Description
Claims (10)
- 受熱部、放熱部と、前記受熱部及び放熱部とを循環し一部に磁石が配置された循環流路とからなる、循環作動液に磁性流体を用いた熱循環ポンプであって、
前記磁石及びその周辺を流れる前記磁性流体に温度勾配をつけるため、前記磁石はその一部が前記受熱部内に延びており、かつ、前記循環流路内又は循環流路の内壁面の一部を形成するように配置されていることを特徴とする磁性対流熱循環ポンプ。 - 受熱部と、
前記受熱部と熱的に接続され、内部に磁石を有するマグネチックポンプと、
放熱部と、
前記受熱部及びマグネチックポンプ、放熱部とを流体連通に接続する循環流路とを有し、そして
前記循環流路内を流れる循環作動液に磁性流体を用いた熱循環ポンプであって、
前記マグネチックポンプ内の磁石及びその周辺を流れる前記磁性流体に温度勾配をつけるため、前記磁石はその一部が前記受熱部内に延びており、かつ、前記循環流路内又は循環流路の内壁面の一部を形成するように配置されていることを特徴とする磁性対流熱循環ポンプ。 - 前記循環流路は、管路により構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の磁性対流熱循環ポンプ。
- 前記磁性流体の磁性体は、平均粒径が30nm未満であり、二価遷移金属と酸化鉄の合金であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の磁性対流熱循環ポンプ。
- 前記磁性流体は、磁性を有するイオン液体若しくは磁性陰イオンと陽イオンからなる磁性イオン液体であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の磁性対流熱循環ポンプ。
- 前記磁石は、前記受熱部と放熱部を着脱自在に接続するように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の磁性対流熱循環ポンプ。
- 前記受熱部及びマグネチックポンプは、磁場流路を共有していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の磁性対流熱循環ポンプ。
- 前記受熱部及びマグネチックポンプは、互いに異なる熱伝導率を有する素材で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の磁性対流熱循環ポンプ。
- 前記循環流路又は前記循環流路に配置される磁石の磁性流体と接する面の一部若しくは全部は、前記磁性流体の磁性体をコーティングしている界面活性剤のイオン特性と同種の界面活性剤でコーティングされていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の磁性対流熱循環ポンプ。
- 前記循環流路又は前記循環流路に配置される磁石の磁性流体と接する面の一部若しくは全部は、撥油性を有するコーティング材でコーティングされていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の磁性対流熱循環ポンプ。
