Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention particularly relates to a grater used to lower the seasoning and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, various graters have been proposed and used mainly for lowering radishes.
[0003]
For example, as shown in FIG. 4 , the conventional grater is configured such that the grater 11 having a protruding blade is attached to the container 12 for use. Since the feeling of use is inferior when the dimensions are small, the grater 11 needs to have a certain size. For example, it has a substantially rectangular shape of about 10 cm × 20 cm.
[0004]
On the other hand, various kinds of graters used for lowering the seasoning have been proposed. For example, the area of the grated portion is 20 to 30 cm 2 and the blade density (number of blade edges / area) is 5 to 10 / cm 2. And the height of the edge of the protruding blade is 1 mm or less (see Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 4-80447).
[0005]
As for the seasoning, the amount of grated portion is considered to be appropriate because the amount of grated is less than that of radish.
[0006]
Further, it is known that by forming these graters with ceramics, there is an excellent effect that the taste of the raw material (food) is not impaired since the point of hardly corroding and metal ions are not produced.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, such a conventional ceramic grater cannot satisfy the function of lowering the spices containing a large amount of fiber, and has a problem that the cutting edge is missing during handling.
[0008]
Then, an object of this invention is to provide the grater for seasonings excellent in the usability | use_condition.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
To solve the above problems, grater made of ceramics of the present invention, the blade density of protrusions blade 1 5 and 20 pieces / cm 2,. 15 to the area of the wholesale portion having a plurality aforementioned projections blade and 20 cm 2, and the cutting edge height of said projection blade in the central portion of the wholesale portion and 1-1.5 mm, lower than the cutting edge height of said central portion of the cutting edge height of said projection blade in the outer peripheral portion as 1mm or less characterized in that it was. Further, preferably characterized in that the tip of the projection blades a curved surface at the outer peripheral portion of the wholesale unit.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention will be specifically described below.
[0011]
As shown in FIG. 1, the grater of the present invention has a grated portion 1 protruding at the center of a circular dish-like body, and has an outer peripheral groove 2 for collecting the grated material in its periphery. Is made of ceramic. The surface of the grated part 1 is provided with a large number of small protruding blades 3 for lowering the spice, and the grated part such as ginger and yam is pressed against the grated part 1 and slid and moved back and forth while moving. It has a structure in which spices accumulate in the outer circumferential groove 2. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the back surface is provided with a non-slip portion 4 such as silicon or rubber.
[0012]
According to the grater of the present invention, since the protruding blade 3 is ceramic, it has excellent wear resistance and maintains a good sharpness for a long time, and does not cause rust. However, since ceramics have lower toughness than metal materials, the cutting edge may be lost depending on the handling.
[0013]
Therefore, in the present invention, as shown in FIG. 3A, the blade edge height h of the protruding blade 3 at least in the central portion of the lowering portion 1 is set to 1 to 1.5 mm. This is because if the height h of the blade is higher than 1.5 mm, the blade edge of the protruding blade 3 is easily chipped, and it is easy to lower the spice that contains a large amount of fiber, but between the protruding blade 3 and the protruding blade 3. This is because the squeezed material becomes clogged and the initial sharpness tends to be lowered, and conversely, if the blade height h is lower than 1 mm, it is difficult to lower the spice that contains a large amount of fiber.
[0014]
The distal tip of the projection blade 3, the following sharp edge curvature radius 0.2 mm, the central portion refers to the area range 5 to 10 c m 2 around the center point of the wholesale unit 1.
[0015]
Further, as shown in FIG. 3B, the protruding blade 3 ′ on the outer peripheral portion of the lowering portion 1 is chipped with a radius of curvature of the tip portion of 0.2 to 0.5 mm and a cutting edge height h ′ of 1 mm or less. It is preferable to make it difficult. This is because the protruding blade 3 ′ on the outer peripheral side of the gratering part 1 is placed on the outer peripheral side of the grater part 1 when other dishes are put on or taken out of the tableware dryer while handling the grater. This is because they often come into contact with
[0016]
Furthermore grater of the invention, by a wholesaler portion 15 to 20cm 2 area of 1, the blade density of protrusions blade 3 (tip speed / area) of 1 to 5 to twenty / cm 2, a long period of time maintaining sharpness can do.
[0017]
Condiments, because generally the food compared with radish as represented by ginger wasabi, etc. is small, Ru can fully satisfy the functions even with a small forward-repetitive motion when down. Then, the area of the grated part 1 was 15-20 cm < 2 >. This area is difficult to forward-repetitive motion when down is less than 15cm 2, but forward-Repetitive easy to do when down exceeds 20 cm 2 Conversely, those grated is grated becomes turbulent Miscellaneous This is because it takes a lot of time to collect the collected items.
[0018]
The blade density of the protruding blades 3 is set to 15 to 20 / cm 2 because when the number is less than 15 / cm 2 , the gap between the blade edge and the blade edge is wide, so that the spice containing a large amount of fiber is lowered. sharpness is poor, because the 20 / cm 2 higher than the cutting edge and sharpness to cause gradually clogged those down to the narrow distance between the cutting edge decreases.
[0019]
As the ceramic forming the grater of the invention, although Ru may be used various things such as alumina-zirconia-silicon nitride, for example, the use of material of 30% stone ceramic and 70% alumina may.
[0020]
Next, the manufacturing method of the grater of this invention is demonstrated.
[0021]
Water and a dispersion material are put into a solid raw material, stirred, defoamed in a vacuum state, and formed into a predetermined shape by casting. The protruding blade 3 is formed by driving a copper nail having a blade tip transferred into a casting mold and determining the height of the cutting edge, creating a case from the original mold, and creating a use mold from the case mold. Then, after carrying out pressure casting at a molding pressure of 1 to 5 kgf using a working mold, it is dried at 40 to 50 ° C. for about 12 hours.
[0022]
As the next step, after finishing work for deburring, unbaking is performed at about 1000 ° C. for 10 hours and by natural cooling for a total of 14 hours.
[0023]
And after applying a glaze for the intensity | strength improvement of the projection blade 3, it bakes for about 12 hours at about 1300 degree | times.
[0024]
Finally, silicon or the like is applied to the back surface to prevent the grater from moving when lowering the seasoning and the like, and a slip stopper 4 is completed.
[0025]
In the above embodiment, the circular grater has been described, but it goes without saying that the present invention can be applied to rectangles, squares, ellipses, and other various designs.
[0026]
【Example】
Using the material of 30% porcelain and 70% alumina as raw materials, the above-mentioned manufacturing method produces various graters shown in Table 1, and ranks the various materials as shown in Table 2. A test was conducted. Moreover, after using each grater as shown in Table 3, the tableware dryer and boiling were implemented and the presence or absence of the chip | tip of the blade edge | tip was observed.

No. which is a conventional example. No. 8 has a large area, but it is difficult to remove ginger and yam, and the number of cutting edges is small, and naturally the cutting edge density is low. In addition, the cutting edge height was low, so the functionality could not be fully satisfied. No. which is a conventional example. 5, the area if it is appropriate to down and ginger wasabi the fibrous is included in a large amount, food clogging between the cutting edge and the cutting edge with the lapse of time, the initial good sharpness accidentally drops It was. Moreover, after carrying out the tableware drier and boiling after using the grater, the cutting edge of the outer peripheral portion was high and almost lacked.
[0031]
On the other hand, the embodiment of the present invention can sufficiently satisfy the functionality regardless of the kind of vegetables and fruits, and the occurrence of chipping after the use of the grater and after the tableware dryer and boiling are performed. Was not seen at all.
[0032]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the formed of a ceramic of the present invention (condiments) grater, a blade density of protrusions blade 1 5 and 20 pieces / cm 2,. 15 to the area of the wholesale section having a plurality of projections blades 20 cm 2 , the cutting edge height of the protruding blade in the central portion of the lowering portion is 1 to 1.5 mm, and the cutting edge height of the protruding blade in the outer peripheral portion is 1 mm or less, which is lower than the cutting edge height of the central portion . by having a sharpness not good though the vegetables and fruits, the sharpness can be maintained for a long time, furthermore, be carried out dish dryer and boiled after grater use, protrusion edge of the peripheral portion It is possible to provide a grater with excellent usability without lacking .
