Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a manual opening / closing jig for a lid of a container used for storage of a substrate, transportation and storage in an airtight state, and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A conventional substrate storage container is not shown, but a container body for aligning and storing a plurality of substrates (e.g., semiconductor wafers), and a detachable lid for closing the open front of the container body in a sealed state. And a latch mechanism incorporated in the lid for unlocking or locking the lid. The latch mechanism includes a rotary plate having a key hole that can be operated from the front surface side of the lid, and a lid that seals and closes the container main body when the rotary plate rotates in one direction and is released from the locking hole on the front of the container main body. And a locking piece that fits and locks from the outer periphery of the lid body into the locking hole on the front surface of the container body to maintain the closed state of the lid body when rotating the rotation plate in the other direction. The substrate storage container having such a configuration is usually connected to a processing apparatus, and after the lid is opened / closed by an expensive automatic lid opening / closing device, necessary processing is performed on the substrate.
[0003]
That is, when the substrate storage container is mounted and connected to the processing apparatus, the flange of the container body and the lid cover member of the lid opening / closing device abut against each other in a sealed state, and the lid opening / closing device is inserted into the key hole on the lid surface. The key is inserted and rotated by 90 °, the latch mechanism of the lid is unlocked, and the lid is removed from the container body. When the front surface of the container main body is thus opened, the substrate is loaded from the container main body, taken into the processing apparatus, processed, unloaded, and aligned and stored in the container main body from the processing apparatus. And after completion | finish of all the processes, a cover body is again fitted to a container main body, a latch mechanism is locked, and a board | substrate storage container is sealed.
[0004]
By the way, it is desirable that the lid opening / closing device be used in all processes of semiconductor manufacturing, but in practice it is extremely difficult for various reasons such as technical and economic reasons. In an emergency, a test, an inspection, etc., it may be necessary to open and close the lid manually instead of automatically.
Therefore, conventionally, the lid is manually opened and closed when necessary in an emergency, a test, an inspection, or the like. Specifically, the lid is opened and closed by inserting a key of a separate jig through the key hole on the surface of the lid and rotating it by 90 °. Further, there is a method in which a manual handle is pivotally supported on the rotary plate of the latch mechanism, the handle is raised, the rotary plate is rotated, and the lid is opened and closed (see JP-A-11-91865).
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Conventionally, the lid has been manually opened and closed by the above method, but the above method has the following problems. First, in the case of using a separate jig, the pair of left and right rotating plates of the latch mechanism are usually built in the lid, so use both hands to open the left and right key holes on the lid surface. Each jig key must be inserted and rotated. Therefore, since the next operation cannot be performed without placing the used jig somewhere, it is not possible to facilitate, simplify, and speed up the work. In addition, since the jig is a relatively small article, there is a problem that it is easily dropped or lost during operation.
[0006]
Next, in the case of a method using a manual handle, although there is no risk of losing it, you still have to use both hands, so you need to put the used jig on the mounting table etc. I can't move. Accordingly, as described above, the work cannot be smoothed or speeded up, and the lid contact portion may even be contaminated. In addition, it is convenient to attach the handle to the rotating plate of the latch mechanism, but anyone can open the lid, so that it can be accidentally opened when it is not needed, or it can be used in adverse environments that contaminate the board. There is a problem that the body can be opened accidentally.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of the above, and can be used with one hand, suppresses and prevents the possibility of dropping or losing, and the manual opening / closing jig for a lid of a container that is less likely to be accidentally opened. The purpose is to provide.
[0008]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems in the present invention, a lid that closes the opening of the container body, and a lid that is built in the lid and closes the opening of the container body when the rotating plate rotates in one direction. When the body is unlocked and the rotating plate rotates in the other direction, the latch mechanism that locks the lid that closes the opening of the container body, and the lid that rotates the rotating plate of the latch mechanism are separate. In those equipped with a manual opening and closing jig ,
The manual opening / closing jig includes a hollow housing facing the lid, a drive gear rotatably supported in the housing, and a shaft rotatably supported on the outer periphery of the drive gear. An operation member that protrudes into the housing, an operation key that is rotatably supported on the surface of the housing and is detachably connected to the rotation plate of the latch mechanism, and a drive gear that meshes with the drive member to generate power based on the rotation of the operation member. Including a power transmission member that is transmitted to the operation key to be rotated, and a suppression member that restricts unnecessary rotation of the drive gear is installed between the inside of the housing and the outer peripheral portion of the drive gear,
When the operation member is pressed and operated, the drive gear rotates in one direction to operate the power transmission member, and the operation key rotates in one direction and can be connected to the rotating plate of the latch mechanism. When the member returns, the driving gear rotates in the other direction to operate the power transmission member, and the operation key rotates in the other direction to rotate the rotating plate of the latch mechanism, thereby closing the lid of the container body. It is characterized by the body being unlocked .
[0009]
Note that a stand for raising the lid body to be removed can be attached to the housing of the manual opening / closing jig .
Further, the power transmission member can be a rack built in the housing or an endless timing belt.
[0010]
Here, the container body in the claims only needs to open at least one surface such as the front or top, and may have a plurality of surfaces open. The container body may be transparent or not. The container main body mainly stores a substrate, and this substrate includes at least one or a plurality of (for example, 13, 25, 26) semiconductor wafers, glass substrates, and the like. Of course, it is also possible to store a plurality of articles other than the substrate in the container body. In addition, the rotation plate of the latch mechanism is mainly a pair, but can be increased or decreased as necessary.
[0011]
The operation member of the manual opening / closing jig may be configured to protrude from the upper portion of the housing, or may be configured to protrude from the lower portion, side portion, or the like of the housing. The operation member is mainly supported indirectly on the housing via a drive gear, but may be supported directly on the housing. The operation member and the operation key rotate respectively, but the term “rotation” includes rotation and swinging. The power transmission member includes at least a rack, an endless belt, a gear, and the like. The plurality of stands can be attached to the housing so as to be rotatable (including swinging) or detachable. Further, a single plate spring, a coil spring, a wire, or the like can be used as the suppressing member.
[0012]
According to the present invention, when the lid is opened / closed using the manual opening / closing jig, the operation member of the manual opening / closing jig is operated. Then, by the operation of the operation member, the drive gear rotates in one direction to operate the power transmission member, and the operation key rotates in one direction. Thereby, an operation key can be connected to the rotating plate of the latch mechanism. When the operation member is returned, the drive gear rotates in the other direction to operate the power transmission member, and the operation key rotates in the other direction to return to the original position. When the operation key returns to the original position, the rotating plate of the lid also rotates, and the lid that closes the container body is unlocked.
As described above, the manual opening / closing jig has an operation key connected to the rotating plate of the lid when the operating member is operated, and the rotating plate and the operating key of the lid are not rotated and detached when the operating member is returned. To do. Thereby, a cover body can be removed from a container main body.
[0013]

A latch mechanism 20 that is a locking means that locks the lid body 10 that closes the container body 1 by reversing the rotation plates 21, and a separate manual opening / closing jig that rotates the rotation plates 21 of the latch mechanism 20. 30.
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 1, the container body 1 is formed into a transparent front open box type using a thermoplastic resin such as polycarbonate or polybutylene terephthalate having sufficient strength and rigidity, and a semiconductor wafer (for example, not shown) A plurality of substrates (300 mm silicon wafers) are aligned and stored vertically. The container body 1 in which the inside is visible has a plurality of locking holes 2 formed on the upper and lower sides of the front inner periphery thereof, and substantially shelf-shaped support portions 4 are provided on both side walls, respectively. A plurality of substrates are horizontally supported by the pair of support portions 4 at regular intervals.
In addition, you may provide the substantially rectangular rear retainer which contacts the rear side edge part of a board | substrate, and supports this in the inner back surface of the container main body 1. FIG.
[0015]
V-grooves (not shown) that function as positioning means are respectively formed on the front side and the rear center of the bottom surface of the container body 1, and bottom plates (not shown) are detachably fitted and held in the plurality of V-grooves. A robotic handle 5 that is gripped by a transport robot (not shown) is selectively attached to the center of the ceiling of the container body 1. The bottom rails 6 for transportation are selectively mounted on the lower portions of both side walls of the container main body 1, and the manual handles 7 for manual operation are selectively mounted on the upper portions of both outer walls of the container main body 1, respectively. .
[0016]
As shown in FIG. 1, the lid body 10 is formed in a hollow structure from a case 11 having a substantially U-shaped cross section and a substantially U-shaped cross section, and a surface plate 12 covering the opened surface of the case 11. The case 11 has a substantially rectangular front retainer 3 mounted on its elevation surface, and a pair of left and right through holes 13 are drilled in the upper and lower portions of the peripheral wall, respectively, and each through hole 13 is a locking hole of the container body 1. 2 opposite. A pair of left and right key holes 14 that are inserted through keys of a lid opening / closing device (not shown) are formed on the left and right sides of the surface plate 12, respectively.
[0017]
As shown in FIGS. 2 to 5, the latch mechanism 20 includes a pair of left and right rotating plates 21 that are rotatably supported in the case 11 of the lid body 10, and each of the rotating plates 21. It is composed of a plurality of power transmission plates 24 oriented in the vertical direction, and a plurality of retractable locking pieces 27 that are pivotally supported on the inner periphery of the lid body 10 and pivotally supported by the power transmission plate 24. When the plate 21 is rotated forward, the locking piece 27 is retracted into the through hole 13 of the lid body 10 from the locking hole 2 on the front surface of the container body 1, and from the through hole 13 on the outer periphery of the lid body 10 when each rotating plate 21 is reversed. The protruding locking piece 27 functions to be fitted and locked into the locking hole 2 of the container body 1. Each rotating plate 21 is formed in a substantially convex shape in cross section, and a pair of fitting grooves 22 are cut out in a substantially semicircular shape at intervals of 180 ° on the outer periphery of the surface. A key hole 23 for a key of the lid opening / closing device is formed in a recess on the surface of the protruding central portion of the rotary plate 21.
[0018]
Each power transmission plate 24 is formed in an elongated rectangular plate, and is supported in the case 11 of the lid 10 through a plurality of guides 25 so as to be slidable in the vertical direction. A lower end portion or an upper end portion of the power transmission plate 24 is formed in a substantially semicircular arc shape, and a connecting pin 26 is projected, and the fitting groove 22 of the rotating plate 21 is fitted into the connecting pin 26. ing. Each locking piece 27 is formed, for example, in a substantially L shape, and is rotatably supported via a pin in the vicinity of the through hole 13 of the case 11, and is rotated via a pin at the free end of the power transmission plate 24. The connecting shaft is supported.
[0019]
2 and 3, when the key of the lid opening / closing device is inserted into each key hole 14 on the surface of the lid 10 and rotated 90 °, the latch plate 20 is rotated. The power transmission plate 24 is slid in the vertical direction, in other words, in the direction of the through hole 13 of the lid body 10. Then, each locking piece 27 swings while drawing an arc and protrudes from the through hole 13 of the lid body 10, and each protruding locking piece 27 fits into the locking hole 2 of the container body 1 and the container body 1. The lid body 10 with the lid closed is firmly locked (see FIGS. 4 and 5).
[0020]
As shown in FIGS. 6 to 14, the manual opening / closing jig 30 is supported by a horizontally-long rectangular housing 31, a drive gear 34 supported in the housing 31, and the drive gear 34. An operation lever 35 that is an operation member, a pair of rotatable operation keys 37 that are pivotally supported on the left and right surfaces of the housing 31 and are detachably connected to the key holes 23 of the rotating plate 21 facing each other, and the operation lever 35 It is comprised from the rack 43 which is a power transmission member which transmits the motive power based on this rotation to each operation key 37, and rotates it.
[0021]
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 8, the casing 31 is formed into an elongated hollow using various synthetic resins, and a substantially L-shaped stand 32 can be raised and lowered via a pin in the inside thereof. The stand 32 protrudes downward and stands up during manual opening / closing operation of the lid 10 (see the arrow in FIG. 6). As shown in FIG. 7, a rectangular through-hole 33 is perforated near the upper side of the housing 31.
[0022]
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 9, the drive gear 34 is composed of a pinion having a large number of teeth arranged on its peripheral surface, and is pivotally supported on the side of the housing 31 so as to be rotatable. A swingable operation lever 35 is eccentrically supported on the outer periphery of the surface, and the operation lever 35 protrudes obliquely upwardly through the through-hole 33 of the housing 31. As shown in FIG. 13, coil springs 36 as restraining members are respectively stretched between the upper and lower outer peripheral portions of the surface of the drive gear 34 and the left and right sides of the housing 31, and each coil spring 36 effectively makes excessive rotation of the drive gear 34. The control lever 35 is prevented from being damaged or damaged due to contact with the through-hole 33 of the housing 31.
[0023]
As shown in FIG. 6 to FIG. 10 and the like, each operation key 37 is fixed to the rotary shaft 38 that is pivotally supported by the casing 31 and the front plate 12 of the lid 10 by being screwed and fixed to the tip of the rotary shaft 38. And an abutment body 41 that comes into contact with each other. The rotary shaft 38 has a substantially T-shaped key 39 that is inserted into the key hole 23 of the rotary plate 21 at its most distal end, and a transmission gear 40 that meshes with the rack 43 is fitted at the end. . The key 39 is configured similarly to the key of the lid opening / closing device. The abutting body 41 includes a pair of circular nuts 42 having a double nut structure that overlap each other, and a left screw is threaded on the inner peripheral surface of the through hole of each circular nut 42. A screw at the tip of the rotating shaft 38 protruding from the body 31 is screwed.
[0024]
If each circular nut 42 is fixed to the housing 31 with a knock pin or the like so that the circular nut 42 does not rotate, and the tightening margin of the left screw of the circular nut 42 is set to 0.5 to 2 mm, the contact body 41 rotates the rotary shaft 38. Along with this, the left screw moves slightly in the protruding direction of the key 39, and it becomes possible to absorb the play of the key hole 23 and the key 39 when contacting the lid 10.
[0025]
Further, as shown in FIGS. 6, 7, 9, 10, 13, and 14, the rack 43 is placed horizontally below the inside of the housing 31 via an auxiliary member 44 such as a slide rail or a linear motion bearing. Built in. The rack 43 meshes with the drive gear 34 and each transmission gear 40 and slides in the left-right direction in FIG. 6 as the drive gear 34 rotates to rotate each transmission gear 40, that is, each operation key 37.
[0026]
In the above configuration, when the lid 10 is manually opened / closed using the manual opening / closing jig 30, the operating lever 35 of the manual opening / closing jig 30 is first pressed with one finger as shown in FIG. Tilt down so that the operation lever 35 is not exposed from the top of the housing 31. Then, as the operation lever 35 swings, the drive gear 34 rotates clockwise to slide the rack 43 to the left, and each transmission gear 40, in other words, each operation key 37 rotates clockwise. The key 39 directed in the horizontal direction (see FIG. 6) is rotated by 90 °, and the key 39 is directed in the vertical direction (see FIG. 9). Thereby, the key 39 of the manual opening / closing jig 30 can be inserted into each key hole 23 of the lid 10.
[0027]
Next, when the operation lever 35 is returned and erected by releasing the finger, the drive gear 34 rotates counterclockwise due to the contraction of the one coil spring 36 as the operation lever 35 erects, and the rack 43 is slid rightward. Each transmission gear 40, in other words, each operation key 37 rotates counterclockwise to rotate the key 39 oriented in the vertical direction by 90 °, and the key 39 points in the original horizontal direction. When the key 39 rotates 90 ° in this way, each rotation plate 21 of the lid 10 also rotates 90 ° through the key hole 23, and the power transmission plate 24 slides in the direction of the counter-through hole 13 of the lid 10. Then, each protruding locking piece 27 swings and returns while drawing an arc, retracts into the through hole 13 of the lid body 10, and the locking piece 27 comes off the locking hole 2 of the container body 1. The lid 10 with the container body 1 closed is brought into an unlocked state.
[0028]
As described above, the manual opening / closing jig 30 has the key 39 inserted into each key hole 23 of the lid 10 in a state where the operation lever 35 is tilted, and the key opening 23 of the lid 10 with the operation lever 35 standing up. The key 39 rotates 90 ° and cannot be removed, and engages with the lid 10. Thereby, the cover body 10 can be removed from the container main body 1. At this time, if the stand 32 of the housing 31 protrudes downward and stands upright with respect to the lid body 10, the lid body 10 removed by manual operation is supported and self-supported as shown in FIG. In addition, the risk of contamination of the inner surface of the lid 10 can be effectively suppressed and prevented.
[0029]
On the contrary, when the lid 10 is fitted to the opened front surface of the container main body 1, the operation may be performed in the reverse of the above operation. In other words, when the lid body 10 in which the latch mechanism 20 is unlocked is fitted to the opened front surface of the container body 1 and the operation lever 35 of the manual opening / closing jig 30 is pushed down with one finger, the operation keys 37 are pressed. Rotates clockwise to rotate the key 39 by 90 °, and the latch mechanism 20 is locked. At this time, since the key hole 23 and the key 39 are in a parallel state, the manual opening / closing jig 30 can be removed from the lid 10.
[0030]
According to the above configuration, since a separate jig is not used, or rotation is performed using both hands, but one-touch operation is performed with one hand, the used manual opening / closing jig 30 is not placed on a table or the like. It is possible to shift to the next operation very easily, and the work can be considerably smoothed, simplified and speeded up. Further, if the stand 32 is used, there is no possibility that particles adhere to the lid 10 placed on the stand or the like to be contaminated. Moreover, since the manual opening / closing jig 30 is relatively larger than the conventional jig, the risk of dropping or losing it during operation can be greatly reduced.
[0031]
Further, since the handle is not attached to the rotating plate 21 of the latch mechanism 20, only the specific worker under ID management can open the lid 10. Therefore, there is no possibility that the lid 10 is accidentally opened when it is not necessary or the lid 10 is accidentally opened in a bad environment that contaminates the substrate. Furthermore, since the drive gear 34, the transmission gear 40, and the rack 43 are used for power transmission, there is no slip and a great power transmission can be expected.
[0032]
Next, FIGS. 15 and 16 show a second embodiment of the present invention. In this case, the power transmission member of the manual opening / closing jig 30 is not an endless gear that meshes with the drive gear 34 instead of the rack 43. A timing belt 50 is used, and the timing belt 50 is tightly wound between the left and right sides of the housing 31 via pulleys 51, and each pulley 51 is fitted to the rotation shaft 38 of each operation key 37 instead of the transmission gear 40. I am doing so. The other parts are the same as those in the above embodiment, and the description thereof is omitted.
[0033]
In the present embodiment, the same effect as the above embodiment can be expected, and since the timing belt 50 is used instead of the gear mechanism, the operation is smooth and very quiet.
[0034]
Note that the latch mechanism 20 of the above embodiment can be removed by unlocking the lid 10 that closed the container main body 1 by reversing the rotation plates 21, and the container main body 1 is closed by normal rotation of the rotation plates 21. You may comprise so that the cover body 10 may be locked. Further, a pair of connecting pins 26 project from the outer periphery of the surface of the rotating plate 21 at intervals of 180 °, and a fitting groove 22 is formed at the lower end or upper end of the power transmission plate 24. The connecting pin 26 may be inserted. Further, the operation lever 35 can be protruded from either the left or right side of the housing 31 in accordance with the dominant arm of the operator. Further, instead of the operation lever 35, a push button or the like can be used as an operation member. In this case, it is preferable to rotate the drive gear 34 with a motor. Furthermore, instead of the rack 43 and the timing belt 50, a plurality of gears can be used side by side for power transmission.
[0035]
As described above, according to the present invention, the manual opening / closing jig can be used with one hand, and the possibility of dropping or losing can be effectively suppressed or prevented. Moreover, there is an effect that there is little possibility of opening the lid by mistake. In addition, since the drive gear is used for power transmission, there is no slip, and powerful power transmission can be expected.
