【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a compressor motor control apparatus for reducing rotational vibration based on an imbalance between a driving torque and a load torque of a compressor.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a rotary compressor, a steady load torque fluctuation occurs due to a change in refrigerant gas pressure in each of suction, compression, and discharge strokes. On the other hand, the drive motor provided in the compressor is operated so as to generate a constant drive torque during one rotation.
For this reason, in this rotary compressor, a rotational speed fluctuation (see the dotted line in FIG. 4) due to the unbalance between the drive torque and the load torque is generated, which is a factor of vibration generation. In addition, the vibration based on the rotation speed fluctuation becomes significant when the operation rotation speed is in a low rotation speed range (for example, 20 to 33 rps).
Therefore, an attempt has been made to suppress fluctuations in the rotational speed by taking measures such as increasing the moment of inertia of the rotating part, thereby reducing vibration caused by steady load torque fluctuations during one rotation. Yes.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the above-described mechanical rotational speed fluctuation suppressing means cannot provide a sufficient vibration suppressing effect, and also causes inconveniences such as an increase in size.
In view of such a situation, an object of the present invention is to provide a motor for a compressor that can effectively reduce rotational vibration generated due to an imbalance between a driving torque and a load torque of the compressor by electrical processing. It is to provide a control device.

【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, since the torque of the motor changes following the load torque of the compressor, the rotation fluctuation of the compressor based on the fluctuation of the load torque, that is, the imbalance between the compressor drive torque and the load torque is caused.
