまで様々な形状のものが従来から用いられ、また、マッサージ動作機構にも機械的に動きを発生させる方式や空気による容器の膨張・収縮を用いる方式など、多様な方式が採用されている。

こうした従来のマッサージ器のうち、マット上に仰向けで寝た状態の人に対しマッサージ効果を与えるエアマットタイプのものは、身体の多くの箇所に同時にマッサージ効果を与えることができると共に、機械式に比べると軽量であり、非使用時には折畳んで容易に持運べ、収納にも便利であるという特長を有し、従来から広く用いられてきた。このようなエアマットタイプのマッサージ器の一例を図7に示す。図7は従来のマッサージ器の斜視図である。

前記図7に示す従来のマッサージ器100は、中空体のマット101と、このマット101内部に収納されて空気の注入、排出で膨張・収縮する複数の空気セル102と、この空気セル102に対し空気の加圧注入、吸引排出を行う空気注入排出装置103とを備える構成である。
この従来のマッサージ器100では、人がマット101上に仰向けに寝た状態で空気注入排出装置103を作動させ、空気セル102に対する空気の注入、排出を適宜切換えて空気セル102の膨張・収縮を繰返させ、膨張時には身体に対する押圧力を発生させると共に収縮時には押圧状態を解除して、人の肩から背中、さらに腰から脚にかけて揉みとほぼ同等のマッサージ効果を与えることができる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来のマッサージ器は以上のように構成されていたことから、マットとして用いる関係上、コリの起りやすい首、及び肩から背中にかけての部分に対してマッサージ効果を与えるためのマッサージ器としては、占有面積が大きく、設置する場所が限られると共に、一旦空気を抜いて折畳まないと容易に持運んで場所を変えることができず、不便であるという課題を有した。

また、マットタイプと別のマッサージ器で前記各部分にマッサージ効果を与えられるものも従来から存在するが、これでは人が寝た姿勢の状態で首から背中までの部分にマッサージ効果を与えることはできないという課題を有していた。
本発明は前記課題を解消するためになされたもので、身体がリラックスした姿勢において、首、さらに肩から背中にかけて効果的且つ手軽にマッサージ効果を与えられると共に、構造が簡略な上にコンパクトで製造コスト低減も図れるマッサージ器を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明に係るマッサージ器は、寝た姿勢の人の頭部を支える枕部と、可撓性を有する所定形状の中空体で形成され、当該中空体の中空部分に連通する所定の連通路が接続され、前記枕部に配設される空気セルと、前記空気セルに前記連通路を介して接続され、空気セルに対し連通路を通じて空気を供給するポンプユニットとを備えるマッサージ器において、前記枕部が、上側表面所定位置に段差のある凹み部分を形成される一方、上面の他の部分には所定深さの通気孔を多数形成される略枕形状で且つ多孔質の下側枕体と、当該下側枕体と同一素材で且つより多孔度を大とされて下側枕体の上側に沿って配設される略シート状の上側枕体との組合わせで形成され、前記下側枕体の前記凹み部分位置に生じる上側枕体と下側枕体との隙間に前記空気セルが収納配設され、当該空気セル内部から前記下側枕体表面の通気孔に通じる貫通孔を複数形成し、前記空気セル内部の空気を所定量外部に漏出させるものである。このように本発明においては、所定の下側枕体とより多孔度の大きい上側枕体との組合わせで形成される枕部の上側枕体と下側枕体との間の所定の隙間部分に空気セルが収納配設され、人が頭部を枕部上に載せた状態で、ポンプユニットを作動させて空気セルの膨張、収縮を繰返させ、空気セルでマッサージ対象となる首部を所定間隔で押圧刺激することにより、リラックスした姿勢の状態で首部に確実に揉みと同等のマッサージ効果を与えられることとなり、押圧力調節も空気セルへの空気供給量の調整で容易に行えてマッサージ器としての使い勝手に優れると共に、枕部の空気セルが膨張する場合に、空気セルからの押圧力が上側枕体を介して伝わることとなり、枕部が一部膨張することに伴う違和感を少なくでき、さらに、下側枕体に比べて多孔度の大きい上側枕体が頭部の近くに位置して通気性を確保し、頭部の蒸れを防いで快適感を得られる。また、空気セル内部から下側枕体表面の通気孔に通じる貫通孔を複数形成し、空気セル内部の空気を所定量外部に漏出させることで、頭部接触側に空気を少しずつ出し、枕部表面の頭部との接触による過度の湿りを解消して快適感をより一層向上させられる。

また、本発明に係るマッサージ器は必要に応じて、前記枕部が、左右両側の所定幅部分を中央部分に対しより硬質に形成され、当該硬質部分のいずれか一方又は両方に前記連通路を着脱自在に接続可能とするコネクタ部を配設されてなるものである。このように本発明においては、枕部の左右両側の所定幅部分が中央部分より硬質に形成されると共に、連通路を接続可能なコネクタ部が枕部側部に配置され、このコネクタ部の周囲を比較的硬質な部分で覆った状態とすることにより、中央部分とより硬質な両側部分で頭部の重みをバランスよく支持でき、重みによる枕部の過剰な変形を防げると共に、頭部とコネクタ部との間に硬質な部分が介在して頭部に対しコネクタ部の存在を異物感として与えることもなく、枕としての安定性及び使用感が向上する。さらに、コネクタ部周囲が大きく変形しないことにより、コネクタ部に力が加わってもコネクタ部が枕部から脱落しにくく、コネクタ部と枕部との一体化した状態を維持できる。
また、本発明に係るマッサージ器は必要に応じて、前記枕部に連結されて背中下側に敷設される背中当接部を備え、前記枕部及び背中当接部に空気セルが複数配設され、前記枕部及び背中当接部の最外層部分が、枕部及び背中当接部全体にわたって被覆状態となる略袋状のカバー体として形成され、当該カバー体の内側部に所定の収納袋が一体に複数配設され、前記各収納袋に前記空気セルの少なくともいずれかが収納配設されるものである。このように本発明においては、最外層部分をなすカバー体の各収納袋内に空気セルが収納配設され、人が身体の一部を枕部及び/又は背中当接部上に載せた状態で、ポンプユニットを作動させて空気セルの膨張、収縮を繰返させ、各空気セルでマッサージ対象となる身体の各部分を所定間隔で押圧刺激することにより、リラックスした姿勢の状態で身体各部分に確実に揉みと同等のマッサージ効果を与えられることとなり、押圧力調節も空気セルへの空気供給量の調整で容易に行えてマッサージ器としての使い勝手に優れると共に、空気セルを枕部及び/又は背中当接部の所定位置に保持する構造を著しく簡略化でき、製造も容易となり低コスト化が図れる。また、最外層で損傷しやすいカバー体を容易に交換でき、メンテナンス性にも優れる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の一実施の形態に係るマッサージ器を図1ないし図6に基づいて説明する。図1は本実施の形態に係るマッサージ器の斜視図、図2は本実施の形態に係るマッサージ器のカバー体省略状態の斜視図、図3は本実施の形態に係るマッサージ器の要部断面図、図4は本実施の形態に係るマッサージ器の底面側斜視図、図5は本実施の形態に係るマッサージ器の配管状態説明図、図6は本実施の形態に係るマッサージ器のポンプユニットの概略構成図である。

前記各図に示すように、本実施の形態に係るマッサージ器1は、寝た姿勢の人の頭部を支える前記当接部の一部分としての枕部10と、枕部10と一体化して背中下側に敷設される前記当接部の他部分としての背中当接部20と、可撓性を有して空気注入排出に伴う変形に耐えうる所定形状の中空体で形成され、この中空体の中空部分に連通する連通路としての管60が接続され、枕部10における人体首部に沿う所定箇所及び背中当接部20の所定箇所にそれぞれ配設される枕部空気セル30、肩部空気セル40及び背中空気セル50と、各空気セル30、40、50に前記管60を介して接続され、各空気セル30、40、50に対し管60を通じて空気を繰返し注入もしくは排出するポンプユニット70とを備える構成である。

前記枕部10は、最外層部分となる略袋状のカバー体80と、このカバー体80の内側に配設される芯部分としての下側枕体11及び上側枕体12と、この上側枕体12と下側枕体11との間に膨張収縮自在に収納配設される枕部空気セル30とを備える構成である。前記下側枕体11は、人の頭部を支持可能な十分な大きさとされると共に、上面を人の頭部から首にかけての部分に沿う曲面とされる所定多孔度の略枕状体で形成され、ちょうど首に沿う位置となる上面所定範囲に段差のある凹み部分11aを形成される一方、上面の他の部分には所定深さの通気孔11bを多数形成される構成である。

この下側枕体11は、左右両側の所定幅部分を中央部分11cに対しより硬質に形成された硬質部分11dとされ、この硬質部分11dそれぞれに前記管60を着脱自在に接続可能とする所定のコネクタ部13を配設されてなる。そして、このコネクタ部13にそれぞれ連結されてコネクタ部13と各空気セル30、40、50とを連通させる管60が下側枕体11に内蔵され、このうち肩部空気セル40及び背中空気セル50に連結する三本の管60は下側枕体11を貫通して背中当接部20側に伸びている。下側枕体11左右両側のコネクタ部13のうち、一方にはポンプユニット70に繋がっている外部の管60が着脱自在に接続される。下側枕体11の硬質部分11dにコネクタ部13を配設していることで、コネクタ部13に対し外部の管60を着脱する際にコネクタ部13に力が加わっても、コネクタ部13周囲の硬質部分11dが大きく変形せず、コネクタ部13と下側枕体11との一体状態を維持できる仕組みとなっている。

また、前記上側枕体12は、下側枕体11と同一素材で且つより多孔度を大とされた所定厚さの略シート状体で形成され、下側枕体11の上側に沿って一体に配設される構成である。そして、下側枕体11の前記凹み部分11a位置に生じる上側枕体12と下側枕体11との隙間に、枕部空気セル30が収納配設される仕組みとなっている。

前記カバー体80は、枕部10及び背中当接部20の最外層部分として枕部10及び背中当接部20全体にわたって被覆状態となる可撓性素材製の略袋状体として形成される構成であり、枕部10の最外層部分となる枕カバー部80aと背中当接部20の最外層部分となる背中カバー部80bとに大きく分けられ、このうち枕カバー部80aに下側枕体11及び上側枕体12が覆われる仕組みとなっている。

前記背中当接部20は、最外層部分としてのカバー体80の背中カバー部80bと、この背中カバー部80b内側に配設されるクッション部21と、背中カバー部80bの内側部に一体に保持される二つの肩部空気セル40及び背中空気セル50とを備え、これらの組合わせで可撓性を有する略マット状体としてなる構成である。カバー体80の背中カバー部80bの内側部における左右対称位置となる二箇所には収納袋81、82が、また、内側部中央位置には収納袋83がそれぞれカバー体80と一体形成され、収納袋81、82には肩部空気セル40が、収納袋83には背中空気セル50がそれぞれ収納配設される。これら各空気セル40、50には枕部10側から延長された管60が下側から接続されて連通しており、この管60接続位置がちょうど首の下方に位置して直接身体と接触しにくいため、使用者に違和感を与えない。

前記ポンプユニット70は、空気を所定の圧力で送出す公知のポンプ本体71と、前記ポンプ本体71の送気口にそれぞれ接続されると共に、枕部10の枕部空気セル30、及び背中当接部20の肩部空気セル40及び背中空気セル50に対応してそれぞれ独立した管60を介して接続され、各管60を通じた各空気セル30、40、50に対する空気の注入状態と排出状態をそれぞれ切換える複数の電磁弁72と、この電磁弁72及びポンプ本体71を制御して各空気セル30、40、50に対し空気の注入と排出を繰返してそれぞれ膨張・収縮動作を行わせる制御部73と、この制御部73に対して人が動作指示を与えるための操作部(図示を省略)とを備える構成である。

次に、前記構成に基づくマッサージ器の動作について説明する。まず、マッサージを受けようとする人が枕部10に頭部を、背中当接部20に背中をそれぞれ載せ、リラックスした姿勢となった状態で、操作部を操作してポンプユニット70の動作開始を指示する。ポンプユニット70では、ポンプ本体71が作動して送気を開始すると共に、制御部73が所定の電磁弁72を制御し、電磁弁72は管60をポンプ本体71に連通させる状態となる。ポンプ本体71は管60を介して各空気セル30、40、50のいずれか一つ又は複数に空気を加圧注入して膨張させ、空気セルの膨張による押圧力が身体接触部分に伝わる。

一方、空気を加圧注入された空気セルが最大限膨張したら、制御部73での制御により電磁弁72は管60を外部に連通させる状態に切り替り、空気セルからは空気が排出され、空気セルは収縮して押圧力を減衰させ、身体接触部分に押圧力を与えない状態となる。この後、空気セルが最大限収縮したら、電磁弁72が再度管60とポンプ本体71とが連通する状態に切り替え、空気セルにポンプ本体71から空気が注入される状態となる。

このようにして、各空気セル30、40、50に対する空気の注入並びに排出の各状態が繰返され、各空気セル30、40、50がそれぞれ膨張・収縮することで、マッサージ対象箇所を枕部10及び背中当接部20の各空気セル30、40、50位置で断続的に押圧刺激し、揉み動作と同じようなマッサージ効果を与えられる。これら各空気セル30、40、50の膨張による押圧力は、ポンプ本体71から各空気セル30、40、50に送込まれる空気量で調節され、制御部73で適切な押圧力となるよう空気量を制御される。

また、背中当接部20の肩部空気セル40及び背中空気セル50については、制御部73による電磁弁72の制御で、三箇所の各空気セル40、50のうち、中央の背中空気セル50を膨張させている際には左右二つの肩部空気セル40は収縮させ、背中空気セル50によるマッサージ効果を発生させると共に、逆に背中空気セル50を収縮させている際には左右の肩部空気セル40を膨張させ、肩部分にマッサージ効果を与えるようにしている。

このように、本実施の形態に係るマッサージ器においては、枕部空気セル30が枕部10に、肩部空気セル40及び背中空気セル50が背中当接部20にそれぞれ配設され、枕部10の上に人が頭部を載せ、且つ背中当接部20の上に背中を載せた状態で、ポンプユニット70を作動させて各空気セル30、40、50の膨張、収縮を繰返させ、マッサージ対象となる首、さらに肩から背中にかけての部分をこれらの部分に沿って位置する所定の空気セルで押圧刺激することから、リラックスした姿勢の状態でマッサージ対象の各部分に確実に揉みと同等のマッサージ効果を与えられると共に、肩部空気セル40及び背中空気セル50をカバー体80と一体の収納袋81、82、83に収納配設することで各空気セル40、50の背中当接部20における保持構造が大幅に簡略化され、製造が容易となって低コスト化を図れる。また、枕部10のカバー体80内側が下側枕体11とより多孔度の大きい上側枕体12との組合わせとされ、且つ下側枕体12と上側枕体11との間の隙間部分に枕部空気セル30が配設され、枕部空気セル30の膨張する際の押圧力が上側枕体12を介して伝わることから、枕部10が一部膨張することに伴う違和感を少なくでき、加えて、下側枕体11に比べて多孔度の大きい上側枕体12が頭部の近くに位置するため、通気性が確保されて頭部の蒸れもなく快適感を得られる。さらに、枕部10の左右両側の所定幅部分が硬質部分11dとして中央部分11cより硬質に形成されると共に、コネクタ部13が硬質部分11dに配設されることから、中央部分11cと左右の硬質部分11dで頭部の重みをバランスよく支持できると共に、頭部とコネクタ部13との間に硬質部分11dが介在して頭部に対しコネクタ部13の存在を異物感として与えることもなく、枕としての安定性及び使用感が向上する。

なお、前記実施の形態に係るマッサージ器において、肩部空気セル40及び背中空気セル50をカバー体80と一体の収納袋81、82、83に収納配設する構成としているが、これに限らず、所定の略薄板状の支持部材に肩部空気セル40及び/又は背中空気セル50を固定し、支持部材ごと空気セルをカバー体80の背中カバー部80bで被覆して背中当接部20とする構成にすることもできる。また、枕部空気セル30を枕部10の下側枕体11と上側枕体12との間に配設する構成としているが、この他、前記肩部空気セル40及び背中空気セル50同様に、枕部空気セル30もカバー体80の枕カバー部80a内側に一体形成した収納袋に収納配設する構成とすることもできる。

【発明の効果】
