Claims (10)
- 互いに隣接し且つ軸(18)により結合された複数のインペラ(16)を有し、ステータ(20)内で回転するロータ(14)を具備し、つりあいピストン(22)を含み、第1の圧縮段の取り入れ口と前記つりあいピストン(22)の下流側の領域との間につりあいライン(24)が設けられている遠心圧縮機(12)の、安全特性を改善した軸方向スラストつりあいシステム(10)において、
前記つりあいシステム(10)は、前記第1の圧縮段の上流側に前記軸(18)の周囲の取り入れ口メカニカルガスシール(26)を具備すると共に、
前記つりあいピストン(22)の下流側には前記遠心圧縮機(12)の吐出し端部に配置された出口メカニカルガスシール(28)を具備し、
前記つりあいライン(24)は閉塞要素(32)によって閉鎖可能であり、
前記出口メカニカルガスシール(28)は、軸方向スラストをつりあいを保つように該出口メカニカルガスシール(28)の直径が前記取り入れ口メカニカルガスシール(26)の直径より大きい
ことを特徴とするつりあいシステム(10)。 - 前記メカニカルガスシール(26、28)は供給ライン(30)からガスを補給されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のつりあいシステム(10)。
- 前記閉塞要素(32)は遮断弁であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のつりあいシステム(10)。
- 前記遠心圧縮機(12)の始動を確保するために、前記軸(18)では直接潤滑型のスラスト軸受が使用されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項記載のつりあいシステム(10)。
- 前記出口メカニカルガスシール(28)は前記遠心圧縮機(12)の吐出し圧力と等しい圧力が一次リングに加わった状態で動作することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項記載のつりあいシステム(10)。
- 前記遠心圧縮機(12)が高圧の用途に適用される場合、前記出口メカニカルガスシール(28)は高圧のガスの供給によって補給されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項記載のつりあいシステム(10)。
- 前記供給ライン(30)はスクロールのすぐ上流側で、前記遠心圧縮機(12)の最終圧縮段のディフューザの吐出し端部からガスを取り出し、前記遠心圧縮機(12)の外部にあるパイプを介して、ガスを高圧フィルタへ送り出すことを特徴とする請求項2記載のつりあいシステム(10)。
- 前記遠心圧縮機(12)の前記ディフューザの前記吐出し端部から取り出された前記ガスは、前記メカニカルガスシール(26、28)の一次リングの位置で、前記遠心圧縮機(12)の端部ラビリンスシールの位置において前記遠心圧縮機(12)に戻されることを特徴とする請求項7記載のつりあいシステム(10)。
- 圧力の計算及び前記メカニカルガスシール(26、28)の直径の仕様の不確かさは、前記出口メカニカルガスシール(28)の一次リング及び/又は前記取り入れ口メカニカルガスシール(26)の一次リングの適切な加圧により補償されることが可能であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項記載のつりあいシステム(10)。
- 前記つりあいピストン(22)は、最終圧縮段の下流側で、前記遠心圧縮機(12)の前記軸(18)にキー結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項記載のつりあいシステム(10)。
