Claims (8)
- 異なる幅を持つスロット開口部を有する複数の電気機械で使用するための調整自在センサヘッドにおいて、
強磁性磁心(102)と、
前記強磁性磁心(102)を包囲するコイル(104)と、
前記強磁性磁心(102)内に配置された第1のすべり部分(310)及び第2のすべり部分(320)とを具備し、前記第1のすべり部分(310)及び前記第2のすべり部分(320)は、電気機械の一対の歯の間の多様な幅を有する複数のスロット開口部の間に嵌合するように調整される可変センサヘッド。 - 前記第1及び第2のすべり部分(310、320)は単一のすべり部材を形成する請求項1記載の可変センサヘッド。
- 前記すべり部分(310)、(320)は、ラミネーション歯である前記一対の歯の間に締まり嵌めされるようにばねを装荷されている請求項2記載の可変センサヘッド。
- 前記すべり部分の各々の、前記一対のラミネーション歯と接触している面(312)、(322)はすべりの良いプラスチック材料で被覆されている請求項3記載の可変センサヘッド。
- 前記すべり部分の各々の、前記一対のラミネーション歯と接触している面(312)、(322)は、有効エアギャップを縮小するために鉄粉末及び強磁性流体のうちの1つ以上によって被覆されている請求項3記載の可変センサヘッド。
- 前記第1及び第2の調整自在の部分(410)、(420)は調整自在のねじであり、前記一対の歯はラミネーション歯である請求項1記載の可変センサヘッド。
- 前記第1及び第2の調整自在の部分(310)、(320)は磁性材料から製造されている請求項1記載の可変センサヘッド。
- 前記第1の調整自在の部分(610)はばね装荷張力を与える複数の入れ子鋼板である請求項1記載の可変センサヘッド。
