Claims (2)
- 多価アルコール又は糖類と廃PETとをエステル交換させて形成した粘性化PETと、廃タイヤゴム粉と油系軟化剤とを混練して形成した粘性化ゴムと、改質剤とからなり、前記多価アルコール又は糖類がトリエチレングリコール及びペンタエリスリトールであり、前記粘性化PETを生成させる原料中、トリエチレングリコールが19.2wt%〜79.2wt%、ペンタエリスリトールが0wt%〜4.0wt%であり、前記粘性化ゴムを生成させる原料中、油系軟化剤が20wt%〜80wt%であり、前記改質剤が炭化水素樹脂及びスチレン系熱可塑性エラストマーからなり、前記改質剤中、炭化水素樹脂が66.7wt%〜96.7wt%、スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマーが3.3wt%〜33.3wt%であり、前記粘性化PETが5wt%〜65wt%、前記粘性化ゴムが5wt%〜65wt%、前記改質剤が10wt%〜60wt%であることを特徴とする舗装用バインダ。
- 多価アルコール又は糖類と廃PETとを触媒の存在下で反応させて粘性化PETを生成させる粘性化PET生成工程と、廃タイヤゴム粉と油系軟化剤とを混練して粘性化ゴムを生成させる粘性化ゴム生成工程と、前記粘性化PETと前記粘性化ゴムと1種又は2種以上の改質剤とを混練して舗装用バインダを生成させる舗装用バインダ生成工程とを備え、前記多価アルコール又は糖類がトリエチレングリコール及びペンタエリスリトールであり、前記粘性化PETを生成させる原料中、トリエチレングリコールが19.2wt%〜79.2wt%、ペンタエリスリトールが0wt%〜4.0wt%であり、前記触媒が酢酸亜鉛であり、前記粘性化ゴムを生成させる原料中、油系軟化剤が20wt%〜80wt%であり、前記改質剤が炭化水素樹脂及びスチレン系熱可塑性エラストマーであり、前記改質剤中、炭化水素樹脂が66.7wt%〜96.7wt%、スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマーが3.3wt%〜33.3wt%であり、前記粘性化PETが5wt%〜65wt%、前記粘性化ゴムが5wt%〜65wt%、前記改質剤が10wt%〜60wt%であることを特徴とする舗装用バインダの製造方法。
