Description
図4は、本発明の参考形態1に係る心臓弁手術用補助具1を示すものである。この参考形態の説明では、心臓弁手術用補助具の構造を説明する前に、図1及び図2に基づいて心臓Hの解剖について説明する。左心房LAには、肺静脈PVeが繋がっている。左心房LAと左心室LVとの間には、僧帽弁MVがある。僧帽弁MVの前側には大動脈弁AVがあり、左心室LVは大動脈弁AVを介して上行大動脈AAoと繋がっている。一方、右心房RAには、上大静脈SVC及び下大静脈IVCとが繋がっており、右心房RAと右心室RVとの間には、三尖弁TVがある。大動脈弁AVの前方には、肺動脈弁PVaがあり、右心室RVは肺動脈弁PVaを介して肺動脈PAに繋がっている。上記僧帽弁MVと大動脈弁AVとは、心臓Hの同一膜(aoro-ventricular membrane)上に位置している。
図8は、本発明の参考形態2に係る心臓弁手術用補助具1を示すものである。この参考形態2の心臓弁手術用補助具1は、疑似弁輪2を固定用部材10を介して弁輪50に固定するようにした点で参考形態1のものとは異なっており、以下、参考形態1と同じ部分には同じ符号を付し、異なる部分を詳細に説明する。
図13は、本発明の実施形態に係る心臓弁手術用補助具1を示すものである。この実施形態の心臓弁手術用補助具1は、上記参考形態1、2で説明した疑似弁輪2を押さえ部材20により弁輪50に押さえて固定するようにした点で、参考形態1、2のものとは異なっており、以下、参考形態1と同じ部分には同じ符号を付し、異なる部分を詳細に説明する。

Claims (2)
- 心臓弁の弁輪に人工弁輪を縫い付ける際に用いられる心臓弁手術用補助具であって、
上記人工弁輪の形状に対応した形状を有し、該人工弁輪の縫い付け前における弁機能評価試験に用いられて弁機能評価試験後に心臓から外される疑似弁輪と、
上記疑似弁輪を弁輪に押さえる押さえ部材とを備え、
上記疑似弁輪及び押さえ部材には、術者が把持する把持部がそれぞれ設けられ、
上記押さえ部材の把持部は筒状に形成され、
上記疑似弁輪の把持部は、上記押さえ部材の把持部に挿通する棒状に形成され、
上記疑似弁輪の把持部を上記押さえ部材の把持部に挿通した状態で、該押さえ部材は、上記疑似弁輪の把持部により該疑似弁輪の押さえ位置まで案内されることを特徴とする心臓弁手術用補助具。 - 請求項1に記載の心臓弁手術用補助具において、
押さえ部材には、疑似弁輪の全周に亘って当接する当接部が設けられていることを特徴とする心臓弁手術用補助具。
