However, in this case, there is a problem in that the ability of the PWM inverter cannot be fully exhibited, resulting in a decrease in the output torque obtained.
In order to make it difficult for voltage saturation to occur without lowering the output torque, a method has been proposed in which, when voltage saturation occurs, a magnetic flux command or a current command is fed back and corrected. In this method, when a voltage saturation occurs, the saturation amount is detected, and an optimum correction amount for eliminating the voltage saturation is obtained therefrom, and each command is corrected. By performing such feedback control, it is possible to improve the stability of control by suppressing the occurrence of voltage saturation and without affecting the various conditions such as load and bus voltage, and to maximize the capability of the PWM inverter. It is also possible to demonstrate it.
For example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000-92899 discloses that a voltage command value from a current control system and a bus voltage value of a PWM inverter are compared and integrated, and a magnetic flux is generated when the bus voltage value exceeds the voltage command value. A control device for an induction motor including a voltage saturation compensation circuit that subtracts the command by the integrated output and sets the subtraction amount to 0 when the command is lower is shown.
In this method, the correction amount is derived in accordance with the voltage saturation amount and each command is corrected, so the voltage saturation can be eliminated, but the speed of the motor is not considered when determining the correction amount. For sudden speed changes, for example, the amount of correction is increased to accelerate correction during acceleration, and the amount of correction is reduced to reduce stability during deceleration. There was a problem that had to be done.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and is an AC motor speed control capable of suppressing the occurrence of voltage saturation without performing a special operation even for a rapid speed change or the like. The object is to obtain a device.
Disclosure of the invention
A speed controller for an AC motor according to the present invention is a current controller that performs proportional-integral control for an excitation motor current and a torque current, which are two components on orthogonal two-axis coordinates that rotate the current of the AC motor. In an AC motor speed control device having
A torque component voltage limiter for limiting the torque component voltage component output from the torque component current controller that performs proportional integral control of the torque component current so as to be a predetermined value or less, and a torque component output from the torque component current controller. A first subtractor for obtaining a torque divided voltage saturation amount from a voltage component and a torque divided voltage command output from the torque divided voltage limiter; a first integrator for holding the torque divided voltage saturation amount; A magnetic flux command corrector that outputs a magnetic flux command correction amount from the torque saturation voltage saturation amount and the rotational angular velocity of the orthogonal two-axis coordinate, and a second magnetic flux correction command that subtracts the magnetic flux command correction amount from the magnetic flux command And a subtractor,
Even when the speed changes abruptly, an optimal correction amount can always be obtained, and the occurrence of voltage saturation can be suppressed.
In addition, in an AC motor speed control device having a current controller that proportionally integrates and controls an excitation current and a torque current, which are two components on orthogonal two-axis coordinates that rotate the current of the AC motor,
A torque component voltage limiter for limiting the torque component voltage component output from the torque component current controller that performs proportional integral control of the torque component current so as to be a predetermined value or less, and a torque component output from the torque component current controller. A first subtractor for obtaining a torque divided voltage saturation amount from a voltage component and a torque divided voltage command output from the torque divided voltage limiter; a first integrator for holding the torque divided voltage saturation amount; An excitation current command corrector that outputs an excitation current command correction amount from the torque saturation voltage saturation value and the rotational angular velocity of the orthogonal two-axis coordinates, and excitation by subtracting this excitation current command correction amount from the excitation current command And a third subtractor that outputs a shunt current correction command.
Even when the speed changes abruptly, it is possible to always obtain an optimal correction amount and to suppress the occurrence of voltage saturation.
In addition, since the rotational speed of the AC motor is input to the magnetic flux command generation unit that generates the magnetic flux command, and the magnetic flux command is generated according to the rotational speed of the AC motor, the magnitude of the torque divided voltage saturation amount is increased. It can be reduced to some extent, and the stability of control of the AC motor can be improved.
Further, since the rotation speed of the AC motor is input to the excitation current command generation unit that generates the excitation current command, the excitation current command is generated according to the rotation speed of the AC motor. The magnitude of the saturation amount can be reduced to some extent, and the stability of control of the AC motor can be improved.
In addition, an excitation voltage divider that limits the excitation voltage component that is output from the excitation current controller that performs proportional integral control of the excitation current to a predetermined value or less, and that output from the excitation current controller. A fourth subtractor for obtaining an excitation voltage component and an excitation voltage saturation amount output from the excitation voltage limiter, a second integrator for holding the excitation voltage saturation, and the held excitation voltage An excitation current command corrector that outputs the torque current command correction amount from the voltage saturation amount and the rotational angular velocity of the orthogonal two-axis coordinate, and a torque current correction command that subtracts this torque current command correction amount from the torque current command And a fifth subtractor that outputs
Even when the AC motor is operated in a region greatly exceeding the rated speed, the occurrence of voltage saturation can be suppressed, and stable control can be performed.
In addition, a torque component current limiter that limits a torque component current command output from a speed controller that performs proportional integral control of the speed deviation between the speed command and the rotational speed of the AC motor so that the torque component current command is less than a predetermined value. Since the limit value for limiting the command is changed according to the rotational speed of the AC motor,
The magnitude of the excitation voltage saturation can be reduced to some extent, and the control stability of the AC motor can be improved.
Also, the speed control device for an AC motor according to the present invention is divided into an excitation component current and a torque component current, which are two components on the orthogonal two-axis coordinates that rotate the current of the AC motor, and each of them performs proportional integral control. In an AC motor speed control device having a controller,
The torque component current controller that controls the torque component current is configured to continue the calculation of the internal integrator even if the torque component voltage component is saturated, and the torque component current that controls the torque component current proportionally and integrally. A torque component voltage limiter that limits the torque component voltage component output from the controller to a predetermined value or less, and a torque component voltage component output from the torque component current controller and the torque component voltage limiter. A first subtractor for obtaining a torque divided voltage saturation amount from the torque divided voltage command, a magnetic flux command corrector for outputting a magnetic flux command correction amount from the torque divided voltage saturation amount and a rotational angular velocity of orthogonal two-axis coordinates; A second subtractor that subtracts the magnetic flux command correction amount from the magnetic flux command and outputs the magnetic flux correction command.
Generation of voltage saturation can be suppressed with a simple configuration.
In addition, in an AC motor speed control device having a current controller that proportionally integrates and controls an excitation current and a torque current, which are two components on orthogonal two-axis coordinates that rotate the current of the AC motor,
The torque component current controller that controls the torque component current is configured to continue the calculation of the internal integrator even if the torque component voltage component is saturated, and the torque component current that controls the torque component current proportionally and integrally. A torque component voltage limiter that limits the torque component voltage component output from the controller to a predetermined value or less, and a torque component voltage component output from the torque component current controller and the torque component voltage limiter. A first subtractor for obtaining a torque component voltage saturation amount from the torque component voltage command and an excitation component current command for outputting an excitation component current command correction amount from the torque component voltage saturation amount and the rotational angular velocity of the orthogonal two-axis coordinate. Since it has a corrector and a third subtractor that subtracts the excitation current command correction amount from the excitation current command and outputs the excitation current correction command, voltage saturation occurs with a simple configuration. It can be suppressed.
In addition, since the rotational speed of the AC motor is input to the magnetic flux command generation unit that generates the magnetic flux command, and the magnetic flux command is generated according to the rotational speed of the AC motor, the magnitude of the torque divided voltage saturation amount is increased. It can be reduced to some extent, and the stability of the control of the AC motor can be improved with a simple configuration.
Further, since the rotation speed of the AC motor is input to the excitation current command generation unit that generates the excitation current command, the excitation current command is generated according to the rotation speed of the AC motor. The amount of saturation can be reduced to some extent, and the stability of control of the AC motor can be improved with a simple configuration.
In addition, the excitation current controller that proportionally integrates and controls the excitation current is configured to continue the operation of the internal integrator even if the excitation voltage component is saturated,
An excitation voltage limiter that limits the excitation voltage component that is output from the excitation current controller that performs proportional integral control of the excitation current to a predetermined value or less, and an excitation voltage that is output from the excitation current controller. A fourth subtractor for obtaining the excitation voltage saturation amount output from the voltage component and the excitation voltage limiter, and outputting a torque component current command correction amount from the excitation voltage saturation amount and the rotational angular velocity of the orthogonal two-axis coordinate And a fifth subtractor for subtracting the torque current command correction amount from the torque current command and outputting a torque current correction command.
Even when the AC motor is operated in a region that greatly exceeds the rated speed, the occurrence of voltage saturation can be suppressed, and stable control can be performed with a simple configuration.
In addition, a torque component current limiter that limits a torque component current command output from a speed controller that performs proportional integral control of the speed deviation between the speed command and the rotational speed of the AC motor so that the torque component current command is less than a predetermined value. Since the limit value for limiting the command is changed according to the rotational speed of the AC motor,
The magnitude of the excitation voltage saturation can be reduced to some extent, and the stability of control of the AC motor can be improved with a simple configuration.

It goes without saying that the same means can be used not only for permanent magnet motors but also for induction motors not provided with a magnetic flux control system. For permanent magnet motors, Ld= LqSPM motor with no saliency or Ld<LqHowever, in the present invention, this method can be applied to any permanent magnet motor regardless of the presence or absence of the saliency.
