Description
The present invention relates to a method for sticking a fixed sheet that can be easily reattached, can be peeled off with a slight peel force during re-peeling, and no adhesive residue is generated.
However, if the surface of the adherend has an OH group, the silicone layer is in close contact with the adherend as time passes, and there is a problem that adhesive residue is generated when the fixing sheet is peeled off again. In particular, when the adherend is made of glass, there is a problem that, when used outdoors or when used indoors where it is directly exposed to direct sunlight, an adhesive residue may be generated after re-peeling after several months.
An object of the present invention is to provide a method for sticking a fixing sheet which can be peeled off with a slight peeling force without causing adhesive residue when re-peeling in an outdoor wind display or an indoor wind display.

The fixing sheet sticking method of the present invention can be peeled off with a slight peeling force without causing adhesive residue at the time of re-peeling on a wind display outdoors or indoors exposed to direct sunlight. This is a possible application method.
(1) Base material
The film is not particularly limited as long as it is a film made of various plastics. Examples thereof include films made of polyolefin, polyester, etc., but are not limited thereto. From the viewpoint of ease of handling, heat resistance, and strength, a polyester film is preferably used. The thickness of the base material may be appropriately selected depending on the application, but usually a thickness in the range of 12 to 200 μm is used.
As the base film, a film obtained by treating the surface on which the silicone layer is laminated with active rays or laminating an easy-adhesion layer made of a compound that improves adhesiveness on the surface can be preferably used. . Examples of the treatment method using active rays include corona discharge treatment, ultraviolet irradiation treatment, plasma treatment, and flame treatment. In addition, examples of the compound for the easy adhesion layer that improves the adhesion by lamination include polyester-based, polyurethane-based, polyacrylic-based polymers, and mixtures thereof. The method of laminating the easy-adhesion layer may be either a so-called in-line method for laminating at the time of film formation, or an off-line method for laminating on the formed film. In the coating of the easy adhesion layer in the off-line method, the above-mentioned various binders dissolved and dispersed in an optimum solvent are applied to a substrate and dried. Moreover, the surface of the easy-adhesion layer of the film on which the easy-adhesion layer is laminated can be treated with the above-mentioned active ray.
(2) Silicone layer As the silicone used for the silicone layer, for example, an addition polymerization type silicone polymer can be used. Examples of the addition polymerization type silicone resin include those polymerized by a platinum catalyst. As a property of the silicone layer for the purpose of the present invention, it is required that the surface of the silicone layer is along the unevenness even with respect to the unevenness of the surface of the adherend, which is flexible like rubber. Further, when peeling, it is required to be easily peeled with a small peeling force.
As silicone having such properties, a silicone composed of a linear polyorganosiloxane having vinyl groups only at both ends, a silicone composed of a linear polyorganosiloxane having vinyl groups at both ends and side chains, and a terminal. When only a silicone composed of a branched polyorganosiloxane having only a vinyl group and a silicone composed of at least one silicone selected from a branched polyorganosiloxane having a vinyl group at the terminal and side chain is used. good.
As one form of these silicones, a linear polyorganosiloxane having vinyl groups only at both ends is a compound represented by the following general formula (Formula 1).
(Wherein R represents the following organic group, and n represents an integer)
(Wherein R represents the following organic group, m and n represent an integer)
The organic group (R) bonded to the silicon atom other than the vinyl group may be different or of the same type. Specific examples include alkyl groups such as methyl, ethyl and propyl groups, and aryl groups such as phenyl and tolyl groups. Or a monovalent hydrocarbon group other than the same or different unsubstituted or substituted aliphatic unsaturated group in which part or all of the hydrogen atoms bonded to the carbon atoms of these groups are substituted with a halogen atom, a cyano group, or the like. Preferable examples include those having at least 50 mol% of a methyl group. These diorganopolysiloxanes may be used alone or as a mixture of two or more thereof.
A silicone comprising a linear polyorganosiloxane having vinyl groups at both ends and side chains is a compound in which a part of R in the above general formula (Formula 1) is a vinyl group. Silicone composed of a branched polyorganosiloxane having a vinyl group only at the terminal is a compound represented by the above general formula (Formula 2). A silicone comprising a branched polyorganosiloxane having vinyl groups at the terminals and side chains. A compound in which a part of R in the above general formula (Formula 2) is a vinyl group.
Here, a known crosslinking agent may be used for the crosslinking reaction. Examples of the crosslinking agent include organohydrogenpolysiloxane. Organohydrogenpolysiloxane has at least three hydrogen atoms bonded to silicon atoms in one molecule, but from a practical viewpoint, one having two ≡SiH bonds in the molecule is 50% by weight of the total amount. It is preferable that the remainder contains at least three ≡SiH bonds in the molecule.
The platinum-based catalyst used for the crosslinking reaction may be a known one, including chloroplatinic acid such as chloroplatinic acid and chloroplatinic acid, alcohol compounds of chloroplatinic acid, aldehyde compounds or chloroplatinic acid and various olefins. And chain salts. The crosslinked silicone layer has flexibility such as silicone rubber, and this flexibility facilitates the close contact with the adherend.
The shape of the commercially available silicone product according to the present invention includes a solventless type, a solvent type, and an emulsion type, but any type can be used. Above all, the solventless type is very advantageous in terms of safety, hygiene, and air pollution because it does not use a solvent. In addition, the coating thickness of the silicone layer needs to exceed 1.1 μm, and in some cases, it is provided with a thickness of several millimeters. Therefore, in the case of solvent type silicone or emulsion type silicone, the solvent is dried at the time of coating. Therefore, it is preferable to use a solventless silicone as the silicone used in the present invention.
A separator such as a resin film can be bonded to the surface of the silicone layer in order to prevent the surface of the silicone layer from being soiled and foreign matter adhered, or to improve the handling of the fixed sheet.
In general, the thickness of the silicone layer is preferably in the range of 1.1 to 100 μm. Preferably, it is good in it being 10-50 micrometers. When the thickness of the silicone layer is less than 1.1 μm, it becomes difficult to adhere to the adherend, and the shearing force in the contact surface direction of the fixed sheet with respect to the adherend becomes less than 1.0 N / cm 2 , The fixed sheet may come off. When the thickness of the silicone layer exceeds 100 μm, the amount of silicone used increases, which is uneconomical in terms of cost.
As an easy adhesion layer coating solution and a silicone layer coating solution, a multi-stage roll coater represented by a three-offset gravure coater or a five-roll coater, a direct gravure coater, a bar coater, an air knife coater, etc. are used as appropriate. Is done. The composite means of lamination other than the base material, the easy-adhesion layer, and the silicone layer is not limited to the above-described coating method, and any of them is arbitrary. That is, the sheet | seat obtained by shape | molding separately may be bonded together by an adhesive agent, an adhesive, or heat bonding, and the method of integrating directly by a topping method, an extrusion lamination method, etc. may be sufficient.
A resin film or coated paper separator can be bonded to the silicone layer surface in order to prevent contamination of the surface of the silicone layer and adhesion of foreign substances, and to improve the handling of the fixed sheet.
(3) Affixing method of fixing sheet In the first invention, before attaching a fixing sheet having a specific silicone layer to the adherend , N, P, and S atoms are added to the adherend in the molecule of the oily substance. After applying a surfactant having at least one kind , the surfactant is wiped off so that the applied amount of the surfactant is in the range of 0.001 to 0.1 g / m 2 .
The adhesive residue on the adherend of the silicone layer is generated when the silicone layer and the adherend interface are exposed to ultraviolet rays for a long time. In the formation of the silicone layer, some SiH groups that did not contribute to the silicone curing reaction remain. As the environmental temperature rises, the remaining SiH groups gradually bleed to the interface with the adherend. When the bleed SiH group is irradiated with ultraviolet rays, it is strongly bonded to a reactive group such as an OH group or a vinyl group on the surface on the adherend side. For this reason, when the base film is peeled off, the silicone layer breaks between layers, resulting in adhesive residue.
As the one having an OH group on the surface of the adherend, the adherend itself is a resin molded product molded with a resin having an OH group, or a resin having an OH group on the surface of the adherend. Or glass coated with or. Examples of the resin having an OH group include polyester resins, acrylic resins, urethane resins, and silicone resins.
As for the surface of the adherend having a residual vinyl group of the reaction, the adherend itself is a resin molded product molded with a resin having a residual vinyl group, or the surface of the adherend has a residual vinyl group. Examples thereof include those coated with a resin having a group. Examples of the resin having a residual vinyl group include silicone resins.
In particular, when the adherend is made of glass, a large number of SiOH groups present on the glass surface are strongly bonded to the remaining SiH groups of the silicone layer, so that adhesive residue is remarkably generated. The adhesive residue after the substrate film is peeled off is very conspicuous because the glass is transparent, and the transparent glass becomes like frosted glass.
If a surfactant having at least one N, P, or S atom in the molecule is applied in advance to the adherend, the above reaction is hindered, so that no adhesive remains on the silicone layer. The surfactant may be applied by immersing the surfactant in a waste cloth and wiping it thin. When the adherend is a transparent body such as glass, clouding occurs when the coating amount is too large. In such a case, the surfactant may be diluted after being diluted with a solvent such as water or a solvent. The coating amount of the surfactant is preferably in the range of 0.001 to 0.1 g / m2. If it is less than the above range, the effect of adhesive residue is reduced. When the above range is exceeded, the adherend becomes cloudy when it is a transparent body such as glass. If the fixing sheet is pasted while the surface of the adherend is wet with the surfactant , the fixing sheet becomes cloudy, so it is preferable to wipe it off with a dry waste or the like as appropriate. Even when wiped off with a dry waste, an extremely small amount of surfactant remains on the surface of the adherend, which is effective in preventing adhesive residue. Alternatively, the surfactant solution may be wiped off onto the adherend by spraying or the like and then wiped off with a waste cloth or the like.
Depending on the material of the adherend, the surfactant may alter the material of the adherend, and therefore a surfactant that does not undergo alteration is selected.
Those having at least one atom, N, P, or S that can be a catalyst poison in the curing reaction of addition type silicone in the surfactant molecule acts as a catalyst poison for the above reaction and is remarkable in preventing adhesive residue. The effect appears.

For general household use, laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, residential detergent, soap, hand soap, shampoo, body shampoo, car shampoo, softener, antistatic agent regardless of liquid or solid form As a surfactant. A liquid in which such a detergent is appropriately diluted with water or a solid content dissolved in water can be used in the same manner as in the method of applying the surfactant by diluting it. In many cases, these coating liquids contain components other than the surfactant, but any other components that do not adversely affect the silicone layer and the adherend can be used. In particular, liquid tableware detergents and residential detergents use a surfactant as a main component, so that many of them can be used satisfactorily for this coating solution.
The opposite surface of the silicone layer provided on the substrate can be used as a decorative fixing sheet by subjecting it to a process for increasing printing suitability. Printability is given by modifying the surface of the substrate to improve the adhesion of printing ink and toner. Further, by forming a hydrophilic polymer layer or a hydrophilic polymer layer in which porous fine particles are blended on the surface of the substrate, the acceptability of the inkjet ink is enhanced. The obtained fixed sheet is printed or copied, displayed on a window glass as a poster or other advertising medium, on the wall or bulletin board of a building, or on a white board, wall or bulletin board as a means of meeting materials, communication or notification. Can be used by sticking to.

3. Application of surfactant to adherend and evaluation of adhesive residue (1) As the adherend, soda-lime glass having a thickness of 1.3 mm and a size of 50 × 75 mm was used. The surfactants of Examples 1-8 of Table 1 as a surfactant to the adherend by diluting a given% water, was thoroughly applied wet with a rag to the adherend, was wiped with a dry cloth . The fixed sheet cut into the size of glass was affixed on the wiped surface. The pasted material is irradiated with ultraviolet rays for 50 hours with an ultraviolet fade meter made by Suga Test. Thereafter, the fixed sheet was peeled off from the glass and the adhesive residue was examined. The results of the adhesive residue are as shown in Table 1. No adhesive residue was found in any of the examples. Moreover, each sample of Examples 1-8 after ultraviolet irradiation was able to be easily peeled and fixed in the same manner as before ultraviolet irradiation in the operation of pasting or peeling.
(2) Using the various commercially available liquid detergents listed in Table 2 instead of the surfactant, the same adhesive residue as described above was evaluated. Each liquid agent of Examples 9 to 23 was able to be easily peeled off and fixed in the same manner as before ultraviolet irradiation in the operation of pasting or peeling off.
