Description
The present invention relates to a grater for grated vegetables such as radishes.
Conventionally, as a radish grater for lowering radishes, there are a radish grater with a plurality of sharpened metal plate shapes and spine-like protrusions, and a grater for grated wasabi. These have a portion for storing ground food. In recent years, there are graters that have a plate-like shape with multiple corners and round holes, and spine-shaped protrusions around the holes, and the grated food that has been pulled down from the holes has fallen down, There are a type of grated on a plate or the like, and a container-mounted grater mounted on a container. In addition, there is a grater with a container provided with a convex portion near the center of the dish and a plurality of spinous protrusions provided on the upper surface of the convex portion as a grated portion.
A conventional grater is provided with a spine-shaped protrusion, and the ingredients are pressed against and rubbed against the protrusions, and the ingredients are finely crushed and crushed. For example, when the radish is lowered, the cells are crushed and fibers The water of radish is separated like a supernatant on the quality. Although it can be said that the moisture part is the taste of vegetables, when the moisture is removed, the fiber remains mainly, and the fiber may be eaten mainly. In addition, if the moisture is not removed, other seasonings will be diluted, for example, soy sauce will be applied excessively.
Patent Document 1 states that “the blade density of the projection blades is 10 to 20 pieces / cm 2 , the area of the grated portion provided with the plurality of projection blades is 15 to 20 cm 2 , and the projection at the center of the grated portion A grater made of ceramic with a blade tip height of 1 to 1.5 mm is configured. "As shown, a grater with a protruding blade on the grater.
Patent Document 2 states that “the present invention pays attention to the problems of such a conventional grater, and it is possible to grate vegetables very efficiently without changing the pressing angle of the vegetables against the grater. It is a technical problem to provide a curved lowering surface portion 2B having a curved shape in which the degree of bending gradually increases from the flat lowering surface portion 2A to the other end side of the grater surface 2. The grater has a shape that gradually increases the degree of curvature of the grater, and the grated blade that is put on a plate or the like has a protruding shape. Is.
Patent Document 3 states that “the front side portion 11a of the grate plate 11 is greatly curved so as to protrude upward, and the opposite side portion 11b of the grate plate 11 is made substantially flat so that the opposite side portions thereof. 11b and the front side portion 11a are smoothly connected. "Again, the grated blade is a protrusion.
According to Patent Document 4, a grater made of a single plastic part is given as “Economically produced, safe and easy to assemble.” Inverted V-shaped self-supporting frame having first and second panel members pivotally coupled and vertically oriented at the upper end and having a branched lower end for supporting the frame on a workbench, for storage A frame panel member that is fixed in parallel and expands so as to be self-supporting when in use, ”as shown in the figure, a plastic having grated portions on two sides of an inverted V-shaped self-supporting frame and a sharp blade at the tip. It uses a made grated blade. A plastic blade is difficult to cut unless its tip is sharpened compared to a metal blade, and if it is sharp, the tip tends to bend. For this reason, there is a drawback that the sharpness does not last long. Also, since the projection is provided on the flat surface, even if it is pressed down, it repels on the plate surface despite passing through the hole of the round hole, and the block cross-sectional shape becomes flat on the plate side and becomes semicircular Become. Moreover, it is hard to cut smoothly for these reasons. Also, only one side of the grater is used.
Like these, it is possible to change the size, function, and shape of both sides of the grater, and to remove vegetables in a beautiful shape without removing moisture, with a continuous cross-section, finely down There was no grater with features such as lowering and longer life.
Without savoring the taste of vegetables, you can grate it to the characteristics of each ingredient while tasting the texture and taste. There is a need for a grater with a wide range of cheeses, cookies and vegetables.
In order to solve the above problems, a grater according to one aspect of the present invention is a grater for grated vegetables, cheese, etc., and a grater frame is provided around a thin plate-shaped grater, and a hole is provided in the grater A plurality of grated blades were provided, and a dome portion was formed in which one of the grated blade holes protruded from the surface of the grater plate into a roof shape.
Moreover, the lower hole part which formed the dome part of the grated blade formed a dent on the lower side from the grated metal plate surface, and provided a nominal groove for facilitating the formation of the cross-sectional shape of the grated food block. Further, a spinous protrusion was provided around the hole of the grated blade. Moreover, the hole of the grated blade was made into a substantially gourd shape, a heart shape, and a square shape, each having a substantially circular shape. Furthermore, grated blades are provided on the front and back sides, making it possible to use both sides. Moreover, the shape and the shape of the hole of the grater blade were different on the front and back of the grater. In addition, a group of a plurality of spinous processes was formed with the back surface of the grater approximately flat. Furthermore, a structure in which a grate frame is placed on the container, a structure in which a grate is provided on the grate frame, or a structure in which a handle is provided on the grate frame and a removable container is attached to the grate frame, protruding in the center. A grater with a central convex plate provided with a portion and a grated frame by attaching a grate frame to the convex portion of the central convex plate.
Without losing the flavor of vegetables, you can taste and reduce the texture and taste of each ingredient according to the characteristics of each ingredient, and quickly and easily with cheese, cookies, vegetables, etc. without using many tools It is a grater that can be used for a variety of people from children to the elderly. For this reason, it can be expected to lead to health promotion and health maintenance by increasing the chances of eating vegetables without loss.
FIG. 1 shows an outline of the form of the grater of the embodiment of the present invention.
Fig.1 (a) shows the mounting type which mounts and uses a grated part on the container put on the stand. (B) shows a type in which a handle is placed over a container (such as a dish) on which a handle is provided and the handle is placed on a grip, or placed on a container. (C) is a grater provided with a container part detachably under the grated part, which is of a type that can be held down and stored in the container part. (D) shows the thing of the type which provided the convex part in the bottom of the container part and mounted the grated part on the convex part. In either case, the food that has been grated at the grated portion passes through the hole in the grated bowl and moves under the grated bowl. In the present invention, each of these types is targeted.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. First, the structure of the grater of the grater will be described.
2A and 2B show a grater of an embodiment of the grater of the present invention. FIG. 2A is a perspective view, FIG. 2B is a cross-sectional view, and FIGS. The grater 4 has a hole portion 8 having a hole, and a plurality of dome portions 6 are formed by allowing the hole portion 8 to protrude from the plate surface of the plate grater 4 in a roof shape. In (a), the lower hole portion in which the dome portion 6 of the grated blade is formed is recessed from the surface of the grated metal plate to the lower side, and a nominal groove 80 is formed to facilitate the formation of the cross-sectional shape of the grated food block. Provided. (B) shows the state where the food 12 is being ground. The state in which the foodstuff 12 passes through the hole portion 8 by being pushed and moved from the right to the left in the drawing and is separated by the grated blade 4a and becomes a food piece 10 that has been ground down in the drawing is shown. At this time, by pressing the food material, the food material is deformed and passes through the hole 8. Nominal groove 80 on the plate side of hole 8 facilitates the deformation without stopping the deformation of the food on the plate surface, and smoothes the flow of the food, so that the grated food easily passes through the hole of hole 8. In addition, it becomes easy to generate a shape in which the cross-section of the ground food piece 10 is close to the original shape of the hole.
At this time, the hole 8 spreads up to the center of the hole, and gradually becomes narrower (in the direction of the arrow in the figure) from the center, and the movement is sliced diagonally to promote cutting. For this reason, it is conceivable that the effect of slicing is further enhanced by making the shape of the hole in the hole part elliptical or substantially rhombus, and a combination of a circle and an ellipse may be considered. These are considered to be the scope of application of the present invention and will not be described.
(C) shows that the shape of the hole portion 8 is a substantially square hole shape. (D) shows a structure in which a spinous protrusion and a spinous protrusion 9 are provided around the hole 8 of the grated blade 4. The spinous process has the effect of sharpening the tip of the food, even if it is a hard food, and gradually spreading the tear, resulting in a smoother food.
FIG. 3 shows the grater blade 4a of the grater, and the state in which the food material is lowered by the grater blade at the block cross section will be described. The cross-sectional shape of the foodstuff in which the foodstuff was ground down from the right side of the figure through the grated blade will be described. (A) shows that the hole has a substantially circular shape, and the shape of the grated cross section 15 and the passing graticules 16 and 16a are indicated by a two-dot chain line and a broken line. The lower part of the cross-sectional shape is deformed and flattened by pushing down the ingredients, and then the deformed and flattened shape returns to its original state. For this reason, as shown by a broken line, the passage progress line is not shown in parallel with other passage progress lines. (B) shows the grated blade 4i having a hole having a shape in which substantially circular hole portions are connected, and an example in which a hole portion serving as a grated cross section 15 having a substantially circular shape is provided. A wide grated food with a substantially gourd cross section is obtained. (C) shows the example which provided the hole part used as the cross-section 15 of the heart-shaped grate. In this way, not only the texture but also a pleasantly grated food can be obtained.
FIG. 4 shows another embodiment of the grater blade constituting the grater. In (a), a plurality of holes 8c are provided on the plate of the grater 4, and one of the holes 8c protrudes from the plate to form a roof, and a spinous spinous process 9a is provided on the eaves of the roof. While showing the grated blade 4f, the grater 4 provided with the plurality of grated blades 4f is shown. The direction of the spine extends along the roof-like eaves of the dome, and it has the effect of piercing the food, so it can be smoothed down. On the other hand, the spinous process is easy to lead to injury, so the process Is a triangular process as shown in the figure, but the shape of the spines is not limited here. (B) is a case where the grater blade 4 f is provided on the upper surface of the grater 4 and the grater blade 4 g is provided on the lower surface. (C) is provided with a hole 8e in the grater 4 and one of the holes 8e projecting from the plate to the upper surface to form a roof, and a spine-like spinous projection 9a is provided on the eaves of the roof, and the same is applied to the lower surface. In the same manner, a projection provided on the lower surface and provided with a spinous process 9b is shown. The shape of the spinous process is different on the upper and lower surfaces. When the grater blades of (b) and (c) are turned upside down of the grater, the direction of movement of the food is opposite, so it is preferable to change the direction of grated or fixed to the grate frame.
FIG. 5 shows another embodiment of the grater blade constituting the grater. (A) shows the spinous process 9 provided in the periphery of the hole 8b in the direction of the spine on the upper and lower surfaces of the heel, and allows both sides to be lowered and the size of the spinous process is different. It is assumed that the size of the grated material can be changed. In addition, the supraspinatus process 9 is formed in a shape aiming at both the direction in which the supraspinatus process 9 is inserted and the effect that the spine becomes resistance by lowering the dome part 6 with a slight roof angle. (B) has a grate blade 4a having a substantially square hole 8 and is provided with a dome portion 6 that is inclined upwardly from the plate of the grater 4 in a roof shape and inflated. A spine-like epispinous process 9c is provided, which is provided only by the epispinous process 9c on the back side (when inverted) of the grater, and shows a conventional grate. In this way, the block-shaped grate on the front surface can be finely ground (cut) on the back surface. Further, the supraspinal process on the back surface may be provided conspicuously on the plate on the back surface. Moreover, you may synthesize | combine with them.
From here, it demonstrates based on the specific shape of the grater using the said grater 4.
FIG. 6 illustrates a perspective view and a cross-sectional view of an embodiment of a grater. A grater for placing a grate frame on a container is shown, and a grater 4 using the grated blade having the grate frame 2 is placed on the food container 5, and the food 12 is moved by the hand 11. A situation where the grater 4 is grated by the grater blade 4a is shown. The ground food accumulated in the food container is used to lift the knob 14 and remove the grater frame 2 from the container container 5 to take out the contents or replace the grater in reverse.
Specifically, for example, the grater is embossed around a 0.2 mm stainless steel plate to form an embossed portion 40 to prevent the warp of the plate, and a plurality of holes are punched out in the center portion, The periphery is projected into a roof shape to form a dome, and the section of the projected hole is a grated blade. The punching of the hole is dared to have a slight burr (return) on the outside to improve the sharpness (easy to remove). Further, the cross-section of the hole may be obliquely pressed (squeezed) to make the blade tip an acute angle to increase the sharpness. The grater frame is insert molded with grater with plastic resin or elastomer resin. Alternatively, it may be welded to a stainless steel corner or round wire. Of course, the grater and the grater frame may be formed of a plastic resin having high hardness (for example, polycarbonate or copolyester).
Hereinafter, the same contents are omitted.
FIG. 7 is a grater using a grater 3 on a grater frame 2 and using a grater 4 on the grater blade 2, and a grater 1 to be placed on or used on a container or a plate. Show. Here, the edge of the plate 23 is provided with a pressing convex portion 20 and a holding recess portion 21 provided in a plurality of circumferential shapes so as to prevent the movement of the plate of the grater 1 plate, and the size of the large and small circumferences of the plate is shown. In order to prevent the grater from slipping from the plate when grated.
By molding the grated frame with elastomer resin, the grip to catch the edge of the dish is increased.
FIG. 8 shows a grater 1a using the grater 4 having the grated blade of the present invention, wherein (a) shows a plan view and (b) shows a cross section of the front view. The food container 50 is provided with a stopper 52 for inserting a bar-shaped protrusion using elasticity into a hole penetrating the other through one of the retaining holes 51 and penetrating the other, and a grate frame 2 by a removal lever 53 for easy removal. It can be easily attached and removed. As shown in FIG. 10 (a), the food 12 can be grated by holding it in the air with one hand. For this reason, it is possible to grate even if there is no space in the table. Ingredients (eg radish) are moved while pushing the grater from right to left in the figure, so that the radish is caught in the hole of the grater blade of the grater 4 and the radish passes through the hole of the grater blade and is pushed out to the bottom. It's what you get down. Furthermore, the daikon radish falls into the food container and accumulates. For this reason, grated radish is prevented from splashing around and spilling juice. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 10 (b), the tip of the grater can be hung on a table, the handle can be supported with one hand, and can be lowered. Since one side is used on a table, stability is increased and force is easily applied. In addition, operation is possible even in a space-saving manner. Further, the grater shown in (c) of FIG. 8 is formed by arranging the concave portions 21 and the convex portions 20 on the circumference as shown in FIG. 7, and stably on the plate with the food container removed. It allows for grated grabbing, has a handle in the air, hangs one on the table, and can be used in three ways on the plate, making it a convenient grater. Moreover, although not shown in figure, it becomes a more various and convenient grater by the combination of the above-mentioned grate blade.
FIG. 9 shows a plan view and a cross-sectional view of the grater 1b using the grater 4 of the grater blade. It shows what was placed. The grated frame 2 is fitted to the convex portion 31 and can be removed. Here, an elliptical convex portion 31 and a grate frame 2 are used so that the grated frame does not rotate on the convex portion 31.
The grinded material on the grater 4 flows down on the plate through the hole 2aa, and the grater frame is made of plastic resin, flexible elastomer resin, or silicon rubber to prevent wobbling. I can do it.
For example, until now daikon radish is grated with daikon radish. On the other hand, shredding with a kitchen knife tends to produce a texture at the corners of the cut, making it difficult to soak the taste. For this reason, salt fir was carried out, but the moisture of the vegetables was also removed and the taste of the original vegetables could be lost. The same was true for cucumbers and carrots. When the radish grated with the grater of the present invention is lowered along the direction of the radish, the radish is pushed out longer like a tenten, and at the same time the radish is harder than the tendon, so the surface is in a state of rolling. The surface appears elastic like a sponge. For this reason, the radish ground with the grater of the present invention has a texture different from that of the conventional shredder, and the surface of the radish is easily soaked into the surface. On the other hand, when it is lowered in a direction substantially perpendicular to the radish muscle, the shape is substantially spherical and the surface is raised, for example, it can be expressed as sleet or snow. In this way, a shape and texture that cannot be achieved with a conventional grater or knife are obtained. In addition, when the grated yam was grated with a conventional grater, the whole was grated relatively uniformly, and it was a texture that swallowed it, but the grated ginger with this core has a core and a chewy texture remains. . When this is applied to rice, for example, it becomes close to the chewing response of rice, and unlike the conventional method of swallowing with rice, it is possible to eat while chewing with rice. This improves digestion. Furthermore, slipping is reduced when slipping down, making it difficult to slip and slipping down. In this way, you can enjoy another texture that is different from the texture of shredded bread with a traditional pickled grinder or knife.
In addition, not only the size of the above-mentioned spinous processes, but also the shape may be changed, for example, the protrusions may be bifurcated at the top or the tip may be rounded. Various shapes are possible in consideration of the grinding efficiency and the grinding shape, but such a range is considered to be an application range of the present invention.
