Description
The present invention relates to a toilet seat device and a toilet device, and more particularly to a toilet seat device and a toilet device including a low tank attached to a flush toilet and a human body detection sensor.
In recent years, flush toilet seats have been improved in functionality such as automatic opening and closing of toilet lids and toilet seats and automatic supply of flush water to toilets. In order to realize these automatic functions, a human body detection sensor for detecting the presence and state of the user is necessary.
However, in the case of this toilet bowl cleaning device, the first human body detection sensor provided above the low tank reliably secures the human body in a state in which the toilet lid is opened, for example, because infrared rays for detection interfere with the toilet lid. It was difficult to detect. For this purpose, two human body detection sensors are mounted. However, if two human body detection sensors are installed, there is room for improvement in that the cost increases and the human body detection control flow becomes complicated.
The present invention provides a toilet seat device capable of detecting the presence of a user by a single human body detection sensor regardless of whether the toilet lid or the toilet seat is opened or closed, and a toilet device including the toilet seat device.
In order to achieve the above object, according to one aspect of the present invention,
A toilet seat device attached to a toilet,
A case with a built-in low tank,
A case lid provided on the case;
At least a part thereof is provided on the side of the front surface of the case so as to protrude above the upper end of the case, and a light projecting unit that emits detection infrared rays for detecting a user, and a reflected wave of the detection infrared rays. A human body detection sensor unit having a light receiving unit to detect,
A toilet seat attached to the lower side of the front surface of the case so as to be rotatable;
A toilet lid attached so as to be rotatable under the front surface of the case;
With
The case lid has a curved surface from the front surface to the upper surface,
At least the upper part of the human body detection sensor unit has a curved portion continuous with the curved surface,
In the state in which the toilet seat and the toilet lid are fully open, the infrared rays for detection are not substantially interfered by the toilet seat and the toilet lid, and a remote control light receiving portion is provided in the curved portion substantially upward. A toilet seat device is provided.
According to the above configuration, the presence of the user can be detected by one human body detection sensor regardless of whether the toilet lid or the toilet seat is opened or closed. Further, the cost is reduced, control is easy, and malfunction can be prevented. Furthermore, the black window of the human body detection sensor becomes one, and a toilet seat device that has a clean appearance and a good appearance can be provided.
Here, the case lid has a curved surface from the front surface to the upper surface, and at least the upper part of the human body detection sensor unit has a curved portion continuous with the curved surface, If the remote control light receiving unit is provided toward the remote controller, it is possible to reliably detect reflected infrared rays of the remote control reflected and propagated by the ceiling of the toilet room. By using at least the upper part of the human body detection sensor unit as a curved portion, accumulation of dust and dirt can be suppressed, and signals from the remote controller can be stably received over a long period of time. Furthermore, when the light receiving unit for signals from the remote controller and the human body detection sensor are combined into a single human body detection sensor unit, the appearance is neat and looks good, and the cost can be reduced.
Further, the light projecting unit is provided below the remote control light receiving unit, and the emission direction of the detection infrared light and the detection range of the remote control light receiving unit do not substantially overlap, It is possible to prevent erroneous detection and malfunction due to interference. That is, the infrared rays for detection and the reflected waves emitted from the light projecting unit are less likely to enter the remote control light receiving unit. Similarly, infrared rays and their reflected waves transmitted from the remote controller are less likely to enter the light receiving portion of the human body detection sensor. As a result, it is possible to suppress erroneous detection of the human body detection sensor and the remote control light receiving unit, and to prevent malfunction due to these erroneous detections.
Further, if the infrared rays for detection are emitted while being inclined in the horizontal direction toward the center line of the toilet bowl, all users approaching the toilet bowl can be reliably detected.
Further, if the light receiving unit is provided under the light projecting unit, the horizontal width of the human body detection sensor unit can be reduced by arranging the light projecting unit and the light receiving unit in the vertical direction, and the appearance Can be neat and clean.
Further, if a heating element is provided in a space in the case below the human body detection sensor unit, and the human body detection sensor unit is heated by the heat released from the heating element, it rises from below. The human body detection sensor unit is appropriately heated by the heat that is generated, and condensation can be prevented.
Further, an engagement recess is provided on the front surface of the case lid, and the case lid is engaged by engaging the protruding portion of the human body detection sensor unit protruding upward from the upper end of the case with the engagement recess. If it is possible to position the case, it is possible to easily install the case lid while preventing displacement and backlash. As a result, the human body detection sensor unit is integrated with the case lid, and a toilet seat device that has a clean appearance and a good appearance can be reliably assembled.
In addition, if it is further provided with a seating sensor that is provided below the case and detects a user sitting on the toilet seat, it can be used by combining detection information by the human body detection sensor and detection information by the seating sensor. Thus, it is possible to reliably determine a person's state and usage, and to reliably execute an optimum one of various automatic operations.
In addition, if the apparatus further includes an opening / closing device that opens and closes at least one of the toilet lid and the toilet seat with a motor, and operates the opening / closing device based on a signal from the human body detection sensor unit, the state and use of the user Depending on the method, the open / close state of the toilet lid and toilet seat can be controlled to the most suitable state, and an easy-to-use toilet can be provided.
In addition, if it further comprises an automatic washing device that supplies water stored in the low tank to the toilet, and the automatic washing device is operated based on a signal from the human body detection sensor unit, Depending on the method of use, it is possible to flow wash water with an optimal amount of water, which is easy to use and at the same time provides a high water-saving effect.
On the other hand, according to the other one aspect | mode of this invention, the toilet apparatus provided with the toilet bowl and one of the said toilet seat apparatuses attached to the said toilet bowl is provided.
According to the above configuration, the presence of the user can be detected by one human body detection sensor regardless of whether the toilet lid or the toilet seat is opened or closed. Further, the cost is reduced, control is easy, and malfunction can be prevented. In addition, the black window of the human body detection sensor becomes one, and the toilet device can be provided with a clean appearance and good appearance.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the toilet seat apparatus and toilet apparatus which can detect presence of a user with one human body detection sensor irrespective of the opening / closing state of a toilet lid or a toilet seat can be provided. Further, the cost is reduced, control is easy, and malfunction can be prevented. Furthermore, the black window of the human body detection sensor becomes one, and a toilet seat device and a toilet device that have a clean appearance and a good appearance can be provided.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
Drawing 1 is a mimetic diagram which illustrates the appearance of the toilet device concerning an embodiment of the invention.
That is, the toilet device of this embodiment includes a
Below the front surface of the case 210 (the surface facing the user), a
In addition, a
The
The human body
This toilet seat apparatus can flow wash water from the built-in low tank to the
According to the present embodiment, the human body
3 and 4 are conceptual diagrams for explaining the operation of detecting the user standing in front of the
That is, as shown in these drawings, the detection
In addition, even when the
That is, even if the human body
However, when the height of the
On the other hand, according to the present embodiment, the human body
On the other hand, according to this embodiment, the
1 to 4 show a specific example in which the human body
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 4, a
5 and 6 are conceptual diagrams for more specifically explaining the detection direction of the human body
That is, the inventor examined the size of the toilet room, the arrangement of the toilet bowl, the movement of the user in the toilet room, and the like. That is, if the detection sensitivity is too low, even if the user approaches the toilet, a predetermined automatic operation is not executed, and usability is poor. On the other hand, if a far human body is detected, false detection and unnecessary automatic operation increase.
As a result of examination from these viewpoints, it has been found that it is preferable to detect the presence of the user when the user approaches a range within 300 millimeters from the front end of the
For this purpose, when the
Under this detection condition, when the
According to the present invention, it is possible to reliably detect the user with one human body detection sensor as described above, and based on this detection information, automatic opening / closing operation of the
7 and 8 are schematic views illustrating an automatic opening / closing operation of the
That is, FIG. 7 shows a case where the
In this case, as shown in FIG. 7A, when the
Then, as shown in FIG. 7B, when the
When the
As described above, according to the present embodiment, the presence of the
For example, when the
Further, even when the “automatic close mode” is not permitted in the state shown in FIG. 7B, both the human body
Further, as shown in FIG. 7A, when the human body
Next, FIG. 8 shows a case where the
Also in this case, as shown in FIG. 8A, when the
Next, as shown in FIG. 8B, the
Then, as shown in FIG. 8C, when the

Next, automatic cleaning of the

That is, FIG. 9 shows a case where the
Also in this case, as shown in FIG. 9A, when the
Then, as shown in FIG. 9B, when the
When the
At this time, for example, when the
Next, FIG. 10 shows a case where the
Also in this case, as shown in FIG. 10A, when the
Next, as shown in FIG. 10B, the
Then, as shown in FIG. 10C, when the
After the
Note that in any of the cases described above with reference to FIGS. 9 and 10, in order to prevent unnecessary automatic cleaning, when automatic cleaning is performed by the above-described process, or when the
As described above, according to the present embodiment, even when sitting on the
In particular, when the

On the other hand, according to the present embodiment, the human body
FIG. 11 is a conceptual diagram for explaining a route of a signal from
That is, a control signal by infrared rays is transmitted from the
As indicated by the arrow R, it is desirable that the light receiving unit is directed upward in order to reliably receive infrared rays reflected by the ceiling of the toilet room. On the other hand, according to the present embodiment, the
Moreover, accumulation | storage of dust, scale, etc. can be suppressed by making at least the upper part of the human body

Next, assembly of the toilet seat device of the present embodiment will be described.
FIG. 18 is a process diagram illustrating an assembly process of the toilet seat device according to the present embodiment.

Next, as shown in FIG. 18D, the

Next, the internal structure of the toilet seat device of the present embodiment will be described.
FIG. 19 is a perspective view illustrating the internal structure of the toilet seat device of this embodiment.

A mounting
In addition, a
On the other hand, a
As described above, the toilet seat device of the present embodiment incorporates various electrical components, a drive unit, a heater, and the like. In this embodiment, the
In the case of the specific example shown in FIG. 19, a plate-
Next, in the present embodiment, a toilet seat device in which the
Therefore, it is preferable to set an “open end region” for the
FIG. 20 is a block diagram of the toilet seat / toilet lid automatic opening / closing device based on this configuration.
FIG. 21 is a schematic diagram for explaining the open state of the
In the automatic opening / closing apparatus shown in FIG. 20, the
