2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a spatula with a handle similar to a fly fly is used as a spatula for peeling off the residue (debris) on the surface of the iron plate. The spatula with a handle is composed of one aluminum steel plate and a handle, and since the fly doubles as a fly, its structure is extremely delicate. Therefore, while the fly is useful as a fly, the present situation is that the force is insufficient for peeling off the scraps and the effect is not sufficiently enhanced. In particular, when the amount of residue is large, the conventional patterned spatula cannot completely peel it off, and there is a problem that it takes a lot of labor and time to peel it off. As a result of researching the prior art documents because of such problems, the following ideas were found. (1) Actual Kaihei 6-753
There is a spatula described in No. 40 bulletin. This invention is a spatula body made of stainless steel etc. with a handle attached to the base,
It is configured with a blade tip piece that is fitted and integrated at the tip of the spatula body, and the blade tip piece has a blade provided with a blade tip on one side,
The structure is characterized in that it has a connecting portion that is fitted to the tip of the spatula body on the other side, and that the blade tip can be easily replaced and reused when the blade tip wears. (2)
There is a kitchen utensil described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 5-18418. According to the invention, a handle portion, a plate-shaped portion having one to a plurality of ribs integrally formed, a lower side of which is substantially linear, and a tip portion of which is formed of a substantially acute angle, and one of the plate-shaped portions. It has a bulging part provided on the lower side edge and a projecting part on the other lower side edge, making it extremely easy to remove dust such as oil stains and charring on a frying pan, wok, etc. It has the feature that it can be dropped without damaging it.

The device of the above-mentioned document is certainly considered to be useful for a conventional spatula with a handle. However, since the cutting edge is configured to have an acute angle,
It is conceivable that the iron plate surface or the coated surface is easily scratched, resistance to use is felt, the sharp-edged blade edge wears quickly, the frequency of re-polishing increases, and problems occur in simple use. In particular, the above problem is likely to occur due to the increase of dust, and improvement thereof is strongly desired.

When the peeling spatula of the present invention is used, the R portion of the cutting edge is brought into contact with the iron plate surface (including the coated surface) while gripping the handle.
After that, the blade and the blade edge are advanced while pressing the handle. At this time, the blade is sequentially advanced while pressing and separating the scraps on the iron plate surface at the R portion. Under this pressing and peeling condition, since the blade edge is the R portion and an appropriate clearance is formed, it is possible to easily peel off the scrap without damaging the iron plate surface. Therefore, the peeling is achieved and the peeling effect can be expected by this one-time pressing operation. By repeating the above-mentioned operations and procedures, the scraps are sequentially peeled off.
