Description
このため、空気がコンクリート中に入り、コンクリートの劣化するのを防止することができ、かつ酸性雨に対してもそれを中和し、劣化を防止することができる。
また、コンクリート改質材が細孔内でゲル化し、細孔を塞ぐため、水分がコンクリート中に入るのを抑止できるのと混合アルカリの効果によって、アルカリ骨材反応、塩害、凍結融解等を防止することができる。
混合アルカリ効果の特徴は次の通りである。
1.外部から塩などが入って来ても、遊離塩素などを出なくしてしまう。
2.大気のNOX,SOXなどの汚染物質などはゲルに取入れてしまう。
3.酸性の高い物質もゲルの中に取り込んでコンクリートのカルシウムに対し、悪影響を与えない。
この発明は、種々の材料の中から、珪酸ソーダ(SiO2−Na2O)と珪酸カリ(SiO2−K2O)を用い、これらの割合をモル比で約1:1で混合して作製した。

Claims (2)
- 珪酸ソーダと珪酸カリをモル比で1:1で混合し、この珪酸ソーダ・珪酸カリ混合溶液に水酸化ナトリウムを添加したことを特徴とするコンクリート改質材。
- 珪酸ソーダと珪酸カリをモル比で1:1で混合し、この珪酸ソーダ・珪酸カリ混合溶液に水酸化ナトリウムを添加し、所定時間撹拌した後、濾過して作製することを特徴とするコンクリート改質材の製造方法。
