油性固形化粧料は、油剤が主成分であるため、毛髪および肌に塗布した際に、べたつきを感じやすい傾向がある。そのため、さっぱりとした使用感を向上させるために、液状油を多く配合する必要がある。しかしながら、液状油を多く配合した油性固形化粧料は、高温条件下で保管した場合に、液状油分が油性固形化粧料の表面に油滴として現れる問題があった。上記問題を解決するため、12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸を用いた油性固形化粧料が報告されている(特許文献1)。しかし、特許文献1のように12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸を用いた油性固形化粧料は、髪や肌へのべたつきが抑えられ、高温条件下で保管した場合の安定性(以下、「高温安定性」という)に優れるものの、高温条件下で保管した場合にひび割れが発生する問題があった。上記問題を解決した油性固形化粧料としてポリエチレンテレフタレート粉末を用いた油性固形化粧料が報告されている(特許文献2)。 Since oil-based solid cosmetics are mainly composed of oils, they tend to feel sticky when applied to hair and skin. [毛髪のべたつきのなさ]
得られた油性固形化粧料をガラス容器(茶丸50:浅井硝子株式会社製)に40g充填し、25℃で24時間静置した後、0.3gを3回に分けて、手に塗り広げてから、毛髪試験用ドール(株式会社ビューラックス社製「カットマネキンNO.775N」)の毛髪に塗布し、毛髪のべたつきのなさを官能評価した。
(評価方法)
パネラー10名が油性固形化粧料を使用し、「毛髪のべたつきのなさ」に関して官能評価を行った。各人が項目毎に5点(非常に良好)、4点(より良好)、3点(良好)、2点(不良)、1点(非常に不良)の5段階で評価して全員の平均点を算出した後、下記判定基準に従って判定した。

40 g of the obtained oil-based solid cosmetic was filled into a glass container (Chamaru 50: manufactured by Asai Glass Co., Ltd.) and allowed to stand at 25° C. for 24 hours. After that, 0.3 g was divided into three portions and spread on the hands, and then applied to the hair of a hair test doll ("Cut Mannequin No. 775N" manufactured by Beaulax Co., Ltd.), and the non-stickiness of the hair was sensorily evaluated.

(A)ペンタステアリン酸ポリグリセリル-10、トリステアリン酸ポリグリセリル-10、ステアリン酸ポリグリセリル-6、ミリスチン酸ポリグリセリル-10、ドデカベヘン酸ポリグリセリル-10、オレイン酸ポリグリセリル-10または、イソステアリン酸ポリグリセリル-10から選ばれる1種以上
(B)ヒマワリ種子ロウ、キャンデリラロウまたは水添ヒマシ油から選ばれる1種以上
を含有し、前記(A)成分の含有量は0.1~6質量%であり、前記(B)成分の含有量は1~8質量%である油性固形化粧料。

An oil-based solid cosmetic preparation comprising: (A) one or more selected from polyglyceryl-10 pentastearate, polyglyceryl-10 tristearate, polyglyceryl-6 stearate, polyglyceryl-10 myristate, polyglyceryl-10 dodecabehenate, polyglyceryl-10 oleate, and polyglyceryl-10 isostearate; and (B) one or more selected from sunflower seed wax, candelilla wax, and hydrogenated castor oil, wherein the content of component (A) is 0.1 to 6% by mass, and the content of component (B) is 1 to 8% by mass.
