When using, for example, a diamond core, concrete cutter or other drilling or cutting equipment used for construction work or facility construction as external equipment, cooling water supplied to these external equipment and sludge water discharged from these equipment are compact. The present invention relates to a sludge water recycling apparatus that uses a treatment tank that can be transported in a sludge to be purified and circulated.
Moreover, it can also be used for medical equipment that handles calcium, gypsum, and the like as external equipment.
When drilling concrete walls or cutting asphalt floors, the generated sludge contains a large amount of clay, so install and filter multiple sediment filters like a conventional diamond core or concrete cutter. When the configuration is adopted, there is a difficulty that the facility becomes large and clogging occurs immediately and the processing capacity is lowered.
In the conventional wastewater treatment method and apparatus, the stirring and agglomeration tank and the sedimentation tank have been provided separately and have played their respective roles. However, the entire apparatus becomes large, the weight increases, and heavy equipment is required for carrying. There were difficulties such as high.
In order to eliminate these difficulties, an object of the present invention is to provide an apparatus which can be downsized as a whole and can perform agglomeration, precipitation and dehydration at once in a vacuum chamber.
1st invention is the A tank and B tank formed by isolating the inside of a processing tank with a blocking wall, the bag filter reinforced so that it may stand up in A tank, and the removable cover which seals A tank A suction port provided in the lid, a tube attached to the suction port, a sediment filter provided in the tank B and connected to a suction hole provided in the blocking wall, and connected to the sediment filter. And a pump discharge port provided in the B tank, a pump switch, and a tube attached to the pump discharge port, and the initial water injection to the A tank is performed up to the position of the suction hole. This is a sludge water recycling apparatus in which sludge water containing solid components from external equipment is vacuum filtered with a bag filter, and the amount of filtered water is approximately balanced with the amount of water supplied from the pump discharge port.
In the second aspect of the present invention, the opening and the side wall are provided with a reinforced portion by lap stitching or the like so that the bag filter can stand in the tank A.
In the third invention, the external device is a diamond core, a concrete cutter or other drilling or cutting device.
In the fourth invention, filtration is performed using a bag filter of 40-60 microns and a sediment filter of 1 micron.
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, the tube attached to the suction port of the tank A is connected so that the sludge water from the external device can be sucked through the storage tank or not, and is attached to the pump discharge port of the tank B. Was connected so that water could be supplied to an external device through or without a water supply tank.
6th invention makes A tank and B tank into an independent box, a bag filter stands upright with the opening part up in A tank, a sediment filter and a pump are installed in B tank, A tank The suction hole provided in the wall of the B and the sediment filter in the B tank were connected by a tube.
In the first invention, the tank A and the tank B are separated from each other by a barrier wall, and a bag filter reinforced so that the tank A can be erected is provided. In the tank B, a sediment filter and a pump are provided to suck the barrier wall. The hole and the sediment filter were connected.
Open the lid of tank A, pour water up to the height that reaches the suction hole of the blocking wall to form a priming water layer, close the lid to make it sealed, and turn on the pump of tank B. The air is aspirated and can be evacuated.
The bag filter of tank A is reinforced so that it can be erected, and is capable of receiving sludge water and performing vacuum filtration without buckling against pump suction. Since the lid can be removed, it is easy to insert and remove the bag filter.
If the position of the suction hole is set to a height of, for example, 100 mm or more from the bottom of the A tank, a considerable amount of water purification layer can be formed in the A tank, and suction by the pump is ensured. Is sucked smoothly.
Sludge water from the external device is sucked into the bag filter through the suction port, and clay sludge accumulates and settles on the inner periphery according to the size of the filter's eyes, and at the same time, the space part of the tank A that is the outer periphery of the filter The primary treated water that has been vacuum-filtered is collected, sucked from the suction hole, and sent to the tank B.
In the B tank, it was further filtered by a sediment filter, and it was discharged from the outlet through a pump as purified water after the secondary treatment, and can be supplied to external equipment.
The external device includes, for example, a drilling or cutting device used for construction work or facility work, but is not limited thereto. It can also be used for medical devices that handle calcium or gypsum.
Since a vacuum state is formed in the tank A and water is filtered through the bag filter, it is not necessary to perform stirring or agglomeration as in the conventional processing tank.
When water is initially poured into tank A up to the position of the suction hole, it acts as priming water when the pump is driven, and solid components in the sludge water sucked into the bag filter accumulate in the bag filter. It is designed to collect around the bag filter. Therefore, when the amount of filtered water by the bag filter and the amount of water supplied by the pump are substantially balanced, the amount of filtered water in tank A is always maintained at the height of the suction hole, and stable operation and water supply can be achieved.
In the second aspect of the invention, the opening and the side wall are provided with a reinforced portion by lap stitching or the like so that the bag filter can stand up in the tank A. The bag filter can be easily installed in the tank A, and the filtering action can be performed without buckling the continuous operation of the processing tank.
In the third invention, a diamond core, a concrete cutter or other drilling or cutting device used for construction work or facility work is used as an external device from which sludge water is discharged.
In the fourth invention, filtration is performed using a bag filter of 40 to 60 microns and a sediment filter of 1 micron.
By using a 40-60 micron bag filter, solid components of sludge water, metal rust, etc. can be sufficiently captured, and primary treated water can be obtained. Furthermore, by performing a secondary treatment with a 1 micron sediment filter, purified water of 1 liter or more, which is the minimum water supply amount to the drilling or cutting equipment, can be obtained smoothly and sufficiently.
In the fifth aspect of the invention, since the storage tank is provided between the tank A and the external device, adjustment can be made in the storage tank even if a slight fluctuation occurs in the amount of sludge water discharged from the external device. Moreover, when a water supply tank is provided between the pump discharge port of the tank B and the external device, water supply to the external device is stably performed regardless of fluctuations in the amount of water supplied from the pump.
In the present invention, since the tubes are respectively attached to the suction port and the pump discharge port, it is possible to directly connect the external device and the processing tank through or without the storage tank or water supply tank as described above. it can.
Since the 6th invention made the tank A and the tank B independent, and connected both with the tube,
The installation position can be changed according to the situation at the site. Moreover, since the size of the tank A and the tank B can be freely selected, a treatment tank suitable for the site can be selected.
Hereinafter, description will be made with reference to the drawings shown as examples.

As shown in this example, in the present invention, suction from the pump of the tank B causes the tank A to be in a vacuum state, suction filtration is performed appropriately, and stirring and agglomeration and dehydration action are performed on clayy sludge water. Now done at once in the bug filter.
By using a 40 to 60 micron bag filter, the solid component or iron rust in the sludge water is hardly trapped and clogged, and the filtration function can be sufficiently performed. Accordingly, it is possible to temporarily treat sludge water without separately performing operations such as stirring and agglomeration as in the case of a conventional processor.
In addition, if the solid component of sludge water accumulates, it is sufficient to replace the bag filter.
Subsequently, it is sucked into the 1
As described above, since the bag filter and the sediment filter are provided and suction filtration is performed by a pump having a lift of 6 m, it is possible to provide sufficient clean water to a drilling or cutting device although it is small.
Table 1 shows an experimental example in which the relationship between the pores of the bag filter and the sediment filter and the amount of sludge water is examined.
The materials used in this table are as follows.
The amount of concrete sludge water (1/3 is a solid component) is 10, 30, 50, and 70 liters, and the treatment status is shown.
Treatment tank: A tank Length 250mm, Width 250mm, Height 370mm
Tank B Length 250mm, Width 250mm, Height 370mm
Bag filter: 10, 30, 50, 100 micron made of nylon Sediment filter: 1 micron made of polypropylene, diameter 65mm,
Length 260mm
Pump lift 6m
When the amount of sludge water to be treated is 20 liters or more, a tank A having a larger size is used or sludge water is injected into the tank A in a plurality of times.
In the case of a, since the opening of the bag filter is as small as 10 microns, there is a suction resistance by the pump, the amount of filtered water is small, and the pump discharge amount of at least 1 liter required for drilling or cutting equipment is obtained by the sediment filter. It is not suitable for the present invention. For 10 to 70 liters of sludge water, the pump discharge is 0.8 liters.
In the case of b and c, even if the amount of sludge water changes from 10 to 70 liters, the bag filter and the sediment filter are not clogged, and the pump discharge rate is 1.2 liters / minute, so drilling as an external device Or it is sufficient as water supply for cutting equipment.
Although not shown in the table, the same processing can be performed up to 60 μm of the bag filter.
In the present invention, the eye of the bag filter was determined to be appropriate from 30 to 60 microns based on this experimental data.
In the case of d, when the amount of sludge water is 10 liters, clogging, pump discharge amount, processing time, and transparency are good, but when it exceeds 30 liters, sludge adheres to the surface of the sediment filter and the filtration performance drops and clogs. Since B became transparent and the transparency dropped to B or C, it was judged unsuitable without processing ability. Pump discharge is also low.

FIG. 7 shows an example in which a
In the present invention, the treatment tank is small and light, and the filtering action by vacuum using the bag filter is strong in combination with the pump capacity, and the secondary filtration by the sediment filter is sufficiently performed. Alternatively, it can be used greatly as a sludge water recycling device that has been awaited in the equipment construction industry.
In particular, the tank A of the processing tank is equipped with a bag filter and is equipped with a filtration function by vacuum, a 1 micron sediment filter and a pump with a lifting height of about 6 m, thereby making the processing apparatus, which has been large and heavy, compact and easy to handle. It can greatly contribute to the industry as a device that can complete conventional processes such as stirring, condensation, precipitation, use of supernatant water, and dehydration at a time.
