Description
Claims (31)
- 管腔グラフトの内管腔供給のための供給装置において、
径方向に収縮される、また、径方向に拡大される構成を有する、略管状の仮ステントであって、2組の複数の平行な螺旋状の糸部材群を含み、2組の糸部材群は、仮ステントの長さに沿う、多数の交差位置で互いに交差し、離散的な終端をなし、糸部材群は、離散的な終端の反対側の仮ステントの終端で、接続構造により捕捉される、仮ステントと、
一時的な取付用手段を通して離散的な終端を引くことにより、仮ステントをグラフトから取り外すことができるように、仮ステントの離散的な終端を囲む一時的な取付用手段と、上記接続構造の近位方向にあって、2組の複数の平行な螺旋状の糸部材群へ取り付けられるカテーテルと、を有している、供給装置。 - 仮ステントが、径方向に拡大させられた構造へバイアスされている、請求項1の供給装置。
- 仮ステントの拡大を制御するために、仮ステントを選択的にかつ可逆的に囲むよう構成されたシースをさらに含んでいる、請求項2の供給装置。
- 更に、拡大機構を有し、径方向に拡大させられた構造への拡大機構により、仮ステントが径方向に拡大される、請求項1の供給装置。
- 上記拡大機構が潅流バルーンを備える、請求項4の供給装置。
- 上記仮ステントが、径方向に収縮した状態へバイアスされている、請求項4の供給装置。
- 更に、上記仮ステントを径方向に拘束する管状のシースであって、仮ステント上に位置決めされた際に仮ステントを拘束し、また、再拘束するよう、さらに、仮ステント上から引き出される際には仮ステントを解放するよう、仮ステントに対して長軸方向に可動であるように構成されている、シースを備える、請求項1に記載の供給装置。
- 上記仮ステントが、径方向に拡大しているとき、それを通して流体が流れ得る程度開いている、請求項1の供給装置。
- 上記仮ステントが自然に拡大し、シースが、グラフトの前進中に、仮ステント上で引かれ、仮ステントが、体内腔の壁への固定のために、グラフトを膨張させ、および安定させ得るよう、グラフト位置において仮ステントの近位方向へ引かれ、仮ステントを再拘束するために仮ステント上で遠位方向へ引かれるよう構成されている、請求項7の供給装置。
- 上記グラフトの固定に続いて、上記供給装置を退却させることにより、グラフトが、該供給装置から解放される、請求項1の供給装置。
- 上記仮ステントが自然に拡大し、シースが、グラフトの前進中に、仮ステント上で引かれ、仮ステントが、体内腔の壁への固定のために、グラフトを安定させ得るよう、また、仮ステントが、仮ステントを再拘束し、グラフトを解放するために、近位方向にシース内へ引かれ得るよう、グラフト位置において仮ステントの近位方向へ引かれるよう構成されている、請求項7の供給装置。
- 上記仮ステントが、該仮ステントの径方向における拡大を引き起こし得る程度の弾性を有する材料を含む、編組糸部材を含んでいる、請求項1の供給装置。
- 上記材料が生体吸収性である、請求項12の供給装置。
- 上記材料が生体非吸収性である、請求項12の供給装置。
- 上記仮ステントが、該仮ステントの径方向における拡大を引き起こす形状記憶を有する材料を含む編組糸部材を含んでいる、請求項1の供給装置。
- 上記材料がニチノールである、請求項15の供給装置。
- カテーテルの前進の間に、シースがグラフトを径方向に拘束する、請求項7の供給装置。
- 外側のシースをさらに含み、カテーテルの前進中に、外側のシースがグラフトを径方向に拘束し、そして、上記外側のシースが、グラフト位置で、仮ステントがグラフトを径方向に拡大させるようにするシースから近位方向に退却される、請求項7の供給装置。
- 更に、かぎ針編および後続糸を含むかぎ針編後続糸を含み、かぎ針編後続糸が上記グラフト上に配置され、カテーテルの前進中に、かぎ針編がグラフトを径方向に拘束し、該グラフトは、かぎ針編をほぐすべく後続糸を引くことで解放され、そしてかぎ針編後続糸の径方向の拘束を除去する、請求項1の供給装置。
- 上記一時的な取付用手段が、縫合糸である、請求項1の供給装置。
- 上記一時的な取付用手段が、接着剤である、請求項1の供給装置。
- 上記一時的な取付用手段が、グラフトおよび仮ステントを囲むリングである、請求項1の供給装置。
- 血管内部の可視化を提供するために、カテーテルに取り付けられた血管内超音波装置をさらに含んでいる、請求項1の供給装置。
- 径方向に収縮されるまた径方向に拡大される構造を有する、略管状の仮ステントであって、
上記仮ステントは、複数の平行な螺旋状の糸部材群の2組を含み、2組の糸部材群は、上記仮ステントの長さに沿って、多数の交差位置で互いに交差し、離散的な終端をなし;上記糸部材群は、離散的な終端の反対側の仮ステントの終端で、所定の接続構造によりカテーテルに取り付けられ、そして捕捉されており;上記仮ステントは、一時的な取付用手段を通して離散的な終端を引くことで仮ステントをグラフトから取り外すことができるように、離散的な終端を囲む一時的な取付用手段により、一時的にグラフトに取り付けられるべく構成されている、仮ステント。 - 上記糸部材群が、仮ステントの径方向における拡大を引き起こし得る程度の弾性を有する材料を含んでいる、請求項24の仮ステント。
- 上記糸部材が、仮ステントの径方向における拡大を引き起こす形状記憶を有する材料を含んでいる、請求項24の仮ステント。
- 上記材料がニチノールである、請求項26の仮ステント。
- 上記取付用手段が縫合糸である、請求項24の仮ステント。
- 上記取付用手段が、上記グラフト内に形成されたポケットである、請求項24の仮ステント。
- 上記取付用手段が接着剤のビード(beads)である、請求項24の仮ステント。
- 複数の平行な螺旋状の糸部材群の2組が、接続構造の近くで、内部方向に先細りしている、請求項24の仮ステント。
