Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to an oily solid cosmetic, more specifically, an oily solid cosmetic which contains polyglycerin fatty acid ester in the system and has improved suppression of sweating generated on the surface of the cosmetic without impairing basic usability. It is about the fee.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, oily solid cosmetics such as lipsticks, foundations, and eye shadows are formulated with powders such as waxes, liquid oils, colorants, and fragrances. The basic usability such as gloss, moistness and finish, and stability are adjusted. In particular, in terms of stability, a so-called sweating phenomenon in which a water droplet-like liquid oozes out on the surface of the oily solid cosmetic is a characteristic of the oily solid cosmetic. However, in oily solid cosmetics, the amount of wax is reduced as much as possible in order to improve the spread and smoothness at the time of application and the basic usability of the finish. Sweating on the surface did not reach the level where usability and stabilization of sweating were satisfactory.
[0003]
Therefore, there are cases in which amorphous microcrystalline wax is blended and examples in which polyoxyethylene beeswax is blended in order to improve the sweat suppression effect of oily solid cosmetics. However, in order to sufficiently improve the sweat suppression effect by these methods, it is necessary to add many of these ingredients into the system, so basic useability such as spreading, smoothness and finish at the time of application is reduced. The problem has not been solved.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide an oily solid cosmetic which does not impair basic usability and does not cause the above-described sweating phenomenon.
[Means for Solving the Problems]
[0005]
As a result of intensive research on improving the quality of oily solid cosmetics, which is the above problem, the present inventors have found that polyglycerin fatty acid ester has an improving effect on suppression of sweating phenomenon that occurs on the surface of oily solid cosmetics. As a result, the present invention has been completed.
[0006]
That is, this invention relates to the oil-based solid cosmetic characterized by mix | blending polyglyceryl fatty acid ester as an active ingredient which suppresses the perspiration generate | occur | produced on the surface of cosmetics.
[0007]
The constituent fatty acid of the polyglycerin fatty acid ester to be blended in the oily solid cosmetic of the present invention is a saturated fatty acid having 14 or more carbon atoms as the main constituent fatty acid. % Or more. Examples of saturated fatty acids having 14 or more carbon atoms include myristic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, arachidic acid, behenic acid, lignoceric acid, and serotic acid. In order to improve the sweat inhibiting effect, among the main constituent fatty acids, behenic acid is preferably contained in an amount of 65% by weight or more, more preferably 80% by weight of behenic acid. On the other hand, when behenic acid is less than 60% by weight, the effect of suppressing perspiration becomes insufficient, and the object of the present invention is not achieved, which is not preferable.
[0008]
The esterification rate of the fatty acid to the polyglycerol of the polyglycerol fatty acid ester blended in the oily solid cosmetic of the present invention is preferably 80% by weight or more, and more preferably 90% by weight or more. On the other hand, when the esterification rate is less than 80%, the effect of suppressing sweating is not affected, and the object of the present invention is not achieved.
[0009]
7-11 are preferable and, as for the glycerol polymerization degree of the polyglycerol fatty acid ester mix | blended with the oil-based solid cosmetics of this invention, 8-10 are more preferable. On the other hand, when the degree of glycerol polymerization is less than 7, the object of the present invention is not achieved, which is not preferable.
[0010]
Furthermore, the polyglycerol fatty acid ester mix | blended with the oil-based solid cosmetics of this invention can suppress surface sweating by mix | blending 0.01 to 10weight% in oil-based solid cosmetics whole quantity. The blending amount in the total amount of the cosmetic is preferably 0.05 to 5% by weight, and more preferably 0.1 to 3% by weight. If the blending amount is less than 0.01% by weight, the effect of suppressing perspiration is insufficient, and if blending by 10% by weight or more, basic usability such as spreading and smoothness at the time of application deteriorates, which is not preferable.
[0011]
In the oily solid cosmetic of the present invention, 3 to 30% by weight of at least one or two or more of wax and wax-like substance as essential components, and 20 to at least one or more of liquid and semi-solid oils are contained as an essential component. It is characterized by containing 90 to 30% by weight and at least one or more cosmetic pigments in an amount of 0.5 to 30% by weight.
[0012]
Examples of the wax and wax-like substance used in the present invention include ceresin wax, microcrystalline wax, candelilla wax, carnauba wax, polyethylene wax, paraffin wax, rice wax, beeswax, and wood wax. However, it is not limited to these.
[0013]
Examples of liquid and semi-solid oils include hydrocarbons such as liquid paraffin, liquid isoparaffin and squalane; natural vegetable oils such as olive oil, macadamia nut oil, castor oil, avocado oil and meadow foam oil; dimethylpolysiloxane , Methyl phenyl polysiloxane, silicone oil such as cyclic silicone; esters such as diisostearyl malate, glyceryl trioctanoate, trimethylolpropane triisostearate, octyldodecyl myristate, diisopropyl dimer, isotridecyl isononanoate; octyldodecanol And higher alcohols such as isostearyl alcohol and stearyl alcohol, but are not limited thereto.
[0014]
Moreover, as a cosmetic pigment, the well-known pigment normally used for cosmetics can be used. Examples include extender pigments such as sericite, mica, talc, silica, kaolin, nylon powder, and synthetic phlogopite; and colorants such as titanium oxide, iron oxide, ultramarine, organic tar dyes, and lakes. In addition, those obtained by treating these cosmetic pigments with silicone, fatty acid ester, metal soap or the like can be used, but are not limited thereto.
[0015]
In addition to the above components, the oily solid cosmetic of the present invention, depending on the purpose, unless necessary to impair the antiperspirant effect in the polyglycerin fatty acid ester, if necessary, other oily raw materials, surfactants, antiseptics An agent, an antioxidant, a polymer, a humectant, water, an ultraviolet absorber, a resin, a solvent, a fragrance and the like can be blended.
[0016]
Further, the oily solid cosmetic of the present invention can be produced by heating, dissolving, stirring, mixing, and the like according to conventional methods, and the main purpose is makeup cosmetics such as lipstick, foundation, and eye shadow. However, depending on the purpose, it can be widely applied to the entire cosmetics field as long as the antiperspirant effect of the polyglycerol fatty acid ester is not impaired.
[0017]
【Example】
EXAMPLES Hereinafter, although an Example demonstrates this invention further in detail, this invention is not limited by these. In addition, unless otherwise specified, the blending amount is indicated by weight%.
[0018]
Regarding the compositions of Examples and Comparative Examples shown in Table 1, dish-shaped lipsticks were produced, and the molded products were checked for the presence or absence of sweating generated on the surface, and further sensory evaluation was performed according to the following evaluation criteria.
[0019]
[Table 1]
Figure 0004536892
[0020]
(Manufacturing method) Ingredients (1) to (10) are put into a heating and melting kettle and heated and dissolved at 90 to 100 ° C. B. Ingredients (11) to (13) are added to A and sufficiently dispersed in a roll mill. C. B is dissolved again by heating, adjusted to 85 to 90 ° C., and degassed. D. Add component (14) to C and cast into a dish-shaped container.
[0021]
As a method for confirming the sweating stability, first, a dish-shaped lipstick molded product is left in a thermostatic device at 30 ° C. prepared with a saturated aqueous solution of potassium chloride at a relative humidity of 83.6%. Next, it is put into a 37 ° C. constant temperature apparatus having a relative humidity of 40% after 3 days and 30 days. And the surface of the lipstick 2 hours after input was observed visually, and the presence or absence of perspiration was confirmed.
[0022]
(Presence or absence of sweating) The evaluation criteria for the presence or absence of sweating were evaluated by measuring the diameter of oil droplets of sweating on a scale after visually confirming the sweating on the surface of the lipstick. “O” indicates that no perspiration occurs, “X” indicates that the diameter of the oil droplet is 1.0 mm or more, and “Δ” indicates that the diameter is less than 1.0 mm.
[0023]
Sensory evaluation is carried out by 10 expert panelists, and as the basic feel of use evaluation, four items are evaluated: “Growth during application”, “Gloss after application”, “Moistness after application” and “Finish”. It was.
[0024]
As a criterion for sensory evaluation, for each evaluation item, a very bad value is 1 and a very good value is 7. A 7-step evaluation for checking the most applicable place is used, and the average score of each result is shown in Table 1.
[0025]
As is apparent from the results in Table 1, the prescription of the present invention is effective in suppressing sweating generated on the surface, and has basic usability such as spreading during application, gloss after application, and moist feeling after application. It is clearly confirmed that it does not impair.
[0026]
Furthermore, the present inventors performed DSC measurements for Example 1, Comparative Example 1 and Comparative Example 2 after 3 days and 30 days. About the measuring method of DSC, it implemented by the following method.
[0027]
(DSC measurement)
Measuring instrument Seiko Electronics Co., Ltd. DSC220C
Figure 0004536892
[0028]
As is clear from the results of FIGS. 1 to 6, in DSC results after 30 days, a large peak is observed at 61.8 ° C. in Comparative Example 1 and 63.1 ° C. in Comparative Example 2, but in Example 1, Only a very slight peak is observed at 60.2 ° C. From these facts, it is suggested that Example 1 is stable with little change in crystal over time as compared with Comparative Example 1 and Comparative Example 2. Therefore, the oil-based solid cosmetic of the present invention clearly confirms that the sweat suppression effect is improved also from the DSC results.
