Claims (5)
- 患者の所定の心拍時相の画像再構成に使用される、心拍周期におけるトリガポイントを選択するシステムであって、
心臓の機械的振動を検知する非電気的センサと、
前記患者に固定される一端と、前記非電気的センサに接続される他端とを備える非金属性のチューブであって、該チューブ内に振動を伝達するための流体が充填されている、前記チューブと、
該非電気的センサに結合された処理回路とを含み、
該処理回路が該非電気的センサから前記チューブの前記流体を介して送られた入力信号を処理し、
前記入力信号を解析して複数の候補特徴を検出し、
前記複数の候補特徴からトリガポイントの選択に有用な特徴を選択し、
前記有用な特徴に基づいて、前記所定の心拍時相を特定するトリガポイントを選択する、
システム。 - 前記処理回路が、
前記入力信号の最初の数秒の信号に基づいて前記トリガポイントの選択に使用するテンプレートを選択し、
選択された前記テンプレートを前記入力信号と比較して相関ベクトルを生成し、
前記相関ベクトルを閾値処理して、前記テンプレートとの前記入力信号の最良の整合を示す心拍周期内の相関ポイントを選択し、
閾値処理した前記相関ポイントに基づいて候補トリガポイントのセットを識別し、
前記候補トリガポイントのセットの中から前記所定の心拍時相を特定する前記トリガポイントを選択する、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記非電気的センサが加速度センサであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- メージング装置を更に備え、
選択された前記トリガポイントが前記メージング装置をゲーティングするために前記メージング装置に送られる、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のシステム。 - 前記メージング装置がCT画像診断装置であり、
心拍周期からのデータが単一画像の再構成に使用されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のシステム。
