Description
これらの従来技術は何れも、混合する油と水に乳化剤(界面活性剤、水溶性高分子、等)を添加した状態で撹拌処理等を行うことにより油と水のエマルジョンを生成するものであり、長時間に亘って安定な混合状態を保ちうるエマルジョンを得るためには乳化剤が不可欠である。したがって、海面等から回収した原油など大量の油水混合液をこれらの従来技術を用いてエマルジョン化し燃焼処理するとなると大量の乳化剤が必要となる。

図1は、本発明にかかる油水混在液処理方法を実施するための処理装置の形態例を示すブロック図である。処理装置1はエマルジョン生成装置100と燃焼装置200とを備えている。
図7は本発明にかかる船舶の形態例を示す概念図である。この船舶300は、海上に流出した油を回収する流出油回収装置310と、流出油回収装置310により回収した油を処理する処理装置320とを搭載している。
Claims (4)
- 自然水域に流出した油を油水混在液として回収する流出油回収装置と、
前記流出油回収装置により回収した前記油水混在液を貯蔵する第1の原料タンクと、
前記油水混在液に添加するための重油を貯蔵する第2の原料タンクと、
前記油水混在液に添加するための水を貯蔵する第3の原料タンクと、
これらの原料タンクから給送される前記油水混在液と前記重油と前記水とを互いに合流させて液体吐出口から吐出させつつ当該液体吐出口の周囲に配置された気体噴射口から噴射させた高速気流からなる渦流によって破砕することにより油分と水分とが均一に混ざり合ったエマルジョンを生成する二流体ノズルと、
前記二流体ノズルにより生成したエマルジョンを燃焼させる燃焼装置と、
前記二流体ノズルにより生成されたエマルジョンを収容する燃料容器と、
前記燃料容器に収容されたエマルジョンを前記燃焼装置に供給する燃料給送系と、
前記油水混在液と前記重油と前記水との混合割合を指定するための入力装置と、
前記入力装置に入力された前記混合割合に基づいて、前記二流体ノズルへの前記油水混在液、前記重油及び前記水の供給を制御する制御系と、を備えたことを特徴とする油水混在液処理装置。 - 前記燃焼装置は、内燃機関、タービンまたはボイラであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の油水混在液処理装置。
- 自然水域に流出した油を油水混在液として回収する流出油回収装置と、
前記流出油回収装置により回収した前記油水混在液を貯蔵する第1の原料タンクと、
前記油水混在液に添加するための重油を貯蔵する第2の原料タンクと、
前記油水混在液に添加するための水を貯蔵する第3の原料タンクと、
これらの原料タンクから給送される前記油水混在液と前記重油と前記水とを互いに合流させて液体吐出口から吐出させつつ当該液体吐出口の周囲に配置された気体噴射口から噴射させた高速気流からなる渦流によって破砕することにより油分と水分とが均一に混ざり合ったエマルジョンを生成する二流体ノズルと、
前記二流体ノズルにより生成したエマルジョンを燃焼させる燃焼装置と、
前記二流体ノズルにより生成されたエマルジョンを収容する燃料容器と、
前記燃料容器に収容されたエマルジョンを前記燃焼装置に供給する燃料給送系と、
前記油水混在液と前記重油と前記水との混合割合を指定するための入力装置と、
前記入力装置に入力された前記混合割合に基づいて、前記二流体ノズルへの前記油水混在液、前記重油及び前記水の供給を制御する制御系と、を備えたことを特徴とする船舶。 - 前記燃焼装置は、内燃機関、タービンまたはボイラであることを特徴とする請求項3記載の船舶。
